This is the help thread. If your match needs immidiate proctor attention (to the point where you can't continue a match until a proctor ruling is made) please post it here.
This is not for when you finish a match and you need a proctor to grade it, you can immidiately move on to the next match. But if all three matches are finished, and the scrolls are ready to be exchanged, then you may post here to request grading.
Please refer all GENERAL QUESTIONS to the FAQ thread. These are for battle-specific questions only.
PROCTORS: If you are going to take care of a problem in this thread, and you are not the designated proctor of a match (Seeing as availability is different per proctor), please quote it and say that you are taking care of it. If the designated proctor doesn't agree with your ruling, then an agreement will be made.
Anyway, this is just more convienient to be able to see which teams need help. Proctors can make temporary rulings to make battles run smoother.
Please note what teams are involved, what sector you're in, and a brief description of the problem. (Request for grading, questionable actions, arguments, ect.)
Proctors will assess your problem as quickly as possible.

I wanted to ask about the body flicker jutsu. Can genin use it? And if so then shouldn't there be a limit on how many times we can use it?

Hotaru_Minomi I wanted to ask about the body flicker jutsu. Can genin use it? And if so then shouldn't there be a limit on how many times we can use it? Under genin-level techniques, no one under the rank of Tokubetsu Jounin should be able to use the body-flicker technique. And even as a higher-ranked ninja, it should be used sparingly. The rules will be updated shortly.

Liquid explosives are not off-limits, seeing as they're tools, and kept in an inventory. But, the probability of you being caught in their abilities (explosions, poisons, ect.) is the same probability of you being hit. You can use chance rules, or figure out a way (and EXPLAIN) how you got out of it.

Mechs don't fit within the Naruto universe, except for those with the technology. Seeing as the only plausible sections within the Naruto-verse to have that kind of technology could possibly be ANBU, even which is limited.
I'd say best that it is off-limits. It's almost more disadvantageous for you to have one, since fire could easily heat it up to the point that it's unsafe to stay in, it could freeze and be unable to move, and so on and so forth.
Ninja's aren't known for using mechs, and we're staying true to that part of the storyline. Cyborgs/mechas are off limits within all factions of the Konoha: The Village Hidden in the Leaves roleplay, including the exams.

Two questions:
First question - The proctors don't like it when we discuss semantics for a battle within the battle thread, can a seperate thread be set up to discuss the details of a particular battle so that parties won't be docked points for battle related discussions?
Second question - If a member of a squad has there account banned durring the exams, will the member be alowed to use an alternate account to continue the exam, or will the squad need a replacement to be sent in?

Derdeva:
1: Discussing semantics is fine. It's when the discussion turns from explaining a move, or requesting an explanation, to mindless arguing or general chat, that you would have to move to the OOC thread. Discussing semantics won't get you points deducted.
2: I see no problem with using an alternate account if your main is banned. After all it is the same person roleplaying.

(NM, I'll let the proctors deal with it when they are judging the match.)

Question: if a member of our squad has not shown up for the last week and a half may another member of the squad (who has already fought) fight again instead of having it count as a DQ against themselves?

If your team has won two out of the three matches, then you don't have to worry about fighting again. PM the proctor to ask for a ruling if they haven't done so already. If you need the third fight, then you're welcome to fight again.

Hense, how Uchiha Obito knew it and never made it past genin. So according to the series genin CAN learn the body flicker technique. However, it doesn't mean they can execute it perfectly. =']

The Uchiha are also particular cases. It's not every Tom, d**k, and Harry that can perform it. For the sake of not being able to use teleportation jutsus, we'll keep the rule as is. You have one Kawarimi, and that's it.
