Akarin was crouched as he watched Takao fell. His eyes narrowed as he managed to save himself from the fall. As the boy brought up his hand in the form of a gun, Akarin's eyes widened slowly. "I guess he's done playing..." he thought as the light at his fingers grew.
Akarin was quick.. but was he quick enough for a bullet... make that "Two..?!" he thought as his eyes grew wider and made his move to dodge. He had heard how Yusuke's spirit gun was not only his trademark move.. but also can be very deadly if it packed enough punch and hit its mark.
He growled softly as his quickly moved his feet under him in order to practically spin up and away from the shot's line. He managed to dodge one entirely, then grunted softly as the second bullet hit his left side. As the intial pain rung through his body, he managed to continued to spin as he turned and landed on his feet. He stood for a moment, the curled slightly to check his side..

"And there is the first initial hit people! The boys were showing off their martial arts with knives, and now pulled out the big guns! Quite literally! Takao just used his Spirit Derringer and Akarin just barely managed to dodge it. It seemed like one missed and the other hit its mark. Surprisingly.. Akarin managed to stay on his feet..What will he do now!" Koto said, her tail wagging fiercely.
Taking a breath, the pain faded to surprisingly able to ignore if he wanted to. He hissed softly as he looked at his steaming side.There was a decent burn mark; though, with a little time and possible help from his sister, it will heal and possibly fade. "You packed quite the punch boy.. Thankfully, not as intense as I had thought.." he told him, looking at him with a small grin. "Is Yusuke training you..? You have nearly the same attack as him.." he asked curiously, picking up his dagger.
