Does anyone know the ciphers that get you the "Porcupine Stinger" and "Devil's Eye" weapons?

If you're working through the Key Items, forget it. You don't get the weapons out of there. I've tried them all, and I wrote down what each cipher gets you.

Oh, good. Where are you looking? At first I thought that "BrotherBand" on the blueprint in Boreal's office was a cipher, but it refused it. Oh, try the cipher that's in the manual's screenshot. It should yield you a D. Energy.

It turns out that there are a few ciphers that can get you Admin Mega Cards.
Star Force,
the unlimited
power!

^Wins a Dragon Sky SP
If you have Admin cards that correspond to different versions, the card still shows up in your box, but not your library. And, no, I don't know the code for Pegasus Magic SP.

You mean how do you send one? Same way you send any email - go to "E-Mail", press X, and choose the Satellite (the center button) as the recipient. In the subject, write "Cipher" (yes, the C has to be capitalized). In the body of the mail, write the cipher (this is also case sensitive). After you send it, exit the main menu and you'll immediately get a response from the Satellite. If it's the Admin, you got it right, and if it's a Mr. Hertz, you messed up.

You get the Porcupine stinger from a password mail and the devils eye from another password mail.... thats all the info I got on them... Goto The Undernet Square's website.... They have a visual guide for the game....
