Here is where all the NPCs will be located. For the most part anyone can use any one of them. If you have an idea of an NPC to be added here PM The Charon and they will be added!

When using an NPC, please PM The Charon with a link to the RP they are in so that their RP list/vitals can be updated.

Anybody, even new members, may RP as an NPC if they so desire.
If officially adopting an NPC as your own (removing them from NPC status), you have to have used them in at least three RPs yourself, and must post a quest thread for them with a full profile.
They may be any stage age-wise, but advancement-wise, they are 'stage 1'.
