Welcome to District 12! This district provides coal for the Capitol. Possibly the smallest district in Panem. The peacekeepers are said to be very lax with the inhabitants. The seperation between the poor and the rich lies in appearance. It is not unlikely for inhabitants to die of starvation.

Those who are the merchants usually have blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. While those who live in the Seam have dark eyes and hair and olive skin.
