Breastfeeding?

I just wanted to get everyone's opinions on breastfeeding and what everyone did.
I breastfed my son for nearly 20 months. And while it's not for everyone, if you didn't that's totally fine, I just wanted to hear your opinion or stories about it.
I would like to add that I support the use of formula and if that worked for you, awesome. Fed is Best.

I agree with fed is best. I am breastfeeding my 10 month old while supplementing some with formula (and solids at this point)- though he prefers chateau de mama whenever I can give it. With my husband's and my family's allergy history I'll be trying to let my son breastfeed for a while after he's a year old -maybe up to age two or three. Just depends how long he wants to go. I really want to reduce the risk of my son having asthma, and deadly allergies that close your throat.
