The list of Anime Series with Furry/Anthro in them!

In Naruto there are a few things that could be considerd anthro. Like the monkey/stick guy(forgot his name) or the Kyuubi. When the Shukaku comes out of Gaara he is kinda an anthro raccoon.

In Inuyasha there's a raccoon dog anthro in it. He's one of Miroku's friends whe can change himself into different things, but his regular form is full anthro raccoon dog. There might be more, but I can't think of them right now...

Well, many of the demons are anthro-like. Some are fully furred, others (Like Kouga) have only a few animal parts.

In One Piece, there were an Arc about a furry clan called "Minks"

Really late to this post...but... Show by Rock. All the characters are based off animals. The main group has a bunny, cat, sheep, and dog. They all have their ears and tails all the time, but when the shows get serious they are in chibi animal form

Dunno if you're into comics/manga but there is the Japanese-American comic book series Usagi Yojimbo if you're looking for a great furry series.

The description is pretty lame so I'll sum it up
Man gets stabbed, then reincarnated into a new world as a slime where he meets all kinds of races of people. His journey is towards world peace of that fantasy world.

Pro-wrestler Shibata Genzo who's maniac pet animals suddenly was summoned to a different world. Genzo was asking by the princess to get rid of the evil beasts called monsters roaming in this world. Outraged that he was wasked to kill monsters, he german suplexed the princess. Unable to get back to Earth, he decided to live a slow peaceful life in this world. This is a story about an eccentric Japanese man who was a former pro wrestler and manages a "Monster Pet" shop.

Description:
Even though humanity loathed him just because he is ugly, Hero Garius still did everything he could for them. However, after they double-crossed him, he finally had enough of humanity.
