Spiritual powers are powers that individual races and groups can learn to progress their abilities and strengths.
Each technique needs to be learned separately as they have different degrees of difficulty.
They can't be used too often, and thus have a cool down time.

#1. Sai - A restraining spell that contains the limbs to immobilize the enemy. The practitioner points using his/her index and middle fingers at the intended target(s) causing their arms to lock behind their back. The spell is usable on a single target or a significantly large group of people.

#4. Hainawa - Binds enemies with a reishi rope to stop their movement. The practitioner generates crackling yellow energy rope within his/her hand(s) and releases toward the opponent. The energy entangles itself around the opponent’s arms and body immobilizing them.

Hakufuku - When this technique is used, the target sees the illusion of purple cherry blossoms falling around them. Their vision then begins to blur and becomes unfocused as their consciousness becomes muddled, disoriented, and confused. Shortly thereafter, the target blacks out altogether, losing consciousness, only to awaken with an unclear memory of what occurred.

#8. Seki - The practitioner generates an orb of light blue energy that repels an attack when said attack makes contact with it. The effect not only blocks the attack, but repels whatever strikes it.

#9. Geki - The practitioner draws the symbols of the spell in the air which causes his/her entire body to permeate a red energy. The same red energy engulfs the body of the target and causes complete paralysis.

#9. Hōrin - The practitioner uses the index and middle fingers and generates an orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns to ensnare the opponent as the tendril wraps around their body immobilizing them. The end of it remains in the hands of the user allowing them to control the path of the tendril before and after capture. The Kidō is able to connect with another one of itself if both have captured a target and bind them together.
Incantation: ”Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat!”

#21. Sekienton - The practitioner places his/her palms down on the ground and red smoke bursts forth from the point of contact and swiftly engulfs the surrounding area briefly obscuring the movements of whoever is within the smoke allowing a quick getaway.

#26. Kyokkō - Hides the physical form and reiatsu of the caster by bending light.

#30. Shitotsu Sansen - The practitioner generates a burst of crackling yellow energy in his/her palm and uses that energy to draw an inverted yellow triangle. The triangle then generates solidified energy in the shape of triangles from the three points of the inverted triangle. The fired triangles hit the intended target and pin him/her against a nearby surface, slamming into his or her body in three places in the shape of a perfect triangle and immobilize the target.

#37. Tsuriboshi - The spell creates a ball of blue energy that fires out six "ropes" from its center. The "ropes" attach themselves to any sturdy nearby object and the energy in the center solidifies into a flat elastic-like cushion. The spell can stop falling objects similar to a safety net.

#39. Enkōsen - The practitioner can use either both hands or his/her zanpakutō in a blocking motion. The spell then generates a dull yellow energy in front of the practitioner that takes the form of a large spinning disk of condensed reiatsu to block an opponent's attack.

Inemuri - This technique knocks the victim unconscious when the user places their palm in front of their face. For a moment, the victim's pupils dilate several times before they fall unconscious.

#58. Kakushitsuijaku - Heightens the user's senses and awareness to seize a target. Kakushituijaku is primarily used for tracking and locating any spiritual force the user focuses on. The practitioner draws a circle with the appropriate symbols set apart in four quadrants upon the ground using a black powder. They then place their hands palms down just under the circle to activate the spell. The circle glows with a blue light as the symbols are animated within the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: ”Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain.”

#61. Rikujōkōrō - A restraint spell which immobilizes enemies with six spiritual bands. The practitioner points his/her index finger at the target generating a spark of yellow energy. That energy summons six thin, wide beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. The target is then unable to move any part of their body including the parts that were not struck by the beams. This technique can also be used after using Hainawa, as the six beams of light form from the light already used in Hainawa.
Incantation: ”Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!”

#62. Hyapporankan - The practitioner generates a blue-white glowing rod of energy in his or her hand and throws it at the intended target. It then duplicates itself into a hundred more rods which rain down on the target, pinning him or her against a solid surface and completely immobilizing them. The power is hard to dodge in a small area.

#63. Sajō Sabaku - Binds an enemy with a reishi chain. A mid-level restraint spell. The practitioner raises his/her palm up to the target and closes his/her hand into a fist. The spell calls forth a yellow energy in the form of very thick rope to ensnare an opponent, its similar to Hainawa, but much stronger, this spell binds the upper body of a target. Physical strength alone should not be enough to break out of a level 60 Bakudō.

Tanma Otoshi - The user of this technique holds the palm of their hand over the victim's face. White light emanates from their hand, disorientating the victim and causing them to black out.

Shibireyubi - The user places a finger in front of the victim's face and ball of white energy flashes momentarily before their eyes. The victim is immediately incapacitated and falls to the ground whilst still conscious and aware of what is going on around them.

#73. Tozanshō - The spell ignites at a single point as blue energy and extends upward from four points and creates an inverted pyramid that solidifies into a barrier around the caster. The spell is usable around other already active spells. It can also be used to trap people inside of it.

#75. Gochūtekkan - Seals a target within five giant steel pillars. The practitioner clasps his/her hands together as five small yellow orbs with skinny tails emerge from between his/her clasped hands. They move up above his/her head and form into a circle of five. The practitioner raises their clasped hands up above their head, then lowers them downwards, sending the orbs into the ground. A bright light is generated in the sky above the intended target, which summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars, which are connected to each other by chains, to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: ”Walls of iron sand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.”

#77. Tenteikūra - A technique to simultaneously transmit one's voice to a large number of people. Utilized during large-scale battles. Tenteikūra is primarily used for communication. The practitioner draws symbols upon his/her arms, hands and the ground using a black powder. The practitioner then places his/her palms away in front and generates a glowing rectangular box. He/she then enacts various movements of the hands to create various root-like extensions in the air which connect to the glowing rectangle. Upon once again placing his/her hands up to the rectangle and activating the spell the root-like extensions glow creating a network extending out from the rectangle. The spell transmits messages mentally to anyone within an area of the caster's choosing. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages. The messages can be spoken either by the caster or by another within the vicinity of the caster.
Incantation: ”Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens.“

Noren Mekuri - A spell used to nullify types of illusionary effects that may be used to conceal something from view. The practitioner extends their hand and appears as though they are gripping thin air before stripping away the technique that is currently in effect. Doing so creates a light blue and violet aura around the object that is being revealed as they gradually come into view.

#79. Kuyō Shibari - The practitioner creates eight black holes with purple outlines that emit spiritual energy in the personal space surrounding the target, with the ninth black hole manifesting in the center of the target's chest. The intended point is to severely immobilize the target.

#81. Dankū - A spell which creates a defensive wall to shield an enemy's attack. The practitioner creates a translucent barrier in the form of a large rectangular wall. It is capable of stopping Kidō-based attacks with power up to level 89.

#99. Kin - The practitioner holds his palms away from him/her with the arms extended out to the sides and clasps his/her hands together with the fingers intertwined intricately. The spell then binds the arms of a target to their back like Sai, but with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.

#99. Bankin - The practitioner slams his/her fingers into the ground releasing white spiritual energy that forms into a white fabric. The fabric engulfs the opponent completely covering him/her from head to toe (First Song), the opponent is then stabbed by numerous metal bolts (Second Song), and then the opponent is smashed with an immense metal cube from above (Final Song).
Incantation: ”First Song - Halting Wrap. Second Song - Hundred Serial Bolts. Final Song - Full Ban Great Mount.“

Shiji no Saimon - A combination of Ryubi no Jōmon, Koko no Jōmon, Kikai no Jōmon, and Hoyoku no Jōmon. This creates a black, translucent box to surround the enemy, the red material from Hoyoku no Jōmon sealing the top, Kikai no Jōmon sealing one side, and Koko no Jōmon sealing another.

Shisō Kekkai - Four spear-shaped weapons form around the enemy, lightning then begins to come from the tips of the spears, swirling around the target until it is completely obscured from vision, sealing it away.

Millon Escudo - It is a powerful barrier which can be placed upon a part of the body and it activates when an attack reaches the point where it is cast. When the attack hits the barrier, a hexagonal shape appears.

#1. Shō - Rudimentary Hadō. Inflicts impact instead of damage. The practitioner points at the target with his/her index finger and generates a small force that thrusts the target back a few feet away from the caster.

#31. Shakkahō - Generates high-temperature flame and discharges it from both hands. The practitioner generates an orb of crimson red energy in his/her palm or finger. The orb can be any size from small, medium or large depending on the level of power being used. The destructive power released by the blast can vary between a simple explosion to a pillar of energy. In both instances the spell causes concussive as well as burn damage. It is one of the mid-level Hadō spells.
Incantation: ”Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!“

#32. Ōkasen - The practitioner raises his/her zanpakutō horizontally in front of him/her and generates a yellow orb that widens itself along the length of their sword. Once it is fully charged it fires outward as a horizontal blast, in a wide arc of yellow energy at the target. This technique can be launched from the hand instead of a zanpakutō, albeit producing a shorter arc.

#33. Sōkatsui - Blue flame discharge from the palm. The practitioner aims the palm of his/her hand at the target then generates a torrent of blue spiritual energy and fires it at said target. The energy moves like a direct blast or a large wave of energy depending on the amount of power placed into it.
Incantation: ”Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws.“

#54. Haien - A flame attack which eradicates the very existence of its target. The practitioner fires an oblong blast of purple spiritual energy from their hand that incinerates a target completely when it makes contact.

#58. Tenran - The practitioner levitates his/her zanpakutō and lightly hits one end causing it to spin like a fan. The practitioner then stops it and invokes a widening tornado-like blast which is fired forward toward the target. A hand is also usable as a catalyst of the spell if the zanpakutō is not available.

#63. Raikōhō - A lighting-type attack. The practitioner generates yellow spiritual energy into his/her hand and forms an orb which is then fired at the target with a massive concentrated strike of energy. The effect has devastating destructive results.
Incantation: ”Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!“

#73. Sōren Sōkatsui - An advanced form of Sōkatsui. It has twice the effectiveness. The practitioner generates blue spiritual energy with his/her index and middle fingers and fires it as a concentrated blast at the intended target. It is essentially a doubled version of Sōkatsui. The user fires "two" blue bursts of blue spiritual energy with much greater potency than the single shot variety.
Incantation: ”Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens.“

#88. Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō - The practitioner raises his/her arm forward and outstretched, occasionally using their free hand to grip the firing arm for extra support, with the palm facing flat toward the target and fires a gigantic beam of electrical and spiritual energy powerful enough to produce an enormous explosion.

Hyōga Seiran - This spell fires a massive wave of ice capable of freezing its targets and surrounding area. It is seen to be strong enough to destroy a group of Menos Grande through sheer power. It is also strong enough to go through Dankū, which can block any destructive spell numbered 89 or less, although it takes around fifteen seconds to do so.

#90. Kurohitsugi - A high-level Kidō which seals its target in a black spiritual coffin. The practitioner generates a purple-black spiritual energy that envelops the target with a powerful torrent of gravity that takes the form of a box of black energy, covered in several spear-like protrusions. The spears then pierce the box, lacerating the one inside from head to toe. However with the incantation, it is noticeably different in appearance. The sky appears to darken as multiple boxes of black energy appear, each of them topped off with cross-shaped spears, then they multiply and appear to enclose themselves on their victim. With the incantation, that it has the power to distort space and time.
Incantation: ”Seeping crest of turbidity. Arrogant vessel of lunacy! Boil forth and deny! Grow numb and flicker! Disrupt sleep! Crawling queen of iron! Eternally self-destructing doll of mud! Unite! Repulse! Fill with soil and know your own powerlessness!“

#91. Senjū Kōten Taihō - The practitioner generates around ten pink energy points and fires them all at the same focal point where the intended target resides. The culminating explosion is exceedingly devastating.
Incantation: ”Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired.“

!#96. Ittō Kasō - The practitioner can only activate the spell by using their own body as the catalyst. Due to this effect, this is referred to it as the spell of sacrifice. The spell causes a massive pillar of red fire to erupt from the ground in the shape of a giant katana's tip.

Jūgeki Byakurai (Kaizō Kidō) - A modified version of the Byakurai. This spell, unlike its unmodified counterpart, takes the appearance of a red beam that is powerful enough to shoot right through a foe from a considerable distance.

Incantation: "My right hand is the stone that bridges worlds. My left hand is the blade that binds reality. The black-haired shepherd is hung from a chair. Stratus clouds come, and I strike down the ibis."

Bala - The Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.

Pesquisa - The Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar.

Sonído - The Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami’s Shunpō and the Quincy’s Hirenkyaku. It allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances.

Garganta - How Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

NOTE: Only usable for travel; one use per battle to escape. Fast opponents may follow through and higher level Hadō can destroy the Garganta and kill all those traveling through it.

Hierro - Refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable.

La Mirada - The user gains the ability to charge a lime-green Cero in front of both of his eyes. The two Ceros are generated separately, but fuse together before firing, in a way similar to the Cero Sincrético.

Negación - Surrounds a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the Hollow that created the field.

Los Nueve Aspectos - The user draws lime-green circles in the air with their hands, causing a massive burst of sound-based concussive force to reverberate out with crushing power.

Gran Rey Cero - This Cero is performed by mixing an Arrancar’s own blood with the Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed as well as a change of color unique to the Arrancar. Being many times more powerful than a normal Cero, it’s capable of disturbing the fabric of space. It also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power. It is a drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada themselves.

Gemelos Sonído - A technique that utilizes the user’s speed to create clones, maximum being five. Clones are so realistic they even appear to have the ability to show injury.
