Anyone hear with a tablet or know of tablets?
I want to get a tablet that's good for drawing on computers(art all that) but I don't want a expensive $300 one.

I know that's hard to find, but anyone know of any good tablets(that work well) and are of good price?
I know Intuos is one, but any other ones?

Well, before I got the Wacom, I used an Aiptek Hyperpen tablet, and it worked well for me. The only downside is that it is big, about 9"x12" +. It cost about $100 new. :3

Wacom's Bamboo tablet's extremely inexpensive, and it's small, so it's easy to carry around with you if you want to use a laptop to anywhere, anytime. I'd think the price range is around $100...

But buy a Wacom brand. They make excellent tablets.

Wacom.

No need to spend $300.

Their 5.7x3.8 Bamboo is $100 and the 5.7x8.3 Bamboo is $200.

*Releases deep breath and hugs everyone.*

Thank you. I was hoping you guys said Bamboo.

I think the Bamboo Fun($200) one will be the one. I read everything on it and it seems perfect for me. Nothing to complicated and I saw the previews, which made me even more excited. xD

Thank you.

I have a Wacom Intuos and I couldn't be happier. ;3; It's one of the smaller ones, therefore cheaper, and works just as great as the bigger ones.

It's smooth.
Oh so very very smooth. heart heart heart

Bamboo works great, and there's no need to get anything bigger than small. It's not an issue at all with size, and for me bigger tablet just take up space and don't preform any better. Unless you're a professional, I don't see why anyone would need anything bigger.

No offense intended toward Sin or anything, but Adesso has a somewhat bad rep in the professional circles. Wacom's the way to go. I had a 12x18 Intuos II for a long time and never had an issue with it. (Yes, big I know, but I used it for alot of my commission work, it's handy when screencasting with a client and sketching concepts and the like. I loved it. ;-; ) Even their older tablets are great, I know a guy who STILL uses his Wacom ArtPad from when he bought it back in 1998. If you're looking for quality and reliability get a Wacom, you won't regret it.

I've got a Wacom Intuous I, old thing... but I only paid like, $5 bucks at a Goodwill for it...

So, maybe go hunt around thrift stores and see if you don't get lucky? o.o

I agree, I was merely supplying the numbers for those who cared.
