RiverClan takes refuge on a small island surrounded by water. Their border to the south in the large river that can only be crossed by swimming or over the stepping stones that lead into ThunderClan territory. It has long been known that RiverClan lusts after sunningrocks. They are renowned for their excellent swimmers and fishing abilities.

Personality: Torrentstar is very energetic. He is always up for another patrol or another training session. Unlike other leaders, who sometimes don't join in on patrols and such, he almost always joins the patrols. Torrentstar can't stand people who question the loyalty of other cats. Becuase Torrentstar is half Loner he will claw any cat's pelt off his they question the loyalty of another cat, especially him.
Torrentstar is very fast and agile in battle. He isn't very big and strong like most other RiverClan cats, but he uses his agility to tire out his opponents. Then once his opponent is exhausted, he can easily defeat them. Torrentstar's true nature is revealed on the battle field. It is where he is at home and most comfortable. He has the true spirit of a warrior. He cannot stand to lose and this unwillingness to lose makes him even more ferocious on the battle field.

Appearance: Scrawny and slim, this femme had been the runt of her litter, awkward twig-like limbs giving way to a graceful, slender frame as the seasons had passed. Her pelt was short, sleek, and well-kept, constant grooming leaving not a silver hair out of place. Dark gray stripes patterned a canvas of pale silver-gray, ivory pigmentation painting her paws and underbelly. The world was viewed through a silver-gray gaze, often fixed into a disapproving if distant scowl. It was clear by her quiet demeanour and fragile stature that this female wasn't cut out to be a fighter.
Personality: Quiet but short tempered, Dampfoot kept herself to herself most of the time, talking no more than she saw fit. Obssessed with her image, femme couldn't stand being dirty, and was often content to sit quietly in a corner grooming her fur. Disconnected and anti-social, talking to Dampfoot was like talking to someone that just wasn't all there, as if she wasn't really interested in what you had to say. Althought her quietness was disconcerting to some, she was fiercely loyal under a disinterested visage. Also, trust was a highly valuable possession to Dampfoot, and you were hard-pressed to form one but highly respected if a bond were to grow between you and this grumpy female.

Appearance: Pebblefoot is a white and brown tabby. She is muscular just like any other Riverclan cat but she's not bulky like a warrior. She has unusual blue eyes and on the bottom of her paws are speckled with black spots the size of pebbles.
Personality: Pebblefoot is easygoing and easy to get along with. It takes alot to make her panic but it also takes alot to gain her full trust. She reads other cats easily, and is the one to talk to if you need advice. She loves being medicine cat because she loves taking care of her clan. The thing she likes most though is delivering and caring for kits. She has a good relationship with everyone in the clan and has never had her temper flared yet.

Appearance:Beesting has a jet-black pelt, dappled only by the thick ring of yellow a few inches from the base of his tail. He has a build somewhat like Graystripe's or Tigerclaw's; a large, round face, broad but not at all flat, large, powerful shoulders, big, heavy paws and thick claws, and a thick, furry coat. His eyes are a brilliant golden to match the ring around his tail.
This is the only picture I could find that looked a bit like him, though I imagine him a bit differently.

Personality: For unknown reasons, Beesting has always been...distant. To put it lightly. Not in the way that he doesn't communicate or socialize with others, but that he doesn't; to put it bluntly; show any emotion. Happiness, sadness, pride, embarrasment, anger....he portrays nothing. His face, his eyes, his stature, they betray nothing. He appears to be permanently indifferent.
Other: He has a strange talent for reading emotions, ironic as it may be. The slightest twitch of the tail would betray your feelings to him.

Appearance:Silvertail is midsized. She is all gray except for a few white patches on her hind legs. She has yellow-green eyes that stick out because of her dark face coloring.
Personality: Silvertail is very bubbly. Despite her age she's a bit like a kit or a young apprentice. She's made happy easily and usually always has a smile on her face. She rarely gets angry and if she does it doesn't last long. She's very easy to get along with and she's very loving of everyone in the clan. Silvertail puts on a happy face but on the inside she holds greif and sorrow, for her lost family.
Other: Silvertail has undergone many tragedies in her life, losing her mate and then her kits to a very harsh leafbare, she's never quite gotten over it but she doesn't show that side of her. When Moonkit came into the clan she was estatic and took her in as her adopted mother immediately. She really does love Moonkit and is sometimes a little overprotective of her.

Personality: Loyal, brave warrior who would die for his clan. Rainfur was accually born with a hatred of the water. Over the moons, he grew to tolerate it and now he can't stay away from it. Rainfur can be immature at times, but has learned a lot over time. He has always wanted an apprentice and also a family to call his own.
Other: Both of his parents died in battle protecting RiverClan.

Personality: This tom's tough appearance may make a cat want to think twice before speaking to him, but there really is no need. Hawkfire is a very kind cat, who shares his sister's playfulness. He is very clever, and an excellent warrior. He loves kits, and hopes to be a father one day.

Personality: She is a very jolly, happy cat. She tends to be hyper at some times, but is quiet and cautious when needed. She can be a little sassy sometimes. She is always up for an adventure.

Personality: She's nice, and loves to hunt often alone. She can be stubborn and hot-headed, though most of the time she's nice to be around. She's extremely loyal, though isn't afraid to speak her mind. When she hunts, she's focused, and wouldn't pay atteion to anything else. She loves to hunt near WindClan border, because she likes to catch rabbits that sometime hop to RiverClan territory.
Roleplaying sample: Crystaleye started to hunt, on a huge mouse that made her mouth water. When she hopped, she caught it. "Yes! Thank you StarClan!" When she looked up, a tom was in her face. She mewed, "Um...hi. I'm from RiverClan..did I go on your territory?" She backed over to her own line. "Sorry, sorry!" She mewed, bending down. "I didn't mean to! Please don't tell your leader. Mine will have my head. Please!" The tom answered, "Of course I won't. My name is Appletail. Yours?" Crystaleye sighed relief, and mewed, "Crystaleye."

Appearance: Icetail has a bulky appearance, but up close he is simply very muscular. His coat is a light grey, except for his tail which is pure white. He has green eyes, large claws, and usually a tense face on.
Personality: Although he may seem like the strong, brave type, he is actually quite timid at times. He is --for the most part -- friendly, though he can be stubborn and hard to deal with. He is a good fisher, but most likely couldn't chase down a water vole if his life depended on it. Icetail is not afraid to speak his mind, even though sometimes he pushes his point a little too much. =/
Other: He's not very ambitious, although he does love to be praised. =P

Personality: She's not a very 'friendly' cat, however, she would never harm her clan in any way shape or form. She is nervous about her new position as a warrior but looks up to her Clan leader with total confidence. She is not a strong cat in terms of muscle, but she's clever and fast. She would rather outwitt her opponent then get her claws dirty.
Roleplaying sample: Ravenfang walked into the camp dripping with water and carrying a fish in her mouth. "Good hunt?" said a nearby warrior. "Yes." She replied shortly. She was in no mood to talk. She hurried off to find her Clan leader.

Personality: Sandpaw is fierce and loves his Clan. He is an extremely good fighter, but is quiet and respectful. He always tries his hardest during training and hunting. He usually doesn't talk much, but if you grow close to him, he is a trusting friend. Whenever he makes a mistake, he corrects it and tries never to do it again. He usually is shy around the other Clans, so he usually just sits and listens to the conversations going on around him. This skill has made him extremely reflective.

Appearance: A sleek black cat with tender blue eyes and white whiskers. Her paws are all white (as if she were wearing socks) and her chin is also white, coming down to the fur of her chest. She appears first to be scrawny, but with a closer look it reveals that she is not, just very lean and thin. Her posture is great, and she doesn't have any scars to show.
Personality: She is the kind of cat everyone can get along with (as long as they're not holding a grudge of somesort) . She does have a bad tendancy to speak before the thinks about what the consequences might be. Even so, she is a playful cat, and what she lacks in muscle, she makes up for in speed and wits. She is determined and motivated, ready to be the best warrior she can be. When others are troubled, she is also good at comforting and suggesting things that may help them.
Other: She joined the clan when she was three moons old, after running away from her mother that didn't care for her. She really doesn't remember much of what it was like, but she was glad she was accepted into the clan.

Personality: Airpaw is very cheerful no matter what. He loves going on adventures, and often complains when he has to stay in camp. He tends to get very hyper while training and often runs off before he's given full instructions. For doing so he often gets into trouble. He's very clumsy.
Roleplaying sample: Airpaw carefully picked his way over a log near the river. A water vole was scuttling for seeds on the other side. Stalking forward he kept his eyes on his prey. He lept, but slipped on some moss and fell in front of the vole, startling it. It fled and Airpaw cursed under his breath.

Personality: Sunpaw is a very kind cat, and likes to avoid conflict. However when it comes to protecting her clan, she doesn't mind a bit of bloodshed. She is incredibly fast and loves going on patrol when she has spare time. Fish are her favorite prey, even if it means getting her paws wet a bit. She always wakes up at dawn, unless she is sick.

Appearance: Mooneye got her name from the milky film that covered her eyes when she went blind in battle. She very muscle defined and not weak in any way. Other than that she is creamy white with splotches of brown on her flank. She has no scars except for one on her face. It came from the same battle that made her blind.
Personality:Mooneye is cranky and does not trust easily. She is extremely loyal and a feirce fighter despite her blindness. She often mistakes compassion for pity and lashes out in response. When you get to know herr you find that despite her young age she is very knowledgable. She hates the label "Elder" the only elderly thing about her is the fact that her name was changed because of her disability. She respects Starclan and the warrior code but hates the fact that she is stuck in camp as an elder all day when she could do so much more for her clan.
Other: first off... Usually elders are not allowed to do anything on there own, Mooneye is sometimes made an exception by Torrentstar because she is from the same litter as he and he was fighting in the same battle that caused his sister to lose her sight.
also because of her "disability" her other senses have been hightened, so she can sense smaller vibrations than other cats and she can hear things from alot farther away also.

Personality: Short-tempered, but can be kind and happy. She loves to tell stories, but she worries. She's getting kind of old, and she isn't quite ready to leave her favorite Clan yet. A bit sharp-tongued, but willing to tell a story. Adventurous for an elder, and wants to go on a patrol.
