Clarinet Jazz artist rock! In our jazz band we got lots of things. The usual like trumpet, trombone, rhythm, piano, and saxes, but we also got flutes, clarinets, baritone(is that normal or not, not sure), and tuba. My BD thinks that any instrument can play jazz.
Some clarinets, Benny Goodmen, Artie Shaw, Sidney Bechet, and Jimmy Dorsey are my favorites. I was wondering if any of you guys have heard of Paquito D'Rivera. He's my favorite Latin jazz clarinetist? I just felt that everywhere I talk about him nobody knows who he is, but he's brilliantly fantastical.
