Haunted Music Box: a rocking RP

Rayne's breathing was still fast and shallow. a sure sign of recently being terrified and having large amounts of adrenaline pumped into him. he replied in a scared voice
"I was sleeping in a booth, and woke up to her playing her violin. i went to get a glass of water. i dont know what happened. the room...changed...after I got my water. it was packed in here. suddenly something came at me, and i stumbled into the table, and passed out while it came closer..." he explained. he was still watching over Chirstoph's shoulder. in the window of the door he saw a face staring back at him. grinning evilly. his eyes dilated and he tried to scream, but no sound came out. he could only point to the window. "th-th-there!" he rasped.  

[Irako of the Desert]

Christoph spun and saw the face just as it disappeared from the window.

"Oh, no. Not him again." Christoph turned back to Rayne, face pale. "This is important. Do you remember if he got close enough to touch you, even for a moment?" His champagne-colored eyes searched Rayne's face, darting back and forth.

Christoph knew that man well. If he was back, that couldn't mean anything good. That man only came around to cause trouble, and lots of it. He was very good at it, too.

Rayne shook his head.
"I'm not sure. he may have after I fell, but i don't recall getting touched. he told Christoph
"why? what happens if he does?" Rayne inquired

Faith looked back and forth from Christoph and Ryane, and the window that they were staring at, "What are you guys looking at???" Faith asked. She took a step closer to the window to see up closer, but when she could see just barely what it was that was freaking them both out so much she shuddered and stubbled back and fell next to Ryane; for the first time in a long while she hugged someone. Even if the hug was out of fear she still had physical contact with someone, which was to say a lot about her. "Wha- what....... Christoph, I thought this place was supposed to be safe....." Faith stuttered.  

[Irako of the Desert]

Christoph breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good. If he gets close again, don't let him touch you." He rocked back so that he leaned on his heels and rubbed his face, then stood up. He reached out and touched the consciousness of the Haunted Music Box, not physically, but emotionally. It was a little hard to explain, but he basically made the bar understand that there was danger and to be on guard. It seemed to hunker down and shut itself up tight. Now nobody would be able to get in, not without Christoph knowing first.

"Well, he won't come back for a little while yet, not while I'm in here and warned. Maybe I better tell you how I got the Haunted Music Box. Come on out to the bar and I'll make tea." It sounded a little weird, to go to a bar and drink tea, but Christoph knew that it would be the best thing for them right now. It would help them calm down from their fright.

He stepped behind the bar and into the kitchen, calling back, "Actually, maybe we should wait till Adam gets here, so that he can hear this story too."

Ranye jumped in surprise when Faith fell on him and hugged him. its was very unexpected. but he was listening to Christoph intently. he nodded when he mentioned going out to the bar. he got up and found he could walk with no problems. he followed Christoph out of the room, into the main lobby of the Haunted Music Box.

Faith startled herself by hugging someone. She was stunned for a few moments, but after a while she got up and ran over to Chistoph and Ryane. Faith was about to ask something, but instead her stomach grumbbled so loud that it echoed throughout the building. She blushed out of embarrassment. Faith laughed awkwardly and asked, " Eh-heh heh....... You wouldn't happen to have any snacks to go with that tea, would you?"
