To be a captain, all you need to do is ask! For now there are 12 spots open until a Captain has been picked. That Captain runs their own squad how they see fit.
UPDATE: All Captain slots have been filled! But there are still some without Vice Captains. Keep an eye out for Captains recruiting! But you are free to join whichever Company want. Just notify the Company Captain of your choice to be included.
UPDATE: All Captains Please Tell me or Kichirou If you choose a Vice so we can update the List below!!
There are some simple rules for aspiring Captains!
1. You pick your Vice Captain to help you.
2. To be a captain you MUST be in the clan.
3. Vice captains only - You have the option of a second in command or right hand man to you alone. The vice captain has the power to choose his second but the Captain can terminate said chosen individual after explaining why to his vice captain. Because they dont like them or want someone they are friends with instead are not good enough reasons. DONT TRY THOSE EXCUSES!

espada rules
1. rakeing espada ((0 thought 9)) are the same in power to the 13 captains
2. a rankiing espada may have as many followers ans he or she wishs but they are respnsabil for there followers actens much like the captains are for there squad members
3. the espada leader may make following rules in Hueco Mundo subfourm
4. arrancars of all levels must respect there fellow arrancar
5. if a arrancar has a complant about a other member of this clan they must take it up with there leader or myself
6 to get a ranking spot u must take it up with the espada leader he or she will give u a rank or not
