The user can do things like restraining targets or hitting them, in both cases setting them on fire. What's interesting about the spell is that the fewer the active whips then the stronger are the active ones, with a single whip being strong and hot enough to cause explosions on whatever it strikes while it can cause severe burns on whatever it wraps itself on.

XXXXXUnlike most exceeds that were born in Edolas, Saba was born on earth where he'd eventually learn Giant Magic From his previous master. He's obeservant skeptical and shy due to his previous encounters with Humans/Mages and rather stay in the company of Dart and the rest of the Lamia Scale family. He likes sweets his favorite being candy apples and likes adventure as well as protecting his comrades.
Story
What was reported as a monstrous threat from a village was, actually a frightened tiger like creature. Oddly he was able to grow to gigantic proportions which the villagers feared and declared a threat. When Dart had arrived on the scene he already noted the suspicious actions of the villagers and even their choice of words towards the apparent threat, they had seemed rather off. When confronting the creature Dart was met by an enormous beast but, the beast seemed rather more frightened of dart than dart was afraid of it. Upon Hearing Saba's story seeing the wounds and sadness behind his truth, Dart seen so much of himself in this situation and what his father Atlas had given him in his time of need.. a friend. The young Dragon fully trusted Leo and would assure him that he would have to worry nomore. He decided from this day on they'd be best friends, After doing so the creature would then transform to a cat/tiger cub and When he did Dart would rip off a part of his current attire and form it into a scarf "There, this should keep you warm until we get home." He'd give his exceed friend a draconic smile." Now the bad guys"
After gathering all the intel he needed, the two would head back to the village to detain the villagers that killed Saba's master in attempt to frame the young creature. It had so turned out that some villagers were in fact part of a dark guild and Saba's master and him were only in the way of their plot. They had planned to set a new guild base within the village area. The two would tag team for the first time apprehending the dark mages and solving the supposedly monster threat.
