The Machine [Open/Accepting]

"Really?" She smirked. "And I bet it makes things much more satisfying when you actually catch me, mister mongoose." She jested. "I know danger when I see it, and you are quite terrifying."

"I'll take that as a compliment" Damien said. "Thank you for the information. I will be quick to use it. If that is all, you may leave."

"It was meant to be one." She giggled. "Alright then. I'll leave. Have a good day, Damien." She smiled, leaning over and kissing his forehead before taking her back of clothes and heading over towards the door.

Damien watched Shadow leave, then chuckled while he lightly rubbed the spot on his forehead where she kissed. He wasn't giving up on capturing her, but for the moment he had other things to deal with, and at the moment, Shadow seemed more useful as she was.

Shadow headed out the building, and stopped to look up at Damien's window. She shook her head slightly before turning to jot off.

Damien opened up the envelope and read the contents. "Interesting" he said to himself as he read what Shadow brought him.

Damien had ordered the two people in question that Shadow had brought up to be brought in for interrogation, as well as their families. He was lax to use torture on children, but he wanted answers, and if the Absolute Leader wasn't satisfied, he might allow it.

"G-good day absolute leader." the one of noble blood began. "This is quite an honor." The the other child said nothing, giving a respectful bow though his eyes were sharp and glistening like a rebel.

"Hello boys. Have a seat" Damien said, gesturing to a couple chairs. I just want to ask a few things."

"Yes sir." They both replied with a bow before taking their seats.

Damien sat with his white gloved hands on his desk, fingers laced together. After a brief moment of silence, he looked the boys and asked "Do you remember an accident that happened a few weeks ago?"

"At the international science Olympiad?" The noble boy asked.
"The chemical explosion caused by two of the contestants?" Another asked. "They had a brilliant theory, but I guess they just miscalculated."
"No, someone sabotaged them. It was in the police reports." The noble replied.
"Well, sorry, but I've never seen the police reports and I don't believe in rumors." The boy replied.

"I see. And what were the two of you doing there?" Damien asked, "were you showing off your projects as well?"
