Ravenstorm raced towards the camp, his paws keeping up with her's, making a soothing noise to his ears. As they ran, he occasionally glanced over to see how she was doing. Everytime, she seemed to be enjoying herself and seeing that helped him let go of his troubles for a few moments. He decided early on that he would let her win. Pawsteps before they entered the camp, he slowed down and watched her cover the last fox-lengths. It was a good run, in any case.
After the race was over, the tom approached Emberdream and meowed, "You won, so, what is your desire?" He smiled and cocked his head slightly to the right.

Emberdream purred and padded over to him. She paused, thinking for a few minutes. She sits beside him and gives his cheek a small lick."I want you as my mate." She said, leaning against him a bit.

Ravenstorm smirked and rested his cheek on her's and responded playfully, "You didn't have to use your wish for that, I hope you know..." His blue eyes scanned for prying eyes, but not seeing any, he relaxed.

Emberdream let out a small chuckle and gave his cheek a small nuzzle, purring at his response."Oh yeah?" She closed her eyes, enjoying the closeness.

Ravenstorm let out a low, rumbling purr as he responded, "Would I lie to you?" He stared at her thoughtfully, hoping she felt genuine affection for him.

Emberdream tilted her head, thinking for a few moment."No, I don't think so." She laid her aching head down and closed her eyes.
