F a y t h - x The Force is Strong With Me! Name: Dunca Be'tul Rank: Youngling (Whatever clan you decide you want her in is fine with me) Specialization: Will eventually, when she comes of age, be a Knight, Guardian. Personality: Dunca is very young, and right now still very scared after the attack on her family that resulted in her being unceremoniously left at the border of these lands. Dunca will likely struggle with her skittishness, and being a tad jumpy. However she'll grow to have a great capacity for loyalty, kindness, and understanding. Also it might as well be noted that Dunca has a rather androgynous appearance, as well as voice, leading some to beleive she is a boy. And she won't seem to mind. History:Dunca's life started peacefully enough. her father was a wonderer, but so was Dunca's mother. The two were happy to roam, and did so up until late into his mother's pregnancy. The two soon had a small litter - Dunca, and two other little girls. However, it would be unfortunate that her parents would choose a den amongst hostile lands. The two had no way of knowing, until one night the pack whom's land they had temporarily settled upon, descended upon the small family. There was no way for the new mother and father to fight off an entire pack of hyenas. Dunca's father did the only thing he could - grab but one of his children and flee. It was a tough decision for the father, but one that he didn't have long to make. Dunca's father fled, and for a few weeks father and daughter lived a solemn existence together. Until Dunca's father could bare no longer to look at his daughter - remembering those he'd left behind. His father's selfish desire to rid himself of his heartache led him to abandon Dunca. Luckily for the young cub, it was at the edge of Jedi lands. Accepted!

Club Snails The Force is Strong With Me! Name: AtinoRank: Council Member (Already talked to Innocent about this) Specialization: Lore Keeper Personality: Atino was raised in the Jedi pride. She loved learning and eventually became a Lore Keeper and eventually put on the council. She prefers to keep to herself, though she doesn't mind the company of a quiet pupil. Despite her quiet nature she is not afraid to put her opinions in. She is also a descent fighter and can stand her own in a fight. History: Atino was born and raised in Mizani'Ulimwengu. She is dedicated to her pride and loves it dearly. She was in the Snake Clan as a youngling. When she became a Master she trained under Jedi Master Tralsay. Sadly Tralsay ended up betraying the Jedi. He tried to convince Atino to go with him, but she said no, that she would rather fight him than betray the Jedi. A fight did break out between the two. With the light side of the force on her side Atino was able to beat him. She captured him but he ended up taking his own life, not wanting to be a prisoner to the Jedi. This really stirred up something in Atino. She spent many days in the Pillar of Self-Discipline. Different emotions flooded into her, and she was unsure if she could handle it. For just a moment the Dark side seemed so tempting, like it could relieve her of the pain she was going through. But she was able to fight it and stay on the Light side. The Force is Strong With Me! Name: Ahaztutako Rank: Jedi Knight Specialization: Jedi Guardian Personality: Ahaztutako is clever and kind. He is very much aware of her surroundings and takes careful notes of them. He is usually blunt about things though he does like to joke around on occasion. It takes a while for him to trust someone. History: Ahaztutako was not born in the pride, instead he is an outside who had an accident. He fell off a cliff and lost some of his memories. Luckily for him Atino was around to help him. She brought him back to the pride and had the Jedi Healers fix him all up. At first he wanted nothing more than to figure out his past, but he realized that the now is more important. His memory gets worse and worse as time goes on.
Accepted Squared.

While I agree with higher ranks being RP required, your general padawan/knight rank should not be, I feel. Maybe one RP at most, but even that can bog things down sometimes. Or as a sort of compromise, have a Knight rank that's non-RP-required, and any other requires some sort of RP?
Saying these things happen to every member ICly is one thing, but forcing everyone to play out every single step of it is another.
So this doesn't sound totally negative (I like the idea, honest!), I had an idea for how to layout the rank names? Since they're all Jedi (mostly), having Jedi in the rank name would be slightly redundant. Perhaps Knight Guardian, or Master Guardian. That'd keep the general rank name length somewhere in line with the Grand Master and Council Members.

Excited Apathy The way to drive RP is with interesting plots, not requirements. Minimal requirements to attain some roles is fine, moderate-high for the high ranks, but past that? Make it interesting, make it fun! Like the saying goes, 'build it and they will come.'
The ranking makes sense then, I suppose, although the Sith ranks seem unique to them? While an apprentice is analogous to a padawan, it's still a Sith-only rank, same thing for Lords.
As Snails said, we will work on it tomorrow when we can talk in person. Thank you for your input on the matter. We'll consider your suggestions.
As for the rankings, we feel that its important to differentiate between the two since they are sharing a pride (for now.) Again, thank you for your input.
