"That's why I outsmarted both of them one day, years ago... I was able to make my mother think that my father was her enemy. Not with words, mind you... something else that would allow for no mistakes, no flaws. Something foolproof that would work no matter what she tried to do. I watched them fight from a distance... I saw their blood spill... they managed to kill each other simultaneously since they were of equal strength. Their cure was right in the palm of my hands, yet they never bothered to ask for it... I manipulated them to my will without so much as a word. I never knew of love, to be honest... only this empty feeling inside that makes me long for something more. Lust, I believe it is... just like the circle of Hell my father once ruled." Akane said with a devious smile, hinting at the fact that she poisoned her mother for all the pain she had to endure all her life. She didn't even sound like she was joking, but her choice of words should have given Zazoe the hint that she intended to give. "I know I can have more than just blood... but I like the taste of blood. It's sweet, like the lollipops I have... and I really like sweet things." Akane said with a smile. She nodded when Zazoe told her that he would order something for her and she looked at the strawberry milkshake for a few moments before she sighed softly and smiled slyly. "If you insist, Zazoe..." Akane said before she leaned toward the shake and took the straw into her mouth, blushing a little when her nose touched his. She took a few sips of the shake before she pulled away and smiled. "That was pretty good... I guess I've been missing out on something like this for a long time!" Akane said in her cheery voice again before she kissed Zazoe's cheek softly, not really caring if he was in the middle of drinking the shake or not. She was really starting to warm up to Zazoe for some reason, a reason that she didn't know. Maybe it was something about how he looked or felt, or just the way he treated her that made her want to kiss him more. Akane never knew kindness before she met Zazoe, which could be the very thing that made her want him.

"It was more of a chemical than a poison... it was meant to affect the brain, giving the affected person a sense of false judgement. In other words, friends would become enemies and vice versa. It was perfect for what I wanted to do. I figured I would tell you because you should know the truth about me. I'm a rose with a million poison-tipped thorns... one wrong move could mean a world of trouble." Akane said with a smile after she saw Zazoe blush and the food was brought over. When he mentioned cameras, she giggled a little and took a piece of copper wire, a small magnet, and a nail from her pocket. Akane put the magnet against the head of the nail so that the magnet and the rod of the nail were right next to each other, then she tightly wrapped the copper wire around the rod and the magnet so that the magnet would stay and its power would be amplified enough to wipe the system for a short time. She took a spare straw, put the device in the straw and aimed for the database area of one of the cameras, then shot the camera right where she was aiming to wipe the system out. All unsaved previous data would be unrecoverable and would set off no alarms, but it would take some time to reboot the system while the power to the restaurant remained unaffected. "You were saying, Za-za?" Akane said with a smile as she broke the straw on purpose to make sure that the straw wouldn't be a suspected firing mechanism if anyone saw what happened. She looked at her food, then looked around to see how other people were eating similar things before she picked up her burger and took a bite. Akane liked the taste to her surprise, even if it wasn't sweet. "For something that isn't sweet, it's really good..." she said with a smile as she put the burger down and tried the fries next. Again, she was surprised that something so salty could be so good. Akane was about to say something about demons from the circle of Gluttony, but she figured it was best to keep her mouth shut about that around the cameras since they would be online at any minute. She picked up one of her fries and gently put it into Zazoe's mouth, smiling as she did so. "The fries are really good, right?" Akane said, giggling a little as she gave him a cheerful smile. She was trying her best to be nice and show a little of her soft side, but she saw that he was trying to hide the fact that he was actually enjoying being around her. Akane was enjoying herself, too, but she was trying to show it as best as she could.

"Well, let's see... someone trying to get too close to me when I don't wanna be bothered, someone trying to flirt with me when I keep pushing them away, someone who's trying to hurt me or already has, that sort of thing. Not to mention people who are being idiots. I don't see any of those things from you, so you're good as long as you don't do any of those things." Akane said with a smile, listening to him talk before deciding to speak again. "Aww... but I thought it was cute. It's gonna be hard coming up with another nickname for you... I'll have to ponder that one for a few minutes. As for where I live, I'm on the north side of town on a little hill. The house looks pretty creepy from outside the barrier, but it's not so bad on the inside." she said before she looked at the bottle of ketchup curiously. It looked a lot like blood to her, but she wasn't about to take that chance in case it was stronger than it looked. Akane put a little bit of ketchup on the fries and tried some with the ketchup on it, seeing that it was better even though it tasted like there was a bit of a vinegar taste to it. "That's definitely better... I still like sweet things, though." she said with a smile before she gently took the cheese stick from Zazoe's hand and ate it, clearly loving the taste of it even if it was salty. Akane noticed that it was creamy and crunchy at the same time and she really liked that combination of textures. She finished eating the rest of her food in a few minutes and took some napkins from the holder, wiping her hands and face off before she smiled and took a few sips of the milkshake again. "That was really good. Thank you, Zazoe." Akane said with a smile as she waited for him to finish the milkshake if he wanted before they would have to pay and leave. She wanted to fly with him to her place and maybe hang out there for a while, but she would wait to ask him what he wanted to do next.

"It's fine, Zazoe... if you really don't like it that much, I'll find something else." Akane said with a smile before she stood and followed Zazoe out of the building. She saw his bone hound return with a bag and watched it split apart before returning to their bag, giggling a little before she hugged Zazoe tightly. "That's a really neat trick... maybe we could go see a movie if you want. I don't get scared easily, though... so it'll have to be something that would be really scary." Akane said with a smile before she kissed his cheek again, trying to make him want to kiss her as well. She knew what it was like to have some guy lust for her, but she always killed them before they could do anything to harm her. This was different... Akane wasn't feeling lust, but love instead. She didn't know how to explain it, or even how it happened. It just... happened... and she was enjoying the feeling despite how much it confused her.

Akane blushed deeply when Zazoe turned to kiss her, kissing him back before he let her go. She walked to catch up with him and smiled, having a good idea of what she wanted to do. "Okay... then let's go to my place. I hope you're not afraid of heights..." Akane said before she picked him up in her arms and revealed her black raven-like wings, then she took off into the sky and started flying toward her house. She didn't know if Zazoe would get scared or not, but she kept a firm grip on him to make sure he wouldn't fall while she was flying.

((OOC: Yeah... but she's not exactly fragile. Sure, she's not as strong as her parents were, but she can still put up one hell of a fight. XD))

Akane landed with Zazoe inside the barrier, seeing that nobody dared to step through the barrier since the castle looked very girly on the outside. She did this on purpose so that people would think that it was weird and stay out of the castle because of that, when in truth, it wasn't a very girly place at all. "I have an idea... let's play a little game of hide-and-seek. I'll hide, and you try to find me. Just make sure you give me a 10-second head start... and I'm sure you'll be able to find me because of what I'm gonna do." Akane said with a smile before she picked a few black roses from one of the bushes near the castle, then she ran inside and closed the door behind her. She left it unlocked, but she left a trail of black rose petals leading to her bedroom so that he would be able to find her easily if he looked. Akane spread the rest of the petals on the bed and carefully hid underneath the covers, making sure that she wasn't hard to find. She wanted to have a little fun messing around, but she wasn't going to make him look too hard since she knew what he wanted. The fire spell she had on the candles and lanterns in the house would illuminate any area that someone was in, but they would extinguish themselves when everyone was gone or upon her command. Akane's bedroom was illuminated so that it was easier to find and she knew that she couldn't make it much easier to find her.

Akane heard Zazoe walk into the room and kept herself quiet, but she couldn't help laughing a little when he poked her. "Hehe... you found me!" she said in a cheery tone as she felt him pull down the covers, looking at his eyes as she slowly sat up and smiled at him. "Come on, my sweet silver rose... I promise I won't bite unless you let me." Akane said with a playful wink, gently taking Zazoe's hand and kissing the back of his hand softly. Love was something she was missing all her life, something she craved since her parents denied that of her, and she finally found it. She didn't care if he was drugged or not... she still loved him.
