She shifted her wings slightly, her gaze lifted to the trees around her. They were changing colors, the lands smelt different as well, with a flick of her long flowing tricolored tail she continued on ward.
The crisp nights air was welcome as it cooled her body, she felt over heated a bit, but then when your running like the devil is on your tail, it can happen.
She pawed at the earth for a moment, it was growing hard. The change in seasons effected the land, and those who lived on it greatly. Pale auburn eyes danced as she sighed a bit, she missed her parents but felt free on her own.
She glanced over her shoulder, her dreams were becoming more, and more vivid, Pandora had been cold enough to explain to her that Chepi and Blake were not her real parents, that she'd been abandoned and left to die...but her dreams said other wise.
A chill raced down her spine, she kicked slightly before she started to canter, trying to keep her cool.

Halia was nosing through a bush, nudging aside branches and twigs as she searched for the remnants of summer's bounty. There wasn't much to be had however, aside from the leaves of the bush, as it seemed other creatures had already made off with what berries had clung to these branches. With a huffy sigh, the young mare pulled her head out of the bush, leaves still clinging in her mane.

The other mare came into veiw, she slowed down. With a paused, and slowly caught her breath, her sides heaving.
"Hello.." She called out, ears perked forward as she glanced over her shoulder once more before turning her gaze back to the mare at hand, she hadnt really ever interacted with other girls besides her mother and Anemone.
Her wings shifted at her sides, they seemed to have minds of there own, and she was still taming them.

"Hello there." Halia shook her mane in an attempt to loosen the tangled leaves. Guh, but getting things stuck in her hair was annoying. "I'm Halia..." She flicked her ears back worriedly as the other mare glanced over her shoulder. "Is someone following you?" She hoped not, not in a bad way at least. This was the first mare she'd met outside of her family, and she wanted to be able to talk to her for at least a few moments.

"No, I dont think so..Im not sure.." She shook her head, it was all so confusing. "Im Zarimunia..Its nice to meet you Halia." She smiled, and flicked her tail.
She liked the changing leaves, she arched a brow as the other tried to shake the leaves from her mane. "Would you like some help?" she asked with a soft laugh. As a filly, she'd been so full of spunk and spirit and she still had that in her, but her nightmares lately have been keeping her back.

"Well, you're not alone now if someone is," Halia piped up with a smile. "You looked a little worried, but..." Her head lifted, smile widening. "Oh! That sounds wonderful, thank you! I like my mane, but it seems the leaves like it too..." She giggled slightly and tossed her head.

"Your quiet right.." She smiled, she didnt like this helpless feeling that was starting to drain her. She tossed her own mane, "I can see this..." She laughed a little as she neared the other mare, helping remove the leaves that clung to her locks. "You have a very pretty mane..." She stepped back, to make sure she'd gotten all of the remaining leaved.
"Im not worried...I dont think." Her voice was a bit unsure, but she held her stance, head tilted high with pride, and eyes filled with a brave power.

"Thank you..." Halia blushed a bit, unsure at how to take the compliment. Mom and dad complimented her, sure, but they were her parents...and brothers were brothers. Aurum thought he was prettier, anyways. "So what brings you out here...just enjoying a run?" Akila loved running for the sheer joy of it, and Halia had inherited that love. It was a trait passed down through at least three generations, as well as an impulsive temper that tended to leap before it looked.
