Tesei Utakata Reno would crack his fingers and neck, stretching himself out in preparation for his current idea. "Time fer the patent pending Reno quick jimmy lockpick system." He would announce, his partner in crime right beside him. Tesei would spray the lock with Brine before shifting quickly to Aurora Beam, freezing the liquid into the lock. Walking over and snapping the fast frozen icicle off the lock, Reno would grip the end still remaining and twist it, hearing a slight click. Giving a nod, he would open the door with a flourish and a bow. "...that, was easy. Ever consider taking up locksmithing?" Sub asked Reno with a life, not waiting for an answer as he walked right through the front door, into the cafe. The place was devoid of life, all the chairs had been flipped upside and rested on the tables. Sub would wander around the main room a bit before heading towards the kitchen, only to find the door to it, was locked as well. "Hey, Reno, a little help over here." Sub asked as he jiggled the doorknob.

Reno would follow behind Sub, staring at the area around him, Finally growing bored of staring at the desolate area after around thirty milliseconds, he would look to the door, Tesei right behind him. Giving a strange noise, he would tell Sub, "This is a different kind of lock, Not the classical one I just cracked. this one will need a different sort of touch." Finishing his words softly, he would crouch down to examine it. Tapping Tesei, an Ice Shard would pop out from the Pokemon, small enough for one end to fit in the lock. Jamming it in, Reno would kick the ice chunk into the lock, the pressure making the ice fit into the lock like the key used for it would. Cracking the door open, Reno would give a bow before telling Sub, "If I flooded the lock, it was liable to jam up and be unable to open. Instead, you have witnessed what I call the bump key method. Hope it worked well."

"Yena!" The beast growled, lunging out from the darkness at Reno, attempting to bite him. The thing would then be revealed for what it was, a Mightyena that stood tall over the Snagems, on two legs, its front legs resembling arms rather than what one might assume them to be. The creature, while it went to bite Reno, should he not get away in time, or stand his ground, it would stop inches away, it never had any intention on harming Reno, odd.

Tesei Utakata Reno would the Mightyena hybrid type thing close, continuing to scratch away behind it's ears. "Well, this guy certainly dudn't do anythin' besides play with a few Torchic. Maybe we should look at businesses looking for a little business or who 'ave suddenly gotten more wealthy. Would certainly be a start." Reno reasoned out, a smile on his face as he played with his brew hybrid friend. Sub nodded at Reno, and went to leave, that is until he noticed something by the cash register on his way out, several pieces of paper. One was a letter from the bank, a final warning concerning the building's mortgage, another was a newspaper clipping stating that Sinnoh natives are beginning to turn towards more local organic and farm grown products, rather than imports. It was then, that it dawned on Sub. "Revenge...that's all this was about." He stated. "This cafe runs on Moo Moo Milk imports from Moo Moo Farms back in Johto. However, a new craze started where people in Sinnoh began to prefer buying products made in their own region, and grown on their own lands. As such, farmers began to ramp up their productions, such as the Miltank and Tauros farm nearby. The result? Cabin Cafe began to lose business, and eventually couldn't pay their mortgage, and thus, had to close down. But that wasn't the end of it, if they went out of business, so did everyone else...I don't know where this guy came from, but he was nothing more than a pawn who was used to scare the locals, and steal away farm animals, bankrupting them."
