The problem is that we are the bad boys of gaia, breaking TOS all over the place, harrassing people, mass coordinated spamming of towns, the latest being 'inadvertantly spamming their report system by having all these reports flood in as we go out."

I'm sure I can think of more ways we seem to be the chaos factor to gaia's TOS, but regardless, that's what the problem is / was.... idk.

Aparantly, talking about raiding in the forums is against TOS. Also, harrassing a person for having the intellegence of a doorknob (and pointing it out to him) is also against TOS.

THAT'S what this was all about....

nobody was in trouble for inactivity. At least not from gaiaonline.

Really, this matter seems to be pretty much closed at this point.

Was the for raised one where the guy was trying to troll us by being a total noob and we kicke him out for it and he said things like " I wanted you to be mean to me so you'd look stupid" and I told him that that was like saying "I wanted you to photoshop my face on donkey porn" (the post of this guild member do not reflect the ideals of this group)

start a petition thread. I'll sign it. After it's all finished, we'll find a way to submit it to gaia.

But ya..... i was pissed (TOS) along with you that this mod was like "you need to fix the problem" but the thread had already been torn down so I couldn't see anything of what had happened. I was lucky to remember the name TYAMAT even. It just happened that he was such an epic douche that I remembered the name (TOS again).

Anyways, ya, start a petition thread, We'll get as many ppl to sign it (even non-RAWRs).... Then we'll turn it in to SOMEONE at least.

well actually i see what the mod means. maybe word choice would have given us a better foundation to argue with but i guess we jus gotta change some stuff around. we don't wanna be disbanded and there's no sense in arguing with the mod any further. i think it was maybe a noob who reported us or maybe even someone who had bad relations with RAWR. See this is the problem, gaia ToS is at a pg-13 level, which i dont mind, other then the fact that they make it sound more PG then pg-13, no sexual conduct really? that's pg-13 right there sheesh, cussing is pg-13, TROLLING IS PG-13 GUYS. But who the hell am i to say that? mods & there rules are like religion & politics, they make the rules but not obey them themselves nor do they follow up on what we are accused for. also check out the "unbann zetsubou yami" forum & sign for me, that banned she gave me was uncalled for.

yeah ur right that mods don't always follow the rules. i guess its easier to enforce than follow the rules.

he wasn't trolling us by being a total noob..... he WAS a total noob. After receiving what well, what would you EXPECT RAWR to do to a noob of that level, IN OUR FORUMS no less..... cry cry cry 'report yami on the guild forums'. Yami gets deleted, guild gets warned, noob is still noob, mod is still mod,

RAWR however...... is something else entirely.

Because violating the terms of our ToS is obviously not permitted, other users encouraging someone to do so is just as much a violation. Depending on the violation this can be just as bad. "Go troll X user" "You should post your n***s" etc, are examples where you may not be the one violating the ToS but your encouragement of another user to do so would result in a warning. The promotion of illegal activities is not limited only to what is illegal in the real world, but what is considered 'illegal' in general on Gaia as well.

Running around naked would be rated R, illegal for gaia, also possibly encouraging cybering..... Seriously just suggesting running around naked is an offense that I would need to edit and or reprimand you for, else, who knows what happens to RAWR.

She said something about idk what.... something about not banning us but could be banned for offenses or something. She cut contact with me when I asked what the warning system was for a guild..... so I'm totally in the dark.

Never conform, always be yourself and never EVER place yourself in the position of allowing someone to master your being. I speak not of a stupid guild warning but of life in general. NEVER CONFORM!!!
