Damien's eye started to track both the newcomers, he was thinking it strange that they are just in the doorway but his eye zoomed in a read the name of the one man and it stated he is from the DDG. The man looked familiar as if he had been warned about him in the past. Something of machines, he couldn't remember clearly. Damien however was still not oblivious to the tensions in the air and started to finger the Colt .45 he had hidden in his boot, making it look like he was just tying his shoes. If things blew up he wants to be able to defend himself and fast.

Gear's scan of the room indicated several of the members of the room had weapons. One of them began to reach for his, readings showing it was located in his shoe. Gear sent the thought, and cyberpathically put the gun on safe. That would buy them some time if he tried to fire at them.

Snow simply said, "Okay."

He then placed his right hand into his robe fingering one of his mirco-uzi machine pistols, preparing to fire upon anyone who tried to draw a weapon themselves.

Damien feels at his gun and he knows that something is wrong with it immediately. When someone has had a single gun that has helped them to survive through countless campaigns and battles you grow an attachment to the gun and you learn your weapon well. He tests the trigger of the gun and strangely enough the trigger was locked. However the strange thing is that his gun has no electronic parts governing the safety or any mechanism in the gun. Heck the thing didn't even have a trigger lock. Well it looks like if a fights going to break out I'm going the old fashioned way, he thinks to himself. Having his gun jammed isn't going stop his ability to defend himself, only how far he could project that ability. He checks both his sleeves making it look like he is brushing off dust, while undoing clasps so that he can quickly release the simple throwing knives in his sleeves, so he can throw them before he has to resort to the katana sitting on the chair next to him.

A poster went up on a telephone pole in one of the power tenement districts of Aekea.

The picture was a simple black and white color scheme. There was a man with a cybernetic robot arm and eye in uniform, giving the signal to move forward with his human left arm while aiming the weapon on his right. The Caption:
