She nodded her head and closed off her mind while also talking, We, my parents and I lived on a farm and were invited to attend a part that was being thrown by Patrick Sheehy, once were were there I don't really remember what happened one minute I was playing with the other children the next my mother is running with me in her arms, blood running from her throat telling me to be quite. I honestly do not remember what happened next, all I know is my mother put me in bed told me to stay there and I woke up with my stomach aching and not being able to go outside, their names were Kathien McGavin and Thomas McGavin. They died while saving me from a house fire, I then went to go live with my Aunt who knew what I was and knew my parents wishes, but when I out lived her I lived in the house myself. She told him all she knew and hoped it was enough and that he was satisfied but what she said.

Juliane looked out the window after she had spoke and a single tear fell from her face as she remembered her parents. She wondered what they were doing and if they missed her. She continued to watch everything. Tears still her eyes, she looked over at him, I know I am not perfect or know our ways, but I do know that they taught me enough to survive this long, I know that the way killed that man was not the right way, I also know that the rain has stopped and that we are no longer in Ireland. They sheltered me from the rest of the vampire covens because they were a fread that if they knew of me they would come and kill me and them. So no one knew of my existence, till you. She told him, she said all this without speaking one single word from her lips. Her eyes were red from crying, they were also a gray silver now and the bright silver they were before. She continued to look at him unchanging

You can hold to your ideal is you wish he replied as the car pulled up to the airport. Once inside he paid cash and chartered a private flight out to a private strip in the country side of norther England. "Well, my dear I suggest you keep your past and your thoughts on vengeance to yourself. Perhaps we shall meet people at court who knew your parents and you will know more than what they told you as a child." He said to her as he waited for the shuttle to be ready for boarding.

It is not vengeance I want, Juliane McGavin told him, I just want to see others like me and know them. She said following him, while they waited she asked, How about you? do you have any family or anyone you are close too? She asked, looking at him now with graditude

If I ever did, they are lost to the centuries and no more than dust. Were the few rare honest words he gave her. The call for their plane came over the intercom and he rose from his seat. "All we can do is try to find a small measure of joy and pray it is enough to keep us from going mad." When he finished speaking he laughed flashing his white teeth. "What more could anyone want beyond that?"

Juliane got up from her seat and nodded in agreement. Closing her thoughts to him she said, 'what more could anyone want?' she asked herself as a question, Your right, is that our plane? She asked wondering why they would use a speaker to announce to everyone when they could just come and tell you. She wondered what she might see and who she might meet.

"Yes, this is our flight. It should be quick and then we will go to a coven. A place for people like us. It should be a good experience for you." They had no luggage so boarding was easy and they were soon on their way to England. Bran never liked England much but it had more covens and they were more liberal about bringing vampires in form the outside than in some other places.

Juliane smiled at him, as they boarded. Once they were on she didn't look back, she wondered what different things she might see. What other places might look like and if she will be accepted. Once she was seated she found herself falling asleep, as her eyes began to close she noticed that she only had the clothing on her back, but still found herself falling asleep.

It was not long before the plane touched down, Bran had let his ward sleep, she would probably end up getting more as the drive to the villa was about two hours from the airport and for obvious reasons out in the countryside far from any other people. It may not be the dark ages and there may not be any more mobs with torches and pitch forks but he remembered those days and he had little faith that humans had evolved and could truly accept their kind. Even if there was a torrid affair with the undead in pop culture. In Bran's mind the only difference would be now they would have guns and flashlights, and helicopters and cars were a little faster than humans on foot or even the back of a swift horse.

Juliane didn't feel the plane touch down at all, but she didn't eventually wake up and look around, smiling sheepishly at Bran. I am sorry for taking so long to wake up. She said and stretched and yawed. Where to next? She asked him looking out the window and seeing that it was not too sunny but sunny enough that it made her cringe at the thought of going out there.
