History: Patty is the youngest child of Phoebe Halliwell and Coop the Cupid. She was named after her Grandmother, Patricia – or Patty – Halliwell. For Patty, it wasn’t exactly easy growing up. She was, of course, the youngest of the nine children of the Charmed Ones, which made her often looked down upon. At the age of eight, Patty developed her Deflection ability. It has proved very useful when attacking attempts were made, where she could repel all active powers sent her way. However, the power had to be activated consciously, so it wasn’t helpful when she didn’t know an attacker was present. She went to school with a bit of difficulty, seeing as whenever she heard a loud noise, the blue glow activated on her hands. At the age of fourteen, she developed her second power – Hyper Speed. This was also useful, seeing as she was now hardly ever late (even if she did have a hard time explaining how she managed to reach her destination with no car) and it was so much easier to dodge, escape and strike. A little later – at age seventeen – Patty was finally able to Beam. It took a while to get the hang of, but eventually she was able to Beam from one place to another, and not just in the same place. Very recently, she has been able to use it on others around her. It was nowhere as good as Prue’s though. She could only do it within a small radius, which wasn’t too useful. She graduated from school with slightly over average grades, and is currently looking for a job.
Personality Quirks: A bit shy and tentative at first, but gets a bit bolder as she gets to know people. She would never be the first to make a move, and she would also be unlikely to end it. Likes to smile, and is generally friendly. A hard worker.
