A soft sigh escaped Isabella Swan - Bella, to most -'s muzzle as she sat atop a cliff, her eyes glued on the sky. What a completely confusing, shocking, and terrible day. One minute, she had been lying in bed at night, about to drift to sleep and the next she was...where? She wasn't exactly sure where she was at the moment and, for that matter, what she was. Grimacing, the Kitsusagi tore her gaze from the sky, to turn back and took at her three, long tails. Whatever she was, it certainly wasn't human, that was for sure.
She was considered calm right now, compared to how she had been hours ago. Hyperventilating, panicky, and trying to surpress her tears, Bella had been far from relaxed. It didn't help that she was alone either, and now that she had calmed down and cleared her mind, questions started flooding into her mind.
What happened to her? Where was everyone? Was Charlie alright? And Renee? What about the Cullens? She could feel a unhappy, sinking feeling in her stomach as her mind wandered further.
What...about Edward?
'No,' She thought fiercely, shaking her head in an attempt to rid the questions that swirled dizzily in her head. 'I...I can't think about any of that now. Not when I'm so lost and confused and..." And...well...alone.

Edward couldn't remember how it happened, and at the moment, he didn't care. Right now, he had to find Bella. He was pleased to find these new,..paws,.carried him at the same mind-blowing speed as he was capable of before-- Any other observances would have to wait for later.
Sharp golden eyes could see the opening in the forest before him - and he caught the scent of clean mountain air. A cliff ahead. Bursting through the trees, he called out; "Bella!"
Before him he saw a rolling landscape beyond the rocky cliff. He looked left, and right, before his eyes caught a somewhat fammiliar form. 'Her too,..' The first thought that came in to his mind after that was the Volturi.(*is too lazy to look up the spelling, so is hoping she got it somewhat right*) "Bella!" Agian he called, rushing forth - A sight of sparkleing pale furr, with flaming hair, and tails the same color.

Bella forced her eyes to the bright, and beautiful sky. As much as she wanted to, she couldn't enjoy it, as lovely as this place was. The scenery before her wavered as frightened tears filled her eyes. "No," She grumbled, shaking her head in an attempt to clear her mind, "This isn't a time to cry. Okay, so I've possibly been seperated from everyone I knew and loved, and have magically been transformed into this...thing..." She paused, to look down at her furry paws, "But that's no reason to start crying, is it?" Her face perked up in determination, before it fell again a moment after.
Who was she kidding? How could she try to ignore everyone that was around her? She'd have to face it eventually - she just knew that she'd rather it be later than now. An unhappy tear streaked down from the corner of her eye, as she stared absently at the scenery. She had already been through so much...she didn't think that she could possess any fear anymore. Looks like she was wrong, though. It was obvious she was terrified - so terrified, that at this very moment, she felt as if she could hear Edward's soft, smooth voice, calling her name...
What? The Kitsusagi's ears pricked up as she caught the sound of someone calling her name - a very familiar, unforgetable voice. She whirled around just as the other Kitsusagi burst through the trees. For a moment, she could only stand there staring. Her brown eyes were wide, and her heart beat furiously. A second ticked by in silence, before Bella ran towards him, almost stumbling as she flung herself at him.
"Edward!"

Metting her half way, he greeted her with as best a hug as he could manage - which was more of a lingering nuzzle. "Shh, do not cry, Bella." He wanted the pet her hair, to confort her, but he couldn't, and this caushed an internl growl of frustration. Here he had sword to love and protect her, and now he couldn't even offer humanoid gestures of comfort!
"You are alright?" He pulled back to look her over for any wounds, and noticed her lack of shoes. No matter how frustrated he was, he couldn't help but ggrin. "Silly Bella, no shoes?" He chuckled.

Sniffing back any and all tears, she lay her head on Edward's shoulder, feeling her heart relax. It was odd. She was still in the same situation, and was still this...creature, but it didn't seem to matter anymore. She felt so much calmer - so much safer - now that Edward was with her again. It had always been like that though, hadn't it? Edward had always been there for her when she needed him most, and today was no exception it seemed.
Smiling weakly, the brunette gave a small nod of her head. "I'm okay," She croaked, "Was just a little scared, is all." Canting her head, her smile grew a little as she looked Edward. He was no longer a human, but he still had that same air of perfection around him, that was for sure. And those same, intense eyes...
Making a face at his comment, she looked down at herself. "Well, I don't know if I need shoes anymore, now that I'm this...furry thing." Frowning, she reached up to bat lightly at Edward's ear, before sighing. "What are we, anyways? We look like a cross between a rabbit and a llama." She commented, almost dryly.

"No, I guess not," He gave her that special Edward-smile, then he let out a sigh. "I do not know. At least we are together,." He placed his ice cold forehead on her's "And that is all that matters. I'm sure we will find out soon enough, anyway."
He did not mention his own suspicious as to why they suddenly were these creatures. Bella didn't need to worry about that. He was sure she had enough to be worried about as it was. In fact, he wondered what was to become of his own family? He had to take care of Bella first.
"It wouldn't matter to me if you had tails, or feathers, you are still Bella." He assured. 'My beautiful Bella.'

Even as a Kitsusagi, Bella would feel her breath being sucked out of her for a heart-stopping moment when Edward smiled. Looked like he'd have that ability, no matter what species he was. Smiling as their foreheads were pressed together, she gave him a rather awkward but affectionate nuzzle, something she wasn't really used to doing to say the least. "Yeah," She agreed softly, "Being together sheds a lot more light on this situation."
Still, it was only natural that she was concerned about what had happened, but she didn't voice these outloud. She was sure that, somewhere in his mind, Edward must have been thinking about the same thing. She was more worried about how the others were though. Charlie, Renee and the Cullens all held a special part of her heart. Even if she was to never become a human again, she would be content at least if everyone she loved was alright.
Feeling her face grow warm, Bella grinned at Edward, "The same goes for you," She murmured, laughing, "You're still perfectly handsome, even as a rabbit-llama." Bella had better learn what these creatures were called soon, before she addressed everyone of this species as 'rabbit-llamas'.

"I am sure there is a name for this animal. And I do not think it is 'rabbit-llama'," He shook his head amusedly, and looked out at thier surroundins. Teh sun was setting, and becoming hidden by clouds, pushed by the strong autumn wind. "We should look for some shelter for you, then answers."
Even with furr, he was not keen on letting Bella brave this weather. It looked as if a storm were rolling in - and this time there would be no Baseball.

Grinning, almost sheepishly, Bella laughed. "Well, until we learn of it's name, I think rabbit-llama will do?" Her mood had lightened tremendously now, though she could still undeniably feel that uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach. Ears pricking up when Edward spoke, she bent her head back to take a look at the sky, her ears flattening a moment after. "Shelter sounds good," She admitted as she watched the sky darken with the clouds. "And I'm sure we can find -someone- to answer our questions, later on." After all, surely they weren't the only rabbit-llamas on this place! And with luck, they would be able to communicate with each other.
Absentmindedly, a shiver ran through Bella's body as a cool breeze brushed past, her brown hair blowing into her face. "Lets hurry then." She said, pressing herself close to Edward.

He chuckled. "If that's what you would like,. and shelter it is then." And with that they began thier trek. He shook his head at Bella's shiver, somewhat amusedly. "If you are cold, cuddeling up to me is perhaps not your best bet. I might have furr, but--" He was still a vampire,.right? Too many questions, and not enough answers. He made no motion to move away from Bella though - still brushing shoulders with her as they walked.
The forest certainly appeared different, as an animal. He vauguely worried about one of the others finding them like this, and distaking them as prey, however seeing as he himself had never seen anything like thes,...'rabbit-llamas', then that either meant they were far, far, away from home, or in another demension entirely.

"I know," She said while walking alongside him, "But...I just want to make sure you're actually here, and I'm not just imagining you." It had, afterall, happened before. Bella imagining that Edward was there when he was not, that is...but she preferred not to think of that time. The time when Edward and his family had all left...she had broken down for months. Hesitating, she turned her gaze at him, her ears laid back. "Edward? I know this is selfish of me but...promise you won't leave me alone?" At this point, his company may have been the only thing that kept her calm and content (as content as she could be in this situation, that is).
Her tails swishing behind her, Bella seemed unnerved that she had yet to see any other sign of life. That being said, she glanced at Edward from the corner of her eye. He was still a vampire, even in this form, wasn't he? What would he feed on if there weren't any animals around? As subtlely as she could, the brunette craned her neck to take a look at Edward eye color.

The turned to look at Bella with that fiercely passionate look. "I promise. I will never leave you, unless you wish me to." 'Never again'. His amber eyes stared into hers, and for the billionth time he wished he could read her mind.
"Everything will be alright,.." He nuzzled her cheek, before once again begining thier trek through the woods. He looked over at her when she looked over at him, and lifted a brow. "What is it, Bella?"

Locking her gaze onto his, Bella stared at him while he spoke, listening quietly. Finally, a large smile spread across her muzzle, her eyes softening. "Thank you, Edward." She murmured, hoping he knew how much it - how much he - meant to her.
Nodding as he spoke, she built up some confidence. They'd find the answers they were looking for soon - she was sure of that, and ready for when the time came. When Edward looked at her, however, with a risen brow, Bella mentally sighed. So much for sneaking in some 'subtle' looks.
"I was just, um, trying to see what colo - " before she could finish, somehow, the Kitsusagi stumbled over her own feet and landed rather ungracefully on the ground. Ears pinned flat, a slightly miffed look found it's way onto her face. Edward had been right - she'd be herself no matter who or what she was. Apprently that was also true about her clumsiness too.

Edward couldn't help but shake his head. Yes, Bella would be Bella - tripping over nothing wheater she has two legs or four.
"Are you alright? Best to get to shelter before you do some real harm to yourself," He stated with a grin, inspecting her for wounds or scrapes of any sort, concerend and amused. He helped her up as best he could. "As you were saying?" Edward prompted her to continue

Childishly, she pouted as Edwards helped her up, glaring down at her feet. "You would have thought that I'd be slightly less clumsy, having an extra pair of legs and all," She grumbled. Fortunately, aside from a dull pain from where she had fallen, Bella was relieved to find that she was alright. It had, afterall, just been her usual stumble.
"Well, nothing serious." She declared, before smiling sheepishly at Edward's prompt. "Oh, well, I was just...you know, worried. We haven't seen any sign of life here so far, aside from the two of us, and..." She trailed off for a moment, before speaking again. "I was trying to see what colors your eyes were." Bella explained, tilting her head as she looked at him.
