Cherrygrove is west of New Bark Town and southeast of Violet City, this bustling and lively town is an eye full for the starting trainer.

((when Maria and Chikarita got to Cherrygrove city they talked to an old man he showed them around and when they reached his house he gave Maria a Town Map app for her Pokegear*
Maria: thanx for the new app *walks to the pokemon center to heal her pokemon and left for Mr. Pokemon's House*

((After Maria left Mr. Pokemon's house she quickly walked back to cherrygrove city when she got there she went for the pokemon center))
"May I see your pokemon?" Nurse Joy asked

((After she left the pokemon center maria tryed to leave the city but red headed boy stoped her))
"The only way you can get out of cherrygrove city is to defeat me in a pokemon battle Go Cydaquill" he said
"OK Go Chikarita" maria said
"Use Tackle on Cydaquill" she said
"use leer" he said ((Chikarita's defense failed))
"Use Tackle agian" maria told her pokemon
"now you use tackle" the boy said

((the foe"s pokemon are fainted chickarita gained 100 exp points and goes to level 8 you got $500))

"Hey give that back" he said ((takes back his card and runs away))
((maria walks back to New Bark Town with the egg))
