You may be curious as to what my plans are for the guild, so I suppose that if anyone wishes to stay, they best be informed of the current situation and how I plan to rectify the issues.

1.) Everything is being archived, and yes, I do mean everything. If you wish to look through anything previously posted, it will all be available within:
i. profiles will be within an archived profile subforum
ii. role-play threads will be held in role-play subforum
2.) New content will be made for the guild, as well as some of the canon content that will be quite different for the guild compared to it's past. Some new things you can expect to have in the guild would be:
i.Villages will start with nothing but it's people.
ii. The player characters in each village will help it to be built, essentially making the country into either what it should be(cannon) or what they have envisioned for it(custom)
iii. Villages will create their own structure for hierarchy, meaning that you may have the ranking system of shinobi in whichever layout you so choose.
More may be explained on this in the near future.
3.) There will be no evil organization until there is enough activity in the guild. Those who wish to be a moderator for the sake of inviting members to the guild may consult me through a PM, I will not be checking the threads in the guild or my PM's daily however, as I am both in school and trying to get a company started within the next year.
4.)There will be no moderator powers given out to village leaders anymore. I have seen this done time and time again for convenience, and I have done it myself, but upon thinking it over, I have concluded that it causes a mess in many different cases and that I do not wish to deal with too many messes right now.
5.) Now I feel I should elaborate on the fact that I will not give the guild up.
For a long time now I have been checking in to see if anything has progressed, and I will be quite honest when I say that everyone here has just as much a life as I do now. Most of you will admit that since you have either completed schooling(post secondary included) or have started working, you do not have the time throughout an entire year to actually be here. I had given up the guild several times, and it has always fallen back to me. Right now, I would need to see that a member was actively taking care of this community to give up the guild to that person. If I see promise, I will do the exact same thing as before for giving up the guild, and have an online signature saying that should I ask for the guild back it will be returned. This ensures that the guild stays in the hands of the players, as I have always been(to my knowledge) a pretty fair person when it comes to deciding who will be a leader and when someone has gone too far.
I know some people in specific will not agree with that statement, but they also did not realize the errors of their ways in some cases, or they did not see things through my eyes and the eyes of their peers when decisions were made.
For the time being I will try to make Saturday my day to check on things, and should anyone have any concerns or ideas, please let me know through PM.
