Yo!
New to the community as well as to the forum. I've been a toku/sentai fan since 02 with Kamen Rider being my primary Toku source. So far out of the new gen Hibiki's been my favorite even with it's radical changes followed by Agito.

What's going on. Just recently became a fan of toku starting with super sentai but the more I looked into toku I found other shows like Kamen Rider, Cutie Honey, and more. Hopefully I can talk to people on here about the shows I've seen and maybe help some newbies out and point them in the right direction. Kuddos on the guild guys.

Hey. Favorite Kamen Rider series is Faiz. Just got Kabuto souchaku. Bakawaltz also on HJU. I love Toku. Yup. What's up??

Glad I could be apart of this guild. Kamen Rider is one my favorite things in life. I always get so excited when they announce a new Rider series.

As you can see I like Gou Fukami from gekiranger. So I used his name for my username here. rofl

Hi everyone I'm Jin. I am rather new to this guild, another member recommended I join a while back finally got around to doing so xd I have been watching some Tokusatsu series for years now (starting with the first Power Rangers, Kamen Rider, Big Bad Bettle Borgs, Superhuman Samurai Cybersquad), unfortunately american versions so I don't get the original japanese cheesiness sweatdrop but that's what torrents and youtube are for : rofl: I also believe I used to see the OLD Ultraman just translated to spanish back in Peru, but I dont remember much of it since I was like 5 sweatdrop I plan to get into more Sentai/Tokusatsu, and reading around I didn't even know Cutey Honey counts and I LOVE that show o_O BTW does Gatchaman count as Tokusatsu too? surprised

Not quite, as Tokusatsu is technically live action only.
However, because the super hero genre is so prominent in tokusatsu, this guild is also a great place to discuss any Japanese or Japanese style super heroes.
Gatchaman, the Skull Man, Viewtiful Joe, Voltron, and perhaps even Sailor Moon fit into the tokusatsu genre by association, even though manga and anime do not count as toku.

Hello, everyone. I've actually been apart of this guild for a little while, but I've never properly introduced myself.
I have my recently aquired love of tokusatsu, thanks to Spooky Tanuki, but I've pretty much always been a fan and just not known it. My first Super Sentai series was Hurricanger. I was also a big fan of Godzilla. As a kid my brothers dad would send us poorly dubbed english, subtitled in japanese tapes of Godzilla and I watch them until they tape would burn up. I guess that was my first real tokusatsu, even before my exposure to Power Rangers.
In recent years, I've completely finished Magiranger and Kamen Rider Hibiki. Hibiki is the freaking tops! I love KR Hibiki! I'm working on finishing Gekiranger, and apparently Kamen Rider Tiva rules, so I'm going to hop on that as soon as I get a new computer.
I really want to get some tokusatsu friends to chat with and bounce titles off of, so since this forum isn't quite as lively, feel free to pm me or friend me, or whatever.
