Did you Learn Viet Before or After?

Me and x3_Rei kinda had a little conversation about it, and it gave me and idea to make a topic about it. When you were born, did you Learn Vietnamese before you learned English, or learned English before Vietnamese.
If you're confused at that part, tell me and i'll make it easier for you to understand.
