"Right, no love boat. Check. Well captain you know I can't be to blame those struck by cupids arrow. I can turn down my charm, sure but there is really only so much I can do. I'm sure you and I suffer from similar curses." James raised his hand in the air trying to lighten up the mood as confident as he was surely his charm was no where near Sasha's. Hopefully she had already decided to give him the post. " As for respect, captain. I have nothing but. Please take solace in the fact that no matter what it seems like I am always being respectful." Where to sail? Good question James had no clue for whatever their next destination should be.

She laughs lightly, "No but you can control sleeping with every girl on board. I wouldn't allow it of any of my crew. Things get too messy." Finishing her scotch while she thinks it over, Sasha nods after a few minutes. "You've done a good job as my second mate. We'll try it out with you being my right hand man. Now, we need to hit port again in the next week. My hunger grows with each passing hour."

James scoffed at her remark, both pleased by her assumption that he could get any woman he pleased and some what offended at the same time."Captain, your words hurt me so. You know I'm a one woman man." The brand new first mate put a hand on his cheek and softened his expression. "Speaking of captain. If you ever want to give in you know my heart was always yours." James grinned before leaning back against the wall and crossing his arms. "Hungry ma'am? Well I'm a hell of a cook. But finding port seems like a good idea I have some things to take care of." As glad as he was for his new promotion he did have to head back to his bunk eventually and read up on his situation. The though affected his jovial mood as the grin waned slightly.

"I'm sure I shot you right through the heart." Laughing lightly, Sasha shakes her head. "You think you could handle me hmm?" Leaning she smirks softly at his offer to cook. "I do not eat Human food. I eat souls dear James." Watching him, she's slightly amused right now.

Sasha's remark buoyed his mood, looks like she could play his game just as well as him. That would make it fun. "That would explain my recent chest pains. Captain you know I would do my best, and as confident as I seem I'm sure it'd be a challenge. One that I'd be up to." James smiled and sucked his teeth absorbing the information. "Well love, I'm not too sure but I suppose I could whip something up. Although to be honest I always took you for more of a carnivore. I'm sure we both know how tasty the carnal flavors can be." The young pirate winked. Feeding on souls for sustenance seemed like a tough way to gain nutrition, he'd be ok sticking with fruits and vegetables for the time being. "Captain." The first mate corrected himself rolling his eyes over in slight frustration for using the term love once again.

Raising an eyebrow at his correction, she smirks at his eye roll. "Not that my position should annoy you, but I did say Love was fine." Pouring more scotch for both of them, she laughs. "The only way you could whip up something for me would be if you brought me someone to feed on. I feed on flesh too, but only while drinking in their soul."

James scoffed playfully, leaving his position to take a seat as he gratefully accepted the second drink."You know there isn't much you could do to annoy me captain. It must have to do with your ever so affectionate personality." The second mate chuckled taking a sip of his drink. He looked at his captain as he drank, thinking about her situation, then he finally realized a grim reality. When she ate did she consume the entire soul? His grin disappeared momentarily but it wasn't gone for more than second before returning. "So tell me love, do you ever just 'Snack'? Or is it always a feast?" James leaned back in his chair genuinely intrigued. Granted he was quite sure he was no longer just a regular soul, but he had absolutely no idea how eating souls worked. Surely it wasn't like a playful nibbling on the neck.

"It must be." Draining her drink she watches his expressions. "Scared now? A little worried maybe? Like I said, don't touch me and you'll be just fine. I never snack." Leaning back, she glances out of her inner window towards her crew. "We need to decide on a new destination soon James."

"Captain I never touch when I'm not allowed." He followed her eyes as she looked out the window. James realized now how important finding port was. It was like a wolf being charged with sheep and the only thing keeping the wolf from snacking its self control. Which was amazing but dangerous when the wolf got hungry. "Uh, we must certainly find our destination, do you have any suggestions?" On a lighter note James had discovered probably the best way to die. "Well I suppose you would let me know if you decided on having a midnight snack? I guess it would be my duty as first mate right?"
