Bray hadn't thought about the pack coming to get Jay after he had scurried away. "I don't know what to do..." he admitted softly. "I can't stay here but I don't want you caught up in this."

jay sighs. "its impossible isnt it? you leave you may get caught and i will get whatever....if you stay here we will both also be attacked...there has to be something we can do...." he thinks for a moment "i could go with you, but i'd slow you down...i guess i should just let you go on your own and i could stall them for at least a little while..."

"No I couldn't let you do that. You've already helped me so much." Bray protested. "We could try escaping together but if you don't think that will work i'll just go back. Maybe if I return on my own they won't..." he stopped himself there knowing it was no use to think the pack would be leiniant.

"they would tear you apart! you had tons of cuts and wounds when you showed but under my bed, and that was when you hadnt run from them before! i will help you as much as i can, no matter what. i wont let you be hurt anymore..."

Bray couldn't help but nod when Jay exclaimed that he would be torn apart. "If we stay here both of us get hurt when their patience goes up."

"Then i will stay here so you can be free. people wont miss me if im gone, you have somthing to live for...you have a chance to be friends with others while my face is forever in the 'witch trial' papers. "ill take your place if i have to...i'd rather be slowly torn apart then sending you to be."

"NO!" Bray exclaimed with an almost feral growl. His green eyes narrowing as he shoved Jay pushing him to the ground. He was above the man in an instant a low growl still in the back of his throat. "I don't want you taking my place. I want to keep you safe. You're the first person to ever help me. I can run faster than you."

jay looks up at him "it wouldnt matter, i would drag you down...im happy that im able to help you...i really like you...i couldnt just give you back to them."

"Are you willing to try and run?" Bray questioned sitting up a bit more so he wasn't hovering almost dangerously over Jay.

"yes. anything for you..." he says, looking up at him

"Then you should get some sleep. I'll be back to normal in the morning and that will be the best time to go. The pack will be too tired and lazy after they shift back. Its our best chance to get a head start." Bray sighed moving completely off of Jay.

jay sighs at the lost of warmth. "you can sleep with me again, just wake me up and ill be ready...i have nothing here thats of much vaule to me..." he smiles and pats his head. "so...will you turn back into a wolf tonight? will it hurt?" he asked

Bray looked up a bit surprised when Jay said he would sleep with him again. A soft blush slowly encompassed his face but he nodded none the less. "I'll have to change back once the sun rises, so don't be too startled if I suddenly jump out of the bed." Bray warned the man before climbing into the bed. "It does hurt but not as much when changing back to a wolf. Turning into a human hurts more."

"hm. come on, we're going to need alot of rest to pull this off tomorrow." he pets his head and snuggles into the covers. "night bray~"

Bray snuggled down against Jay when the man beckoned him saying that they were going to need their rest. "Goodnight." Bray answered before allowing sleep to consume him.
