Shiro of course chuckled, at least able to hide his nervousness about being in Olivine city behind his happiness at seeing other friends he knew and all, especially one who wouldn't let Team Rocket try anything with him around. of course he thought about changing his team, though he had the possibility of bringing out maybe one of his original main team members, he looked to his pokeballs with a hum "well... i think if i play my cards right, i might can finangle actually using one of my original Main Team Members." he said, humming a bit, while Nightblade had looked up in mild surprise hearing that "who would you possibly pick from them, i thought all of them are ticked off at you, with the possible worst offender being Raiden?" Shiro had thought about it a bit, and looked to the Absol a moment before giving off a hum in thought "maybe i'f i'm lucky and you're nearby to help Nightblade.. i think i might swing for Blazewing, my Blaziken." of course, Nightblade thought on it, before ruffling his fur a bit "not so sure about that choice, but you do have all of us to back you up if you manage to explain things and what happened." he commented, with Shiro merely nodding a bit "yeah... it'll be a hard sell but i think it might be possible to use him along with Black Blaze and Gojulas, my Larvitar." he responded, of course making sure he showed no sign of actually comprehending Nightblade even though he knew that Yellow already knew, Red did not however, to his knowledge, so...

Shiro chuckled, nodding a bit as he started towards the direction of the Pokemon center, seeing the city proper however made him slightly paler as small flashbacks of the experiments came back and all "ahahaha.. yeah, i've gotten pretty good despite my bad luck in running into criminal organizations." he said, while rubbing the back of his head to hide his queasiness at the moment as they walked, of course Nightblade was keeping an eye on Shiro explicitly, given he knew Shiro had to be not doing too well now that he was in Olivine proper and all.

of course, once the group was at the Pokemon Center he would move off to the PC terminal for public use and would tap in his storage code to get to his PC storage, he'd stare at the screen a bit in a bit of pain, probably because he really didn't want to put Raiden in storage but at the time he had little choice should the Pikachu found out about the badges, much less at the time when Shiro's best excuse was he lost them.. which would've set Raiden off fiercely. as it was he'd shake his head and scrolled through his list, and upon finding blazewing he'd select it and have the Blaziken switched out with Lydia, nothing wrong with the Misdreavus, but at the moment he didn't fully need the ghost type anymore so he would work with that, once the fiery feather designed ball appeared in the machine, he'd take it, tossing it up and down softly in thought while Nightblade watched on in apprehension at the moment.

Shiro of course would eye the trainers with their magnemites and Magnetons, of course, he had no issues with things so he would proceed to use Black Blaze to quickly go through the trainers with Flamethrower, Flame Charge, maybe even being sneaky and use a mix of last second protect dig, into a launch-out Flare Blitz to change things up, the battles would be nothing short of epic as Shiro seemed to be hyper-focusing on the task at hand to keep his mind from panicking about being in Olivine City and all, sure he was usually skittish about being in populated areas, but this was technically one of the worst places for him to be, but at least he was putting on a show and giving Black Blaze, and when need be, Gojulas, some much needed experience in battling, pushing up their levels pretty quickly (Black Blaze to 25, Gojulas to 24, with Gojulas unlocking five egg moves due to the experience, and Black Blaze unlocking at least Beat Up that was still locked.) of course, all that was left after the last trainer was Jasime, so Shiro would take a calm breath, in, and out, before opening his heterochromatic eyes at the moment, and worked his way to the Gym leader to continue this challenge. Nightblade would still be by Shiro's side watching with a bit of worry, given he could tell Shiro's battling style was much more tactical and such, but he could tell that Shiro was probably rushing this as fast as possible without not like hes' trying to steamroll the gym, because otherwise he'd have used Blazewing and finished the gym quickly, and then disappear on the path to Cianwood city quickly with Crystal if that was the case ~Shiro... please endure being here a little longer...~ he thought mainly to himself, but Shiro did pick up on Nightblade's thoughts, and reached down to gently stroke the Absol's head with a gentle enough smile "i'm alright nightblade... really..." he whispered to the absol (and no, he didn't actively mind-read Absol, remember, Dark Types are immune to Psychic powers, just that what absol was thinking was written on his face.)

Shiro would at least stand up and regard Jasmine with a smile, burying his worries and anxiousness in being in Olivine City deep down for the moment, focusing on the task at hand as he nodded lightly "yeah, doing a second run due to... losing the badges to Team Rocket's base blowing up." he said, sighing lightly while focusing a bit, putting on an earbud to his Poké-pod so he could relax himself with music, though seeing the magneton he'd just smile a bit lightly, before plucking a pokéball from his belt, and tossed it out "come on out, Black Blaze!" he called out, letting out his Charmeleon who settled in its relaxed but alert fighting stance, but the Charmeleon was on guard regardless. "ready, Black Blaze?" he'd ask, with the Shiny charmeleon nodding and having a thumbs up in his own way "yup, father, ready to kick their butts!" Shiro just smiled while Nightblade chuckled while standing next to Shiro's side for now as Shiro looked to Jasmine lightly "so what's the rules this time?" he would query as he hummed.

Shiro would nod, hitting the play button and starting to focus on the music while eyeing the Tri-attack with a raised eyebrow ~huh... that's new from her, but, can't expect anything less from a Gym leader..~ he thought to himself quickly before speaking up "Black Blaze, Dodge it with Flame Charge, then Hone Claws!" Black Blaze would nod, dashing around leaving a flame trail to hopefully hit Magneton, before moving narrowly out of the way of the Tri-Attack and beginning to scratch the ground and his own claws to hone them up and raise their attack power, an orange glow around Charmeleon's feet would be the speed boost coming in for Flame charge as Shiro mentally nodded.

Shiro would continue listening to the music as he saw the incoming Thunder wave, he showed no signs of panicking on it however, in fact, he seemed to actually smile about it "Black Blaze.. take the hit and pay it back... in spades!" Black Blaze glanced back, but nodded, having figured out what Shiro wanted next, when the thunder wave hit, temporarily lighting up a bit giving an X-ray version of himself, of course, some of the leftover electricity persisted after the attack showing the paralysis status, but both Shiro and black Blaze smirked in their own way "Black Blaze, Facade into Fire Punch!" he'd call out, the charmeleon dashing forward, even if he was slower, it was still plenty fast, aiming a white blast of energy right back at Magneton, while following behind it with an ignited left claw in an attempt to attack Magneton while the steel type and hopefully Jasmine would be surprised at Shiro going in this direction with the fight.

Shiro would narrow his eyes only slightly when the order for Supersonic came out, which meant if he didn't act fast things were going to go downhill "Black Blaze, Protect!" he called out, the Charmeleon nodded and was about to unleash the green barrier when the sparks of electricity acted up, and disabled Charmeleon right as Supersonic hit, sending the poor fire type into a confused mess as he began swiping randomly with his claws when he was able to move again, eyes in swirls as Shiro just winced, before bringing up his pokeball "return, Black Blaze!" he called out, recalling the charmeleon this time, and bringing out his next pokeball with a bit of a toss up and down in his hand "well, i think Black Blaze at least handled himself well despite the paralysis and confusion, so he deserves a good rest... come on out, Gojulas!" he called out, releasing the Larvitar he had been training for a good bit on their way to Olivine City "use Dig, quickly!" he said, with the Larvitar diving into digging quickly, and disappearing from sight from Magnezone so that they'd avoid the Paralysis and Confusion combo again, and so he could set up for his own nasty strategy shortly enough.

Shiro would frown even more seeing a second layer of Barrier just to annoy him, but the Metal sound actually started grating his teeth as he mentally hissed in pain, but he did call out "two can play at that game.. Emerge from underneath, Gojulas, and use Smack Down!" he would call out, Gogulas popping out right from underneath the sound emanating Magnezone with a burst of speed, sure it won't be as damaging, but Gojulas did pick up one of the nearby stones and proceeded to utilize smack-down to break Magnezone's concentration on levitating hopefully, once that was done Shiro would put the other ear bud in and cupped his ears a bit before calling out "Screech Gojulas, then Earthquake!" he called out, the Larvitar nodding, proceeding to jump into the air unleashing a loud wail which was about as bad as the metal sound grinding in the effect, before flying down to the ground with white tipped claws, and aiming to ready that Earthquake to serve up on a Magnezone Platter. Nightblade at Shiro's side whimpered and was pretty much on the ground holding his paws to his head trying to get the noise to just stop.
