All members should know what elemental chakra they can control. Roll 1d20 and depending what the number is your elemetal chakra will be:
1,6,12,18: Fire
2,9,10,15: Wind
3,4,11,16: Water
5,8,13,19: Lightning
7,14,17,20: Earth
Keep in mind you still can learn other types of elemental jutsu but now you can try mixing other jutsu with your elemental chakra to from new justu. Just make sure Raziel-X007 approves.
