Summary for S1-EP1 [Felix's P.O.V.]: Felix and Zuzu meet at the entrance of the forest.

Prologue/Intro:

*We pan over to the entrance of the Elderberry Forest, notorious for holding a treasure that draws everyone inside. You test your fate and enter the forest.

And that's how your journey begins..*

 

[Savania Shadowspawn]

Zuzu:



*Sees an oranged-haired fox boy enter the forest. Extremely suspicious and a bit panicked, i fumble out of the tree i'm sitting in and confront him.*

HEY!

*sternly* What we're you doing outside the forest? As guardian of the forest I demand to know!

You should be aware that citizens of Elderberry Forest aren't allowed to leave. Don't you know there are humans about this time of day?

 

[Luminiss]

Felix:



Wait you don't understand... I don't live here...*Sees that Zuzu is not amused*

Okay, I'll make it brief...*clears throat*

I was getting chased by humans and i needed a place to hide. I come across a forest and i wanted to hide in it.

They are going to march in here as we speak!

Hopefully you don't mind...*Scurries frantically up the tall oak tree Zuzu was in*

 

[Savania Shadowspawn]

Zuzu:

*Agitated*

Hey! That's MY tree!

*Scurries up the other side of the large oak. At the top, is a small tree-house /watchtower sort of structure*



*Both Felix and I make it in safely and I lock the hatch of the trapdoor to make sure nobody else has followed us or made it inside*

*A bit frazzled* Hmm...That went well..

So uh, yeah...Welcome to my home...*gestures to the whole room, which is littered with throw-pillows, dirty laundry, and cheese puffs that had spilled all over the place*


Uh, excuse the mess...*snaps fingers and the mess is magically cleaned*



There we go. Much better don't you think?  

[Luminiss]

Felix:

Definitely. *cough* Although it's a bit dusty with pollen, it's nice.

I guess real estate must be really cheap here...*chuckles*

So now i'm curious..What's a girl like you doing here in the forest?

And secondly, Where did you learn how to do magic like that?

I wasn't really paying attention when you were yelling at me, but didn't you say you were *makes quotes with his hands* "guardian of the forest"?

Zuzu:

*sighs*

You don't understand a thing about this place.

I was born here. My family and I helped build this tree. It's very important to me.

About three years ago, my family was killed by the humans and the humans burnt down half of my tree.

The tree used to be the lifeblood of the forest, but when other things happened, the tree had to be moved here. This tree and I have been through so much. The magic I learned from the true Guardian of the Forest.

Every once and a while, when the forest is in danger, they may elect a new guardian to be trained.

This time, things were different and no one wanted to be the Guardian because it was "too risky".

So they drew names, and of course...Mine was picked.

So that's how i learned the magic. I'm still training, but I can pack a punch if need be.  

[Luminiss]

Felix:

Hm..Interesting.

That's a lot to take in... sweatdrop

I Don't know any magic. I'm just your average guy...Plus the Fox ears and this irritating tail..

*hears humans yelling some mumble-jumble, and cringes slightly*

Well, I think it looks like we'll be stuck here awhile... sweatdrop

Zuzu:

It'll be fine.

You can stay here at my tree for a few nights if you want. Since nobody else lives here with me anymore, there are plenty of bedrooms...so yeah..

Only if you want.. 3nodding  

[Luminiss]

Felix:

Sure, I don't mind. I haven't got anywhere else to go, so i might as well stay here.  

[Savania Shadowspawn]

Zuzu:

Alrighty.

It's settled then. Let me show you to your room.

*Walks up the small set if stairs in the living room/foyer and walks down the long, narrow hallway to a wooden door at the end of the hall. The room on the other side has a light blue theme and smells of pine needles*



it's not much, but maybe it'll do for now.

Oh yes, and please do try to keep things clean. I wouldn't want a repeat of ten minutes ago. Especially since the Guardian of the Forest likes to show up more often now...  

[Luminiss]

Felix:

Whoa..Nice room.

*sniffs the air* It even smells nice too.

Wait a moment, Where did you get all this human tech from? *tilts head in curiosity and points toward the Television and the stereo on the floor*

Zuzu:

heh heh...

Well....Let's say my family and i used to engage in a game we liked to call:

"Stealing from dumb travelers."

*Does a cheesy smile and then laughs, thinking that was a silly thing to say*

Well if you don't mind, I'll go ahead and prepare dinner. I'll call you when It's ready.

Just stay here for awhile...ok?  

[Luminiss]

Felix:

*shrugs* Okay then..

*finds the remote and turns on the TV*

Heh...this is a fun channel..

*Dora the Explorer theme plays*

[Around Twenty to Thirty Minutes Later]

Zuzu:

Dinner's ready!
 

[Luminiss]

Felix:

*Pauses TV*

Okay! I'm coming!

*Doesn't know the house very well, and keeps opening doors of various rooms*

*mumbles to self* Okay..Well i guess the Dining room isn't upstairs... stare

*Heads downstairs and finds his way to the Dining room*



Hm. Nice.

So what did you have planned for dinner?
