Description: User draws a minnimal amount of chakra into their mouth, which is spit out in the form of tiny darts or bullets of energy at the opponent.

Name: Shell Illusion
Rank/Type: E/Ninjutsu
P/A: Passive
Prerequisites: Henge
Description: After Henge no Jutsu has completed its illusion, the illusion becomes a separate shell around the user, as if an opaque veil hiding the shinobi's actual body.
Damage:
Effect: After the user has completed a Henge no Jutsu on someone or something, the shinobi seperated their actual body from the illusion. Thus, so long as the shinobi's body stays within the illusion's shell, changes may be made to the actual body outside of the opponent's awareness.

Shell Illusion should be make into a D rank. What you're going for is an outward appearance type of disguise that doesn't work against those who can see through genjutsu. Or basically, changing a genjutsu into a ninjutsu.

And the damage for your first jutsu is....1.

Okay, I know there's a lot here. I'm submitting a D rank and a B rank jutsu. The D rank is based on the D rank justu used by hidden mist village shinobi.

Also including custom summon and custom Kekki Genkai... though I'd say it's more like a clan secret technique...

Name: Hinote Gakure no Jutsu, literally "Hiding Flames Technique"
Rank/ Type: D-rank Ninjitsu
P/A: Active
Prerequisites: There must be fire, user must be accustom to flames
Description: This jutsu uses flames to generate more heat than usual to create distortions in the air, causing anyone within to lose the advantage of clear sight. The user is then able to use the flames and distortions to mask their movements.
Damage: None
Effect: 3 meters from any flame


Name: Shouyou Bakudan Gakure / Hidden Wandering Mines
Rank/Type: B-rank Ninjitsu
P/A: Passive and Active
Prerequisites: Must touch the ground after Hand seals are performed within 30 seconds of the technique fades. Requires the Shouyou Bakudan Gakure tattoo upon either tricep region.
Description: Chakra is molded and stored in the user's hands. Upon touching a thick surface(the best being ground) the chakra is sent into the item and the molded chakra is controlled so long as the user maintains one hand in the 'Rat' hand seal. Upon the activation command of Bakuha(blast), the chakra detonates in a small explosion that can stun or deal minor shrapnel damage.

Effect: Close range (0-5m)

Description: Jinsei is a Hawk-sized phoenix whose plumage is a brilliant mix of varying reds, yellows and oranges. His tail feathers are extremely long and give the impression of being alight with flames due to the rapid shimmer of color that they cause. His body is warm to the touch for the summoner and can be burning to touch, even the feathers, to anyone else.
Personality: Jinsei is very wise and tends to enjoy a decent battle. He is commanding of his summoner, usually telling them what to do to achieve his own tactics to win when then the affinity is low. As the affinity raises he becomes more and more trusting as both summoner and summon adjust to each other's battle styles.

Regardless of affinity, he will sacrifice himself to restore a small amount of chakra, heal minor wounds, and clear the system of weak poisons from his summoner.

Kekkei Genkai (Clan Specialty)

Chakra Irezumi - Chakra Tattooing

The Kataki clan uses a specialized ink plus several other undisclosed ingredients to create their clan's secret. The Chakra tattooing is a form of art and chakra science that redirects the flow of chakra in a natural manner to be molded in a fashion much like handseals. This means that the handseals required for regular jutsu are lessened if the user has the appropriate tattoo for the jutsu. All that is required is a high enough level of chakra control to push the chakra through the specific tattoos adorning the body. Once this is done, the final hand seal is created by the user to release the technique.

Another way this can be used is through a method known as 'storing' where the user runs chakra through a specific tattoo and keeps the chakra molded within them until needed. However, this technique is taxing and the chakra lost through the natural bleeding of storing means the chakra being lost tends to outweigh the chakra being molded. It is prime for a team battle where timing is critical and it will only be stored for seconds at the most.

Prerequisites: Must have Hansayou tattoo at center of chest
Description: When the user is at a condition of 25% SP or less, the Hansayou activates upon the next impending physical attack. This technique drains the user of their stamina down to 5% but allows them to move and react as if they have been refreshed. This move only lasts for two rounds before it fades and renders the user near unconsciousness.
Damage:
Effect: level of refreshing varies


To tell the truth, I'm rather confused by this system and most of this is just my feeble attempt to comply with the rules

"but allows them to move and react as if they are 'three levels higher in fatigue'. " That's a better wording. But otherwise, fine. You will learn the system as we practice with it.

Alright, I'll make the edits.

And I'm thinking it should be between 10 and 15? That way he can restore most, if not, all the summon cost.

Also, another technique I was just about to add is a chakra control technique.

Name: Sora Sansaku / Sky Walking
Rank/Type: unk/Chakra Control
P/A: Passive
Prerequisite: Must have the Sora Sansaku tattoo upon calf and thighs. Must have mastered Water Walking and Tree Climbing techniques.
Description: Just as in water walking and tree climbing techniques, the user focuses their chakra only for this technique, the user forces it through the tattoos upon the legs. This gives the ability to grip the air very slightly, increasing maneuverability while airborne as well as allowing one to keep afloat so long as their legs are continuing to move with swift kicks in the opposite direction.
Damage: None
Effect: Drains SP and CP simultaneously.

I would appreciate your opinion as to what level you would consider this technique as well as what rank you deem fitting.

I'm not too certain on the numbers, the oz seem off but I don't know how too fix them up. If I could get just basic comments? I'd love something too work with.

Description: Creates a single clone that is made out of ash and is paper thin along it's skin in order too conserve ash. Can have it's temperature raised and lowered, a single punch will destroy the Skin Clone due too it's composition.
Damage: 0 SP
Effect: Creates a paper thin clone. Requires 'Rat' and 'Ox' handseals.

Name: Fire Ash Clone: Clone Pop

Description: Creates an explosion within clones created by the Fire Ash that hurls the Fire Ash towards an opponent.

Effect: Sucks in and blows out Fire Ash towards an opponent. Requires 'Rat', 'Dragon' handseals.

Name: Fire Ash Projectile: Bullet Barrage

Description: Causes the skin of the hand too break down into bullet shaped projectiles which are then fired at the opponent

Name: Fire Ash Shield: Solid

Description: Creates a shield that is used too deflect attacks away from the user.
Damage: Resist 15 SP worth of damage for every 10 oz of Fire Ash used.
Effect: Creates a shield in front of the user that can increase the users defense. Requires 'Rat' and 'Ram' handseals.

Name: Fire Ash Shield: Central Spike
Rank/ Type: C Ninjutsu

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One. Requires Fire Ash Shield: Solid.
Description: Invented by Tamahome Heero as a means of turning the Fire Ash Shield: Solid technique into a workable offensive attack by combining it with the Fire Ash Weapon: Kunai technique. Creates a spike from the center of the shield that can pierce opponents in close range combat.
Damage: 8 SP.
Effect: Causes damage in close range combat. Requires 'Rat', 'Ram' and 'Tiger' handseals.

Name: Fire Ash Shield: Rim Spikes
Rank/ Type: C Ninjutsu

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One. Requires Fire Ash Shield: Solid.
Description: Invented by Tamahome Heero as a means of turning the Fire Ash Shield: Solid technique into a workable offensive attack by combining it with the Fire Ash Weapon: Kunai technique. Creates a ridge of spikes around the outer surface of the shield. Can be used used as a projectile attack.
Damage: 5 SP.
Effect: Can be used as a projectile attack. Requires 'Rat', 'Ram' and 'Snake' handseals.

Heat Fist Style - A style of attack used primarily with those capable of creating high temperatures. The style mostly consists of feints towards the body with the real attacks aimed near vital spots. The Heat Fist Style is based on the Gentle Fist and Strong Fist styles and incorperates many of there techniques within it.

Description: A punch is thrown towards the opponents stomach or midsection in order too draw the attention of the opponent to said area. The punch looks strong but the user will 'pull' there punch at the last minute causing the punch itself to result only in a light tap not strong enough too cause any real damage.
Damage: 0 SP.
Effect: Delivers a light tap too the stomach ment too distract the opponent.

Name: Heat Fist Style: Feint Retreat
Rank/ Type: C Taijutsu
P/A: Active
Prerequisites: Heat Fist Style.
Description: Typically used after several powerful attacks have been launched in order too goad the enemy into following the user. Typically sets the user up too deliver a very solid blow.
Damage: +2 SP for next attack.
Effect: User moves backwards setting the opponent up too recieve a more devestating attack.

Name: Heat Fist Style: Stomach Jab
Rank/ Type: D Taijutsu
P/A: Active
Prerequisites: Heat Fist Style.
Description: A strong hit in the stomach area, typically used too draw the opponent away from the true set of attacks.
Damage: 5 SP
Effect: Throws a punch at the opponents stomach in order too draw attention too that area.

Prerequisites: Heat Fist Style.
Description: A strong hit in the face, typically used too draw the opponent away from the true set of attacks.

Effect: Throws a punch at the opponents face in order too draw attention too that area.

Name: Heat Fist Style: Side Swipe
Rank/ Type: B Taijutsu

Prerequisites: Heat Fist Style.
Description: A punch is thrown slightly too the side of the intended target and the air next too the target itself is heated up.
Damage: 10 SP (+5 SP every 25 degrees over 100)
Effect: User moves backwards setting the opponent up too recieve a more devestating attack.

Name: Fire Ash Level One
Rank/ Type: E Ninjutsu
P/A: Passive
Prerequisites: Must be a member of the Tamahome Clan.
Description: In this first stage of the Tamahome Kekkei Genkai, the ashes needed for this attack are created from dead skin cells. These ashes are infused with Chakra allowing it's user to preform basic and complex jutsu's.
Level One users of the Ash Flame are only able to heat there Ashes up to around 115 degrees maximum, limiting the amount of burning damage inflicted by there attacks. Attempting to heat Ashes up more than this has been known to cause the Ash Flame Technique to turn on it's user, completely destroying his or her body and mind
Damage: 0 SP
Effect: Always active, does not cost any chakra too maintain. 20 oz of Ashes are created at start of match and 0.1 oz of Ashes are created every turn.

Name: Fire Ash Level Two
Rank/ Type: D Ninjutsu

Description: In this second stage of the Tamahome Kekkei Genkai, the ashes needed for this attack are created from both living and dead skin cells. These ashes are infused with Chakra allowing it's user to preform basic and complex jutsu's.

Effect: Increases temperature over the course of three turns too a final high temperature. Requires 'Rat' handseal.

Name: Fire Ash Regulation: Heat Maitenance
Rank/ Type: D Ninjutsu

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One.
Description: Technique maintains the temperature of Ash Flames by temporarily 'sealing' the amount of chakra stored within the flames so that none can be added or removed.
Damage: 0 SP
Effect: Creates a seal that maintains chakra levels within the Ash Flames keeping them at a constant temperature.

Name: Fire Ash Flash: Heat Manipulation
Rank/ Type: C Ninjutsu

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One.
Description: Starting at body temperature, increases the heat of the Ash flames by applying a constant amount of chakra. This is done by allowing a large amount of chakra too flow into the ashes themselves quickly over a short amount of time.

Effect: Increases temperature too max over the course of one turn too a final high temperature. Requires 'Rat' and 'Horse' handseals.

Name: Fire Ash Degeneration: Skin Cell Breakdown

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level Two.
Description: By breaking down cells along the surface of the skin, users of the Fire Ash can increase the amount of Fire Ash that they can use at the cost of physical pain.
Damage: 1 SP (Self)
Effect: Creates 2 oz of Ash every turn technique is activated. Requires 'Rat' and 'Boar' handseals.

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level Two.
Description: Ashes that are on an opponents body do physical damage too said opponent.

Alright, I'll make the edits.

And I'm thinking it should be between 10 and 15? That way he can restore most, if not, all the summon cost.

Also, another technique I was just about to add is a chakra control technique.

Name: Sora Sansaku / Sky Walking

This gives the ability to grip the air very slightly, increasing maneuverability while airborne as well as allowing one to keep afloat so long as their legs are continuing to move with swift kicks in the opposite direction.

Effect: Drains SP and CP simultaneously.

I would appreciate your opinion as to what level you would consider this technique as well as what rank you deem fitting.

C Rank, because walking through the air is one of those techniques that you normally don't see, and shows could be quite a feat.

I say it drains 1 SP and 2 CP per post.

Description: After Henge no Jutsu has completed its illusion, the illusion becomes a separate shell around the user, as if an opaque veil hiding the shinobi's actual body.
Damage:
Effect: After the user has completed a Henge no Jutsu on someone or something, the shinobi seperated their actual body from the illusion. Thus, so long as the shinobi's body stays within the illusion's shell, changes may be made to the actual body outside of the opponent's awareness.

Shell Illusion should be make into a D rank. What you're going for is an outward appearance type of disguise that doesn't work against those who can see through genjutsu. Or basically, changing a genjutsu into a ninjutsu.

And the damage for your first jutsu is....1.

Could it still be an E rank if it were still a Genjutsu?

No, because it builds atop an E Rank already. Since this technique is a lot more complex than a minor transformation change, it has to be at least a D. I would have said a C, but I figured D since Henge is just an E.

Description: Creates a single clone that is made out of ash and is paper thin along it's skin in order too conserve ash. Can have it's temperature raised and lowered, a single punch will destroy the Skin Clone due too it's composition.
Damage: 0 SP
Effect: Creates a paper thin clone. Requires 'Rat' and 'Ox' handseals.

When making actual solid clones, the rank is higher than just a D. The standard for solid clones is at least a B rank. But since you're using some substance already to produce it, then you can make it a C rank. To keep the clone active per post, go for 5 CP per post.

Okay rank. Give a radius for the explosion to occur. Since it's only C rank, I say about a four feet radius from the clone. 8 SP is the amount of damage it does.

Name: Fire Ash Weapon: Kunai

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One. Requires 15 oz of Fire Ash.
Description: Creates a Kunai made entirely of Fire Ash which can be hurled towards an oncoming opponent.
Damage: 5 SP
Effect: Creates a Kunai too be wielded by the user. Requires 'Rat' and 'Tiger' handseals.

To keep the kunai solid for each post, give it a 1 CP cost.

Name: Fire Ash Fist: Glove

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One. Requires 20 oz of Fire Ash.
Description: Creates a glove made out of Fire Ash that allows any punch too leave small traces of Fire Ash on the opponents body.
Damage: + 1 SP to Punches
Effect: Creates a Glove over the users hand. Requires 'Rat' and 'Dog' handseals.

Give it a limit of how many times it can be used before it breaks. Five seems appropriate.

Name: Fire Ash Fist: Spike

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One. Requires Fire Ash Fist: Glove.
Description: Created by Tamahome Heero as a means of making the Fire Ash Fist: Glove technique into a more powerful offensive attack by combining it with the Fire Ash Weapon: Kunai technique. Four spikes grow from the knuckles of the glove in order too puncture the opponents skin, dealing more damage.
Damage: + 10 SP to Punches
Effect: Creates four short spikes on the end of each Glove. Requires 'Rat', 'Dog' and 'Tiger' handseals.

To keep this active per post, have it cost 2 CP per post.

Name: Fire Ash Projectile: Breath

Description: Takes multiple turns too complete. Durring the first turn the user draws in a large amount of air and Fire Ash particles which can remain in the mouth for as long as needed. The last turn that the technique is used the air and Fire Ash particles are blown towards the opponent.
Damage: 10 SP
Effect: Sucks in and blows out Fire Ash towards an opponent. Requires 'Rat', 'Dragon' handseals.

I'm starting to see the standard for proportion to rank of the jutsu to the amount of fire ash needed. I say make at least 15 oz if it's going to be C.

Effect: Fires bullet shaped projectiles towards the opponent. Requires 'Rat', 'Dragon' and 'Rabbit' handseals.

So, I take it this jutsu can only be used once per hand? How does one recover skin or is the skin removal permanent?

Description: Creates a shield that is used too deflect attacks away from the user.
Damage: Resist 15 SP worth of damage for every 10 oz of Fire Ash used.
Effect: Creates a shield in front of the user that can increase the users defense. Requires 'Rat' and 'Ram' handseals.

For a D rank, it seems a little powerful. If you want to keep it a D rank, just have it to where it defends at the size of an arm buckler, and breaks to one attack, but attacks C rank and higher breaks through it and still hit.

If you wish to give it the current stats, plus get a +1 to Defence, then make it a C.

How many spikes does it make? And do they do damage per spike or as a whole?

Heat Fist Style - A style of attack used primarily with those capable of creating high temperatures. The style mostly consists of feints towards the body with the real attacks aimed near vital spots. The Heat Fist Style is based on the Gentle Fist and Strong Fist styles and incorperates many of there techniques within it.

Description: A punch is thrown towards the opponents stomach or midsection in order too draw the attention of the opponent to said area. The punch looks strong but the user will 'pull' there punch at the last minute causing the punch itself to result only in a light tap not strong enough too cause any real damage.
Damage: 0 SP.
Effect: Delivers a light tap too the stomach ment too distract the opponent.

The trick to Taijutsu is that it's hard to create a special attack and just one that a person can use generally with their taijutsu skills. This is one of the ones that do not have to be a taijutsu.

Name: Heat Fist Style: Feint Retreat
Rank/ Type: C Taijutsu
P/A: Active
Prerequisites: Heat Fist Style.
Description: Typically used after several powerful attacks have been launched in order too goad the enemy into following the user. Typically sets the user up too deliver a very solid blow.
Damage: +2 SP for next attack.
Effect: User moves backwards setting the opponent up too recieve a more devestating attack.

I guess this is okay. It's like a temporary buffer, basically.

For the heat attacks, I say get rid of the phrases of drawing attention. Unless it's a genjutsu, not everyone will get distracted.

Seems like the same as above, just at a different part of the body. Get rid of this.

Description: A punch is thrown slightly too the side of the intended target and the air next too the target itself is heated up.
Damage: 10 SP (+5 SP every 25 degrees over 100)
Effect: User moves backwards setting the opponent up too recieve a more devestating attack.

How does one know how hot an area is? To me, you should do "+5 sp every 10 extra SP up to +30 added when activating".

Description: In this first stage of the Tamahome Kekkei Genkai, the ashes needed for this attack are created from dead skin cells. These ashes are infused with Chakra allowing it's user to preform basic and complex jutsu's.
Level One users of the Ash Flame are only able to heat there Ashes up to around 115 degrees maximum, limiting the amount of burning damage inflicted by there attacks. Attempting to heat Ashes up more than this has been known to cause the Ash Flame Technique to turn on it's user, completely destroying his or her body and mind

Give more specific values. Such as "1 CP = 1 degree fahrenheit, Up to 5 CP can be used per post." And then give a max heat.

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One.
Description: Technique maintains the temperature of Ash Flames by temporarily 'sealing' the amount of chakra stored within the flames so that none can be added or removed.
Damage: 0 SP
Effect: Creates a seal that maintains chakra levels within the Ash Flames keeping them at a constant temperature.

Give it a post limit. Since it's only a D, it'll be able to keep the temp for only 5 posts. If you want to reset the post count, you use this jutsu again before the time is up.

Prerequisites: Fire Ash Level One.

Make it a ninjutsu ranked I believe C, and in the effect "no CP cost to activate." However, give it a limit before it goes away, or make a condition where it can be removed, thus no more damage.

Do not have this heal you. Instead, only allow it to do as it says: recover your skin cells. To me, this sounds more like a technique a medical nin would have come to think of it. If you want to find more ways to make Fire Ash, I suggest some method of your clan having the ability to regrow skin cells at a rapid pace, like regrowing them after twenty four hours. And also like maybe storing fire ash in some container for them to store over time and use, but give fire ash an expiration date at which it will no longer be usable, such as only good for one week type of thing.

It shouldn't "interrupt" an opponent's attack unless they're doing some running or something else. It's an E, so it doesn't have that luxury. 2 SP damage when tripping.
