This rundown old store is one of the few places in tarken city where Drake-children and humans can both come. The books sold here are anywhere from dictionaries and manga to spell books written for drakes by Malyen herself. The shop is ran by Mitres and his buddies, so don't be alarmed if you happen to come across a dark soul in here.
