Hard Locked, Non-Negotiable
• Extra Activations: Custom jutsu and weapons may not provide the user with extra activations under any circumstances above 1.
• Collision rules: A custom may not break collision rules by increasing the rank required to defend against it by any amount.
• Dice Rolls: Custom jutsu and weapons may not utilize dice rolls to determine their effects
•Reductions Custom jutsu may not provide any chakra or stamina reductions to the user. Custom weapons may only provide a lowering of five chakra or stamina, with a minimum cost of five chakra or stamina. Crafted weapons will be allowed to reduce a cost by 10 chakra or stamina, with a minimum cost of five chakra or stamina.
• DR Customs techniques and weapons cannot give passive DR increases. Active DR in the case of weapons and custom items is limited to only when the item is equipped. Anything that is not a held weapon in these cases cannot exceed the 12 DR limit.
• Passives Custom jutsu can only have passive abilities if the user has them on a triggering effect. This means that while the passive is not active it is of no cost to the user, but once it is active it takes the cost from the user in chakra and / or stamina
• Auto-Hit Custom jutsu and weapons cannot auto-hit
• Kai Custom jutsu and weapons cannot make genjutsu unbreakable by kai
• Custom Styles or Bloodlines Custom jutsu and weapons cannot grant the user a custom style or Bloodlines
• DR Active Increases Custom jutsu and weapons cannot increase DR in multiplicative intervals
• Bloodline Custom jutsu and weapons cannot relate to the abilities of a bloodline unless they are a member of that bloodline
• Genjutsu Recognition Custom jutsu and weapons cannot create any technique which allows them to recognize that they are in a genjutsu
• Pet Chakra Customs jutsu, with the exception of combination transformation techniques, cannot allow the user to take chakra or stamina from their pet. Custom weapons cannot do so under any circumstances.
• Guild Systems Custom weapons or jutsu cannot circumvent guild systems.
• Emotional Influx Customs cannot be influenced by emotions in order for them to be more or less effective.
• Percentages Customs cannot use percentages to increase their defenses or offenses.
• Disciplines & Classes Customs cannot copy the abilities of disciplines or classes the user does not have.
• Cooldowns: Custom jutsu and weapons may not manipulate cooldowns of techniques with listed cooldowns

Soft-Locked, Negotiables:
• DR Active Boost Customs can only give the following stat increases per rank applied:
E-Slight
D-Mild
C-Moderate
B-Heavy
A-Greatly
S-Supremely
S+ - Double Supreme
In addition, custom jutsu or weapons cannot give the user DR bonuses which exceed their body rank.
• DR Min-Maxing Customs can allow more than one benefit or to exceed the rank restrictions if penalties are applied.
• Chakra and Stamina Storage Techniques can only store chakra or stamina. They can also only do so for a specific purpose or as a reservoir for a particular technique. The maximum amount, however, is 320 of either.
• Chakra and Stamina Regeneration Customs can only increase chakra or stamina regeneration outside of combat, or during combat when the user is not using any of their activations aside from the regeneration technique.
• Style Jutsu Custom jutsu and weapons cannot give you the abilities of a style without being part of a style under usual circumstances. Examples are allowed, however.
• Duration Customs are not generally to be permanent. Exceptions are allowed dependent on the nature of the custom, such as fuuin.

☆ All submitted work is susceptible to change.
☆ You cannot create elemental combination jutsu if you do not have the appropriate bloodline. ( If you have wind and water, it does not mean you can make Hyouton jutsu. )
☆ When creating your jutsu, please stay away from "Space/Time" and "Gravity" manipulation that would affect anyone aside from yourself.
☆ Variable X-rank techniques are broken into two instances for determining their cost E-B & B-S+. Having the variable stay within one of those two parameters will only have the custom cost [1] Custom Point. A variable technique that covers the ranks E-S+ will cost [2] Custom Points.

• Members are allowed to make up to eight [8] custom jutsu. ( Referred to as custom jutsu slots. )
• Custom jutsu- do not -count towards restriction limits.
• Custom jutsu- must -be learned in order to use.
• Custom jutsu- are not -affected by post reduction abilities. ( Academy. dojo, etc. )

Please, I ask that you keep in mind what I've mentioned about the character who uses these. I built these with absolute restraint in mind, but with the rules to stop me from abusing them in the rare case they use them.




Character: Ydar Malakzdar
Technique Name: Justitia Fulcrum || (Fulcrum of Justice)
Rank: Null || See Below
Type: Religious Foundation Technique || Non-Jutsu
Description: An ancient, secret, and potent form of religious doctrine of the Duces Virtutum, the Guides of Virtue, the Justitia Fulcrum is a combination of permanent belief passive and active technique that serves as a foundation for future techniques stemming from it. The Justitia Fulcrum is split into two forms, the Adept and the Enlightened stages, each with its own requirements for attainment and abilities. The major focus of this "mode" is the balance of Justice within Ydar Malakzdar, and just how far his spirit and mentality lean in the direction of either Justice Wroth, or Justice Pure, which can be compared to the Light and Dark Side of the Force in the Star Wars universe. An odd note to pay attention to is that the source of Justitia Fulcrum is neither chakra nor stamina, registers as neither, and cannot be stopped by means that single out those two energy sources as a target. Justitia Fulcrum pulls from the forces of creation itself, divine energy channeled through the spirit bound to his soul.
_• Adept State
____Requirements → The Adept State is first awoken by the first time a Stage Four [4] effect is incurred on either side of the Scales. Once this occurs, the Adept state initiates, and becomes a permanent passive that is dictated by the points accrued. The system works like this: Whenever the power of Ruin, or Seiton, is utilized in the form of a technique or action to inflict harm in some way, whether to an individual or inanimate object, a point is earned towards Justice Wroth. Any time a Bukijutsu technique is used, or the powers of Salvation or the honing techniques of Seiton are used, a single point is earned in favor of Justice Pure. Acts of selfishness or careless actions designate a gain towards Justice Wroth, and selfless or compassionate acts gain towards Justice Pure. The points are based off of a sliding scale, as in a point in favor of Wroth take away from points of Pure, until a 9 to -9 number is gained, in which case between those two numbers one is at Justice Balanced.

Justice Pure

Stage One [1] → [10 Points]
• Emotional Change → Becomes slightly less accepting of excuses // becomes more driving to maintain order // Fights with rigidity and determination including more resounding strikes
• Chakra Manifestation → The manifestation of Chakra that Ydar possesses is that of a nondescript warrior. This warrior's armor changes from chainmail to a type of scale mail, with the helmet that was originally open having a set of bars slide over the face // Moderately sized pauldrons form from the steel, and the color drift slightly towards white.
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a ten point [10] reduction in energy cost for useage per energy utilized, and increases the cost of bloodline techniques or abilities by the same number.
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a one [1] post reduction to learning, with a similar increase to learning Bloodline.
Stage One [2] → [20 Points]
• Emotional Change → Becomes slightly less accepting of change // Following rules and promoting a sense of personal leadership follows, with the desire to lead being paramount to all // Rigidity in thinking
• Chakra Manifestation → Color shifts further towards pure white // Scale mail melts, reforming into a breastplate upon which a set of scales is inscribed, with the scales leaning to Ydar's right // Fingers on hands thicken into plated gauntlets
• Reduction in Bukijutsu Cost to a total of fifteen point [15] to each energy pool utilized within the technique, with a similar increase to the energy costs of Bloodline techniques or abilities.
• Mild Increase to Endurance and Strength statistics, recognizing the stalwart attitude of the Justice Pure, with a decrease of equal proportions to Speed and Reactions.
Stage One [3] → [30 Points]
• Emotional Change → Further rigidity in thinking // Combat maneuvers include lack of maneuverability and a strong desire to face incoming dangers head on // Attacks consist more of resolute movements followed by chopping movements // refusal to use more than one blade in favor of attacking with chopping motions
• Chakra Manifestation → The helmet of the manifestation alters further, gaining wings that extend outwards and back from the sides // Pants which were once leather morph to become covered in thick plate // further whitening of the manifestation, until the color more resembles a mix of white and blue
• Another Mild Increase to Endurance and Strength statistics, further emphasis on chopping strikes to hammer down the enemy. Speed and reactions are decreased by a Moderate amount, reflecting the lack of intention to move from one's path.
• A further reduction of one [1] post to learning Bukijutsu, culminating in a [-2] total, with an equal increase to the requirements of learning Bloodline techniques.
Stage One [4] → [40 Points]
• Emotional Change → The epitome of a Paladin & Justicar // Resolution comes in the form of never giving ground // Combat sees the purpose of beating an enemy into submission through sheer overwhelming might // Will take strikes without flinching to intimidate through resolution // Unforgiving of even the smallest of crimes // Will see justice done without mercy
• Chakra Manifestation → The manifestation's armor becomes complete mail, full plate with twin ribbons of tendriled light pouring from the shoulders // Imposing form with a pure white as blinding as the sun with a stark black outline
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a twenty [20] energy point refund, while Ruin and Bloodline abilities // techniques have their cost instantly doubled.
• Another Mild increase to Endurance and Strength, culminating in a Supreme increase to both. However, the same amount is applied as a negative to Speed and Reaction Speed, finalizing the transition to resolute behavior as a stalwart warrior and knight of justice.

Justice Balanced


Stage One [0] → [9 to -9 Points]
• Zero Benefit or Loss // A perfect state of neutrality and peace.

Justice Wroth


Stage One [1] → [10 Points]
• Emotional Change → Less consideration is made for the feelings or good of others // Self preservation becomes a slightly greater concern // Slightly less concern regarding consequences to one's action
• Chakra Manifestation → The chainmail armor begins to change with the rings of the chain twisting into spikes, digging into the flesh of the body // Helmet's face opening seals completely, turning it blank and smooth as snow // Spiked pauldrons form upon the shoulders, the spike turned into a half spiral turning backwards
• Bloodline techniques receive a ten point [10] reduction in energy cost for useage per energy utilized, and increases the cost of Bukijutsu techniques or abilities by the same number.
• Bloodline techniques receive a one [1] post reduction to learning, with a similar increase to learning Bukijutsu.
Stage One [2] → [20 Points]
• Emotional Change → Aggression // Lack of patience // considerable lack of concern regarding consequences // reckless maneuvers in combat to inflict the most pain upon the enemy
• Chakra Manifestation → Chainmail continues to grow into the flesh of the construct // Layer of overlapping scale mail forms over torso // Gauntlets form upon fists with spikes at the knuckles // Chakra itself turns a mix of red and black, with the armor taking on a darker, black color with highlight of red
• Reduction in Bloodline Cost to a total of fifteen point [15] to each energy pool utilized within the technique, with a similar increase to the energy costs of Bukijutsu techniques.
• Mild Increase to Speed and Reaction statistics, recognizing the frenzy and desirous , with a decrease of equal proportions to Speed and Reactions.
Stage One [3] → [30 Points]
• Emotional Change → Increased lack of concern of consequences // Hunting down and punishing those who commit injustices incorporates harsher punishments and lasting injury // Fighting becomes more random, reckless, and overwhelming speed used to fight // Tendency to jump to conclusions for swift justice
• Chakra Manifestation → Pauldrons have grown larger horns which have curved inwards and pierced the flesh of the arms // Leather pants become thick, overlapping scales with jagged edge // Exposed chainmail reveals links with razor edges and thorns wedged into flesh and bones // Darkness and a sense of imminent threat radiates while the helmet produces twin horns from side, becoming ram horns that piece the back of the helmet and extend out from the helmet where the eyes should be
• Another Mild Increase to Speed and Reaction Speed statistics, further emphasis on chopping strikes to hammer down the enemy. Strength and Endurance are decreased by a Moderate amount, reflecting the lack of intention to move from one's path.
• A further reduction of one [1] post to learning Bloodline, culminating in a [-2] total, with an equal increase to the requirements of learning Bukijutsu techniques.
Stage One [4] → [40 Points]
• Emotional Change → The final steps of brutality for justice sake // No concern for consequences as long as in the end justice is brought // The ends justify the means // In combat, the death of allies, brutality and scarring, he cares not at all for doing it // Combat involves doing as much damage as possible, with the desire to deal justice through death
• Chakra Manifestation → The full manifestation of Justice Wroth takes shape // The overlapping metal turns blacker than pitch, with red light emanating from within and within the armor // The helmet splits open, revealing a twisted and enraged human face with blood holes with horns through for eyes and a gaping maw of teeth // The armor is made up of points and edges that drip blood and red light, and each movement seems to generate fear and pressure upon the lungs of those around it as the danger sense becomes palpable
• Bloodline techniques receive a twenty [20] energy point refund, while Salvation and Bukijutsu abilities // techniques have their cost instantly doubled.
• Another Mild increase to Speed and Reaction Speed, culminating in a Supreme increase to both. However, the same amount is applied as a negative to Strength and Endurance, finalizing the transition to resolute behavior as a stalwart warrior and knight of justice.

_• Awakened State
____Requirements → The requirement for this particular state comes at a strange cost: Conviction. At some point, in some way, Ydar must attain a sense of conviction that surpasses the norm, a “game changing decision” that changes forever the course of his destiny.
____Effects: Once the requirement is met, Ydarihan gains the ability to Awaken the Chakra Manifestation of either Stage One [1] of either Pure or Wroth, or up to Stage Three [3]. When doing so, effects differ upon which manifestation is selected. There are limitations, however. Stage One manifestation counts as a B – ranked technique, meaning Ydar can access it as a Genin, whereas Stages Two and Three are A and S rank, respectively, restricting their use to the title body ranks necessary to access these strength of techniques. Unlike the previous state, this state takes up a cost to maintain, and has a duration. These are listed below with effects with //’s between each to designate the B // A // S ranked rules.

Justice Pure

• Strength and Endurance increased by a mild // moderate // supreme amount for the duration of the effect, with speed and reaction speed receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bukijutsu receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bloodline Techniques
• Creates an Aura of Light around Ydar, amplifying all positive effects of jutsu within [10 // 15 // 20] yards by a mild // moderate // supreme amount. This aura comes with uplifting emotional effect that can be felt and not overcome, though it can be ignored as it is a non-compulsory effect. Is an inspirational effect.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.

Justice Balanced


• Taijutsu receives a one moderate increase to effects.
• Ability to detect the deceit in others takes one step further – Ydar is now able to detect the truth of a something as well, and can detect the intent behind one’s actions.
• Duration is longer than other forms, with a duration of four // seven // ten posts, with no drawbacks, though the duration for this form can only be maintained a total of the max per rest period, requiring an in character attempt at eight hours of sleep before the post pool is restored.
• Justice Balanced Techniques may be utilized within this form with a mild increase to effects.

Justice Wroth


• Speed and Reaction Speed receive a mild // moderate // supreme increase for the duration of the effect, with strength and fortitude receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bloodline receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bukijutsu Techniques
• Creates an aura of fear and danger around Ydar within [10 // 15 // 20] yards that causes genjutsu and ninjutsu effects that utilize such things, as well as normal actions taken, to have mildly // moderately // supremely worsened effects. This fear can be felt normally and sparks off the fight or flight mentality without a ninjutsu/genjutsu effects, but is not considered compulsory. Those effected may choose to ignore their instincts, but it will still effect their roleplay.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.



Character: Ydarihan Malakzdar
Technique Name: Contritio et Salus [Ruin and Salvation]
Rank: X - ranked [E - rank to learn]
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Rot // Restoration
Description: The Spirit of Justice within Ydar had an unexpected effect on the DNA that had been unintentionally fused with the boy's body. It changed it, altered its existence, bringing out a sort of extreme duality that Seiton normally only skirted. The first is the power of Ruin. Seiton breaks down metal through oxidization, the natural process of time itself. However, Ruin takes this a step further, reducing any material it comes in contact with into its base components. The effect, though powered by the extreme duality of Ruin, is known as "Rotting". Salvation is the other duality, pulling on the extreme end of the universe and restoring the bonds that Ruin had touched. As such, the effects of Salvation can repair damage caused by his Seiton and Ruin abilities, as well as rebuild that which has been broken in other scenarios. This technique represents the foundation of this Duality within Ydar, allowed by his Personal Attribute, in the form of one technique, with two uses. The uses of this technique, as well as the rules, are written below.
Ruin
→→Ruin itself may be utilized by touch, or through Seiton techniques. Every part of Ydar's body acts as a catalyst for the basic powers of this technique, without the need for handseals. Through exertion of chakra, stamina, or any combination of the two, the below costs are paid to destroy the listed amount of cubic foot of material. The first number represents the cost per cubic foot, with the second numbering being the length of time it takes for three cubic feet [3 ft³] of the material to be reduced. The materials so ruined become the basest of byproduct for its type [wood into woodshavings or dust, metal into metal shavings or rust, stone into gritty powder, etc].

Salvation
→→Like Ruin, Salvation is used by touch, but with an added twist. A field can be generated, up to three cubic feet [3 ft³] that can restore what is inside. When a material faces the power of Ruin, it rots, or is deduced to more base components. However, when the power of Salvation comes to bear the item is restored, though the effect takes more time than Ruin. This is seen as a balancing point, to teach a universal law that while devastation might come at any moment and relieve a temporary emotional want or need, the restoration that follows takes longer, so think before unleashing it. As such it follows the same rules as above. The physical effect of restoration on Flesh and Bone are limited, exclusively, to what has been Ruined, for Salvation cannot restore the unique configuration of flesh without it's counterpart having first tasted it. However, this is balanced by an actual reduction in time to restore.

Seiton Techniques
→→This ability directly effects the powers of Seiton, which can be enriched with the power of Ruin. Techniques that rust metal may now affect other materials, with the same increase in post requirements above as an increase in the length of time it takes to effect that particular item. Techniques that give a benefit to one's weaponry are infused with the power of Salvation, increasing their durations and effects by a factor of +1. The cost for any such technique is a 10% increase from the base of the technique, though this changes the foundation of the techniques to allow their cost to be paid by either chakra and/or stamina.

Technique Name: Manus Ìustitiae [Hands of Justice]

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: The spirit of Justice within Ydar, at times, can manifest in strange way. The Wings of a celestial are difficult to describe my mortal means, for their existence is not of this plane of existence. However, in the heavens celestials have wings, and these wings have a sort of tendril-ish appearance. It is these grasping feelers that, in our world, take the form of a transparent, invisible force in the shape of these tendrils, the number of which vary upon several factors. When called upon, the tendrils form from any joint desired within the body, their length no more than ten yards [10]. These tendrils may, if desired, split their ends into multiple "fingers" to become miniature hands. The base cost of this technique bestows up to six [6] of these "tendrils // hands", each with the same strength that Ydar himself possesses. Made up of this "Celestial Force", they cannot be stopped by chakra blockers, but are a type of "limb" that can be stopped by physical force. Their girth ranging from the thinnest string to the full circumference of a human arm, the tendrils may act independent of Ydar, controlled entirely by his mind.
The cost of the technique comes in a few ways. Firstly, for every twenty [20] chakra or stamina paid into the technique, Ydar is able to double the length of the tendrils. This also matches the upkeep cost, which must be paid for every post the tendrils are made longer. An additional twenty [20] chakra or stamina may be paid to increase the number of tendrils by an additional two [2], with the upkeep cost paid per post of the increase value. Both effects may stack, with the costs stacking together. Otherwise, this technique only costs five [5] chakra or stamina to activate, with no upkeep cost, similar in nature to Chakra Strings for puppeteers.

An odd note to pay attention to is that the source of Justitia Fulcrum is neither chakra nor stamina, registers as neither, and cannot be stopped by means that single out those two energy sources as a target. _• Awakened State
____Requirements → The requirement for this particular state comes at a strange cost: Conviction. At some point, in some way, Ydar must attain a sense of conviction that surpasses the norm, a “game changing decision” that changes forever the course of his destiny.
____Effects: Once the requirement is met, Ydarihan gains the ability to Awaken the Chakra Manifestation of either Stage One [1] of either Pure or Wroth, or up to Stage Three [3]. When doing so, effects differ upon which manifestation is selected. There are limitations, however. Stage One manifestation counts as a B – ranked technique, meaning Ydar can access it as a Genin, whereas Stages Two and Three are A and S rank, respectively, restricting their use to the title body ranks necessary to access these strength of techniques. Unlike the previous state, this state takes up a cost to maintain, and has a duration. These are listed below with effects with //’s between each to designate the B // A // S ranked rules.

Justice Pure

• Strength and Endurance increased by a mild // moderate // supreme amount for the duration of the effect, with speed and reaction speed receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bukijutsu receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bloodline Techniques
• Creates an Aura of Light around Ydar, amplifying all positive effects of jutsu within [10 // 15 // 20] yards by a mild // moderate // supreme amount. This aura comes with uplifting emotional effect that can be felt and not overcome, though it can be ignored as it is a non-compulsory effect. Is an inspirational effect.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.

Justice Balanced


• Taijutsu receives a one moderate increase to effects.
• Ability to detect the deceit in others takes one step further – Ydar is now able to detect the truth of a something as well, and can detect the intent behind one’s actions.
• Duration is longer than other forms, with a duration of four // seven // ten posts, with no drawbacks, though the duration for this form can only be maintained a total of the max per rest period, requiring an in character attempt at eight hours of sleep before the post pool is restored.
• Justice Balanced Techniques may be utilized within this form with a mild increase to effects.

Justice Wroth


• Speed and Reaction Speed receive a mild // moderate // supreme increase for the duration of the effect, with strength and fortitude receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bloodline receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bukijutsu Techniques
• Creates an aura of fear and danger around Ydar within [10 // 15 // 20] yards that causes genjutsu and ninjutsu effects that utilize such things, as well as normal actions taken, to have mildly // moderately // supremely worsened effects. This fear can be felt normally and sparks off the fight or flight mentality without a ninjutsu/genjutsu effects, but is not considered compulsory. Those effected may choose to ignore their instincts, but it will still effect their roleplay.

Description: The Spirit of Justice within Ydar had an unexpected effect on the DNA that had been unintentionally fused with the boy's body. It changed it, altered its existence, bringing out a sort of extreme duality that Seiton normally only skirted. The first is the power of Ruin. Seiton breaks down metal through oxidization, the natural process of time itself. However, Ruin takes this a step further, reducing any material it comes in contact with into its base components. The effect, though powered by the extreme duality of Ruin, is known as "Rotting". Salvation is the other duality, pulling on the extreme end of the universe and restoring the bonds that Ruin had touched. As such, the effects of Salvation can repair damage caused by his Seiton and Ruin abilities, as well as rebuild that which has been broken in other scenarios. This technique represents the foundation of this Duality within Ydar, allowed by his Personal Attribute, in the form of one technique, with two uses. The uses of this technique, as well as the rules, are written below.
Ruin
→→Ruin itself may be utilized by touch, or through Seiton techniques. Every part of Ydar's body acts as a catalyst for the basic powers of this technique, without the need for handseals. Through exertion of chakra, stamina, or any combination of the two, the below costs are paid to destroy the listed amount of cubic foot of material. The first number represents the cost per cubic foot, with the second numbering being the length of time it takes for three cubic feet [3 ft³] of the material to be reduced. The materials so ruined become the basest of byproduct for its type [wood into woodshavings or dust, metal into metal shavings or rust, stone into gritty powder, etc].

Salvation
→→Like Ruin, Salvation is used by touch, but with an added twist. A field can be generated, up to three cubic feet [3 ft³] that can restore what is inside. When a material faces the power of Ruin, it rots, or is deduced to more base components. However, when the power of Salvation comes to bear the item is restored, though the effect takes more time than Ruin. This is seen as a balancing point, to teach a universal law that while devastation might come at any moment and relieve a temporary emotional want or need, the restoration that follows takes longer, so think before unleashing it. As such it follows the same rules as above. The physical effect of restoration on Flesh and Bone are limited, exclusively, to what has been Ruined, for Salvation cannot restore the unique configuration of flesh without it's counterpart having first tasted it. However, this is balanced by an actual reduction in time to restore.

→→This ability directly effects the powers of Seiton, which can be enriched with the power of Ruin. Techniques that rust metal may now affect other materials, with the same increase in post requirements above as an increase in the length of time it takes to effect that particular item. Techniques that give a benefit to one's weaponry are infused with the power of Salvation, increasing their durations and effects by a factor of +1. The cost for any such technique is a 10% increase from the base of the technique, though this changes the foundation of the techniques to allow their cost to be paid by either chakra and/or stamina.

Description: The spirit of Justice within Ydar, at times, can manifest in strange way. The Wings of a celestial are difficult to describe my mortal means, for their existence is not of this plane of existence. However, in the heavens celestials have wings, and these wings have a sort of tendril-ish appearance. It is these grasping feelers that, in our world, take the form of a transparent, invisible force in the shape of these tendrils, the number of which vary upon several factors. When called upon, the tendrils form from any joint desired within the body, their length no more than ten yards [10]. These tendrils may, if desired, split their ends into multiple "fingers" to become miniature hands. The base cost of this technique bestows up to six [6] of these "tendrils // hands", each with the same strength that Ydar himself possesses. Made up of this "Celestial Force", they cannot be stopped by chakra blockers, but are a type of "limb" that can be stopped by physical force. Their girth ranging from the thinnest string to the full circumference of a human arm, the tendrils may act independent of Ydar, controlled entirely by his mind.
The cost of the technique comes in a few ways. Firstly, for every twenty [20] chakra or stamina paid into the technique, Ydar is able to double the length of the tendrils. This also matches the upkeep cost, which must be paid for every post the tendrils are made longer. An additional twenty [20] chakra or stamina may be paid to increase the number of tendrils by an additional two [2], with the upkeep cost paid per post of the increase value. Both effects may stack, with the costs stacking together. Otherwise, this technique only costs five [5] chakra or stamina to activate, with no upkeep cost, similar in nature to Chakra Strings for puppeteers.


So each of these customs, especially the first one, breaks the fundamental rules that have been set for everyone in the guild to follow, and while i get you wouldn't ever use them to their potential as you've said that dkesnt excuse them from bring within those rules.

Ruin and salvation needs to be two differrnt customs probably, and so keep in mind chakra based interactions and how that will interact with your attempts to rot away things covered by chakra in some way or another.

____Requirements → The requirement for this particular state comes at a strange cost: Conviction. At some point, in some way, Ydar must attain a sense of conviction that surpasses the norm, a “game changing decision” that changes forever the course of his destiny.
____Effects: Once the requirement is met, Ydarihan gains the ability to Awaken the Chakra Manifestation of either Stage One [1] of either Pure or Wroth, or up to Stage Three [3]. When doing so, effects differ upon which manifestation is selected. There are limitations, however. Stage One manifestation counts as a B – ranked technique, meaning Ydar can access it as a Genin, whereas Stages Two and Three are A and S rank, respectively, restricting their use to the title body ranks necessary to access these strength of techniques. Unlike the previous state, this state takes up a cost to maintain, and has a duration. These are listed below with effects with //’s between each to designate the B // A // S ranked rules.

• Ability to detect the deceit in others takes one step further – Ydar is now able to detect the truth of a something as well, and can detect the intent behind one’s actions.
• Duration is longer than other forms, with a duration of four // seven // ten posts, with no drawbacks, though the duration for this form can only be maintained a total of the max per rest period, requiring an in character attempt at eight hours of sleep before the post pool is restored.

It changed it, altered its existence, bringing out a sort of extreme duality that Seiton normally only skirted. The first is the power of Ruin. Seiton breaks down metal through oxidization, the natural process of time itself. However, Ruin takes this a step further, reducing any material it comes in contact with into its base components. The effect, though powered by the extreme duality of Ruin, is known as "Rotting". Salvation is the other duality, pulling on the extreme end of the universe and restoring the bonds that Ruin had touched. As such, the effects of Salvation can repair damage caused by his Seiton and Ruin abilities, as well as rebuild that which has been broken in other scenarios. This technique represents the foundation of this Duality within Ydar, allowed by his Personal Attribute, in the form of one technique, with two uses. The uses of this technique, as well as the rules, are written below.
Ruin
→→Ruin itself may be utilized by touch, or through Seiton techniques. Every part of Ydar's body acts as a catalyst for the basic powers of this technique, without the need for handseals. Through exertion of chakra, stamina, or any combination of the two, the below costs are paid to destroy the listed amount of cubic foot of material. The first number represents the cost per cubic foot, with the second numbering being the length of time it takes for three cubic feet [3 ft³] of the material to be reduced. The materials so ruined become the basest of byproduct for its type [wood into woodshavings or dust, metal into metal shavings or rust, stone into gritty powder, etc].

Salvation
→→Like Ruin, Salvation is used by touch, but with an added twist. A field can be generated, up to three cubic feet [3 ft³] that can restore what is inside. When a material faces the power of Ruin, it rots, or is deduced to more base components. However, when the power of Salvation comes to bear the item is restored, though the effect takes more time than Ruin. This is seen as a balancing point, to teach a universal law that while devastation might come at any moment and relieve a temporary emotional want or need, the restoration that follows takes longer, so think before unleashing it. As such it follows the same rules as above. The physical effect of restoration on Flesh and Bone are limited, exclusively, to what has been Ruined, for Salvation cannot restore the unique configuration of flesh without it's counterpart having first tasted it. However, this is balanced by an actual reduction in time to restore.

Techniques that give a benefit to one's weaponry are infused with the power of Salvation, increasing their durations and effects by a factor of +1. The cost for any such technique is a 10% increase from the base of the technique, though this changes the foundation of the techniques to allow their cost to be paid by either chakra and/or stamina.

Description: The spirit of Justice within Ydar, at times, can manifest in strange way. The Wings of a celestial are difficult to describe my mortal means, for their existence is not of this plane of existence. However, in the heavens celestials have wings, and these wings have a sort of tendril-ish appearance. It is these grasping feelers that, in our world, take the form of a transparent, invisible force in the shape of these tendrils, the number of which vary upon several factors. When called upon, the tendrils form from any joint desired within the body, their length no more than ten yards [10]. These tendrils may, if desired, split their ends into multiple "fingers" to become miniature hands. The base cost of this technique bestows up to six [6] of these "tendrils // hands", each with the same strength that Ydar himself possesses. Made up of this "Celestial Force", they cannot be stopped by chakra blockers, but are a type of "limb" that can be stopped by physical force. Their girth ranging from the thinnest string to the full circumference of a human arm, the tendrils may act independent of Ydar, controlled entirely by his mind.
The cost of the technique comes in a few ways. Firstly, for every twenty [20] chakra or stamina paid into the technique, Ydar is able to double the length of the tendrils. This also matches the upkeep cost, which must be paid for every post the tendrils are made longer. An additional twenty [20] chakra or stamina may be paid to increase the number of tendrils by an additional two [2], with the upkeep cost paid per post of the increase value. Both effects may stack, with the costs stacking together. Otherwise, this technique only costs five [5] chakra or stamina to activate, with no upkeep cost, similar in nature to Chakra Strings for puppeteers.


So each of these customs, especially the first one, breaks the fundamental rules that have been set for everyone in the guild to follow, and while i get you wouldn't ever use them to their potential as you've said that dkesnt excuse them from bring within those rules.

Ruin and salvation needs to be two differrnt customs probably, and so keep in mind chakra based interactions and how that will interact with your attempts to rot away things covered by chakra in some way or another.

You need a duration for the arms you create even for e rank.


Then ignore them. I simply won't return the character to this guild, especially if there's no hope for the Scales of Justice in any capacity.

From here a level of chakra can be channeled into the brush when there is ink on its head transferring special properties to the ink in question. This effect lasts for the remaining duration of his coat's [Celestial Brush Effect]. From this point on any marks left behind on a target with ink will have an added property, this property is different depending on whatever is drawn.

•Linear lines X's etc, made with the brush will execute a slash along the path(s) of the line as though having been cut by something with keen sharpness. The thicker the line the deeper the cut.
•Circles will produce explosions from the center as if having been marked directly with an explosive tag. The larger the circle the greater the explosion
•Blots or or dots will inflict puncture wounds similarly to a bullet or kunai. The thicker the blots the deeper the wounds
•Three Circles with a dot in the center will produce a target, said target will have any projectiles from then on strike them squarely unable to miss and projectile trajectories will veer specifically to said target for the remainder of [Celestial Brush] effect. No effect on living targets.
•Spirals will spin around once contorting and wringing the area. Rather useless on clothing but insanely devastating on flesh and organic matter.
•Delay: Any of the above instances can have their effects delayed to activate at any given time up until the end of the [Celestial Brush] duration, the damage they entail and their thickness directly correlates with the rank of chakra infused each time. At the end of the duration all drawings will activate at once. If at any time a drawing becomes indiscernible, either mixing with more ink distorts the image the effects become nil.

The technique is signified by clapping ones hands both together, and in Toso's case usually followed by a wry smile. Then by placing both hands on the ground where a scroll or subject has been unfurled or placed as if performing a summoning jutsu in one immediate explosive birthing like manner an innumerable number of six foot tentacles emerge from wherever there is ink like an eldritch horror story, spaced only wide enough for another to compensate the others lack of reach. These tentacles will then attempt to grab and ensnare anyone aside the user in a manner not unlike (Suiton:Hachi Shokushu) the underlying danger in the technique lies in the type of ink its used with as per each grab of a tentacle a [Typical Shot] is applied and the sheer amount of preparation of what areas are and aren't covered in ink. Clearly the larger the area covered the more dangerous, and in some cases such as an enclosed space where there is nothing but ink surrounding all the floor and walls nye near inescapable. Once a target is ensnared the technique does not end there, it then begins to drag the ensnared into the ink pool it was spawned from. If the target is unable to break free they will then be submerged in an inky darkness where they will find themselves sealed in said scroll or subject. Larger tentacles can spawn from these pools dependent on the target assuming there is enough ink to fulfill the size requirements i.e if a Tailed Beast were to be standing in a pool of ink larger than its overall width. The strength of the tentacles in determined by the rank of Chakra used for the seal and has a sustain of the full cost per round.

Description: By combining and harnessing the power of Light and Fire, Belamos will create a small mote of fire in the palm of his hand one inch wide. After its creation, he will toss the small orb into the air where it will rise 300 yards into the sky. In the next post after he releases it, the Orb will expand to become a second Sun, albeit only 100 yards across. The Eye of Ifriti will illuminate the entire thread in the brilliant but otherwise harmless light- as if someone had turned on a powerful desk lamp high overhead. Anything not under direct coverage is now considered intentesely illuminated. The only notable effect is the heat that the eye produces- all Shinobi, excluding Belamos, caught under the Eye of Ifriti's Gaze will suffer one point of dehydration per post. Belamos can also shrink and reposition the eye at will, however doing so costs him an offensive activation. The Eye of Ifriti can last no more than 5 posts before the upkeep cost must be repaid.

Description: Utu's Cloak is Belamos's last line of defense-well, the last one that wouldn't level a city block. He has the unique attribute that his Chakra just doesn't harmlessly manifest, it physically appears as literal flames. With this ability, he can jettison chakra from his body at any moment, literally cloaking himself in flames. The cloak extended 6 inches from his skin and can encompass the entirety of his body, or only a select part, but cannot last more than 1 post. Anyone who comes into contact with the cloak will receive second-degree burns. Belamos is, of course, totally immune to the effects of the flames

Technique Name: Fly, Shōkyaku

Description: A purely offensive technique, and one he can only perform with his custom spear Shōkyaku. Belamos will imdue his spear with mixture of Katon and Kuton Chakra, turning the weapon into the Taiyōnoyari. The spear will appear as solid white with gold bands flickering over it. While it is in this form, Shōkyaku is unable to interact with anything physical apart from Belamos. It will harmlessly pass through any sort of normal structure- it even has no effect on human bodies! The only thing that the Taiyōnoyari can interact with is Chakra based creations. i.e. a wall of earth created from a Doton Technique. The Taiyōnoyari can only be stopped by a defensive technique one rank higher than the force applied behind the strike. I.e. If Belamos threw it with B Rank force it would take an A Rank defensive technique to block it. If the Taiyōnoyari is blocked it will immediately revert back to Shōkyaku and will be unable to change back into the Taiyōnoyari for three posts otherwise Shōkyaku will remain in its Taiyōnoyari form until Belamos repays the cost of the technique to shift it back.

Note- While the Taiyōnoyari can destroy Chakra Based Armor or Structures, it cannot harm anything that does not hold, maintain or was formed by chakra. For example, it would destroy a Kaiser Fist Lightning Armor but harmlessly pass through the body of the person it protects. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the Taiyōnoyari to harm a person unless they are entirely composed of chakra akin to a clone.

Description: This jutsu is extremely odd, for when others see it in action they immediately think it is a Genjutsu. By forming two handseals, the Rat and then the Tiger, at the user's discretion their body will scatter into flaming ash that will slowly burn away to nothing. Now, this is why others think it is a Genjutsu and a misdirection jutsu, though the truth is far different. It moves a person from one location to another. The location of arrival must be chosen before the jutsu is activated, and the user must have been to this location before. In that location ash will fall in a small cloud, which will then reform into the user. This jutsu cannot be used within combat, unless the opposing party has ceased hostility or is no longer able to act. The distance able to be traveled is set at a base of one thousand feet [1,000'], which increases by another five hundred feet [500'] per rank of chakra used in its casting.

Description: By activating this genjutsu, Jack is able to alter the terrain for up to a mile [1 Mile] in diamater. The change is completely illusory, but can be changed into almost anything. Those affected see the world entirely as real, but those unaffected see the illusion as translucent, and may walk through it harmlessly.

Description: This technique is truly only able to be used for modifying fuuinjutsu in specific ways.

Contingency
What Contingency does is allow a user to create a fuin that has virtually any trigger desired, ranging from "Someone steps on this area" to "Anyone with thoughts of humping baby elephants atop the Hokage monument who enters here". If the trigger requirement is met, the Contingency immediately activates, setting off the jutsu that was set. In this case, any technique can be set to trigger, though the base cost of the technique must still be paid along with the cost of Contingency.

Chain Contingency
A Chain Contingency occurs when a Contingency is set that activates more than one technique. Each one of the Chains may have different triggers, which can range from "anyone who scratches their buttocks while within the effects of the first Chain technique" to "Anyone who happens to swear loudly within the confines of the second, third, or fourth Chained techniques". While adding a Chain can be done at any time, whether at the time of the creation of the first Contingency or later, the costs are different, and listed below:
Made at Time of First Contingency → Fifteen [15] CP per Chain, with an increase of ten [10] CP after the Third Chain, compounded.
Additional Chain After Creation → Costs Double from Above

► Special Notes ◄
Some special notes on Contingencies.
→ If tattooed or etched onto a surface, the triggers are permanently placed. There is no upkeep cost, just as other Fuuin techniques, but chakra must be placed into the seals enough to pay for their original activations and upkeeps. In the case of it being a tattoo, unless another way is discovered to split the cost to someone else, the upkeep costs must come from the bearer of the tattoo. If it is on an item, a source of chakra must be found to sustain the effects after the original amount of chakra placed into it runs out.
→ Due to the nature of the Chained effects, there is no limit to the number of activations that occur at once. The restriction is that the requirements of the contingencies must always be met.
→ Contingencies can be altered after they have been set, but the cost for doing so is 1.5x the amount it took to set the contingency in the first place, including the cost of the new setting.
→ If viewer is a Sensor, the shinobi is able to see that there are triggers. However, two posts must be spent investigating them to learn the first trigger. For each additional Contingency in the Chain, another post must be spent in investigation.
→ When chained with other Fuuinjutsu, the size of the fuuin is changed to the size desired when placing the Contingency. All techniques chained together stack in the same Fuuin, hidden from view. This note is optional.
