Bio: Ethan Smith is a character created by the Doctor. He was left as a Human under the care of Sarah Jane Smith and he was raised as her son. (false memories) He remembered moving out and going to College and leaving in a apartment Building near Jackie and Rose Tyler. He carries a small pocket watch in the shape of a Shield, always in his right pocket and sometimes he taps his fingers on the walls or on the desks, always four times. As the Guardian he was supposed to Protect the Time Lords during the Time War, he was there fighting alongside the Doctor in his eight regeneration. He was born to be the one to End the Time War, to take in the Time Vortex and destroy the Daleks, and also himself. Giving him the name The Sacrifice by the High council of the Time Lords. The Doctor didn’t agree with this plan so he sent him away using the Chameleon Arc turning him into Ethan Smith. But before that he activated the Delta Wave, destroying both Time Lords and Daleks alike, the reason he regenerated then was because he was dieing as well from the Wave. The Guardian gave him some of his life force to regenerate, before he was transformed into a human.
He also has his own Tardis but it was hidden away by the Doctor long ago, his mother is unknown but the name of his Father is.... A secret, as the Guardian he was raised on Gallifry and he was trained to be a Scientist, a Warrior, and a Doctor. He was trained with medical tools, swords, shields, guns, but he hated guns, he refuses to use them. Even going the extent of throwing one at a Dalek instead of shooting it. He has two hearts like a normal time lord but in his human state his doesn’t. He hasn’t opened up his Watch and has no knowledge that he should open it. He's top of his class and hates wearing his uniform says,” Its too normal" and changes it on a daily basest. He is also a member of Torchwood secretly on the beliefs of being Sarah janes illegitimate son. Always carries a weird weapon made by a Unknown alien race that one shot stuns, two shots kill, three erases. He drives a Chevy 67 Impala and he treasures it as his most important possession and he is only 18. He has only regenerated one time and that was when he was shot in the back while giving his life force to the doctor, he only half regenerated and didn’t return to his older self. He has a habit arguing ALOT

Bio: The Duchess one of the only time lords that didn't die after the Last Great Time War. She was actually touring the universe while the war went on. It wasn't until after the war ended and every one was gone that she found out what was going on. For a long she was depressed, confused, and just plain mad at what had happened to her world, her family, her friends. Scared by the fact that her whole race was wiped out by the daleks she decided to start traveling to all the events that showed the end of a other species. While going through time and space she stumbles on an event where she see's the doctor and a companion of his go into his tardis and disappear. That's when she knew that she wasn't the only one left which gave her hope of not being the only one, but she then realized that she couldn't join him at least not at that moment. So she then promises to her herself to follow the doctor and help him behind the scenes until the time where she could show herself to him.

Name: The Captain
Age: 1124, 8th regeneration
Species: Timelord
Description: 6'3", 179 lbs. Dark brown hair and fiery orange eyes. He has a sharp nose bridge and usually a furled brow making him resemble a hawk. He stands tall among men, with a narrow waist which only adds gravitas to his broad shoulders. Slender yet muscular, the captain dons black dress shoes and slacks, with a maroon waistcoat and off-white pirate (the poofy one) shirt. He usually wears a topcoat, otherwise keeps his shirt rolled at the sleeves. He is often seen with a saber at his side.

A bold man, the Captain never said much, choosing instead to let his deeds speak for himself. When the danger had passed, he would always be found with a smile on his face and laughter in his voice. He is a proud man, and while he might try to be a pacifist, his rashness always led him into conflict where ever he may have gotten to.

His technical knowledge wasn't anything special for a Time Lord, but his ability to read people and predict their thoughts was uncanny. Many thought that his psychic abilities surpassed all other Gallifreyans, but the Captain was simply an excellent judge of character. Of course, he was never too quick to dispel any favorable rumors about himself.

Filled with an insatiable wanderlust, he traveled the stars picking up companions from different races and planets. His "Crew" as they would come to call themselves was an odd mix of races, some of which were sworn enemies to other companions. Who they were differed greatly, and th only commonality among them was their love and devotion to the Captain. When the Time Lords were called back to Gallifrey, the Captain returned the Crew to their homes, despite their protests.

The Captain's TARDIS has a functioning Chameleon circuit, but always materializes as a type of door. Once it was a dark cave mouth, another time, a slab of limestone, and once, even a revolving bookcase. The door could appear on the side of a building, behind a waterfall, or even on the underside of a balcony. Where once was a brick wall of a building, you might have now seen a door. To date, the Captain's favorite place to land on Earth is on the western side of the Globe Theater, 20 paces from the back entrance.

Background: During the Time War, the head council sought to harvest the power of the Time Vortex and use its power to finish off the Daleks. However, knowing that no one would be able to stop whomever looked upon the Vortex, they needed to study it before proceeding. Far from a breakthrough, a few of the researches had managed to extract dense energy clouds from the Vortex, attempted to harness that power. The strain proved too much for their weapons, resulting in the death of several testers. The project was officially shut down.

Deep underneath the Academy, in the underground laboratory known as the Thought Forge, a few of the researchers continued their endeavor including the Captain's brother, otherwise known as the Alchemist. When the Daleks attempted planet fall, panic raced across Gallifrey. No other race had ever managed to survive long enough against the Time Lords to attempt such a feat. The Alchemist quickly grabbed the remaining Vortex packs and raced to his brother's TARDIS. A type Alpha TARDIS, it was one of the more modern and faster models. When the Captain returned to his ship, he found his brother attempting to engineer the TARDIS into harvesting the energy and expelling it like a weapon.

As part of the Time Lord philosophy, the TARDIS was never meant to be a war ship, and instead was designed for peaceful observation and travel. Outraged by the perversion caused by his brother, the Captain threw his brother from the console and began to remove the device from the wiring. However, the connection wasn't finished and it was far too unstable to handle such a shock. Kicking his brother outside, the Captain resigned himself to fly into the heart of Dalek fleet and let his ship safely detonate there, sacrificing himself for his people.

As the Captain traveled through the Vortex towards the fleet, the TARDIS sensed the impending disaster and materialized out of the Vortex and far from the Captain's goal. As the device began to go critical, the TARDIS opened it's engines and the resulting explosion inverted the matter from the TARDIS to reality, trapping the Captain and his TARDIS inside the Time Vortex.

The detonation took out a good fifth of the Dalek fleet, and the Captain was honored as a war hero, no one knowing that he still lived, trapped in the Vortex.

It wasn't until Rose Tyler looked into the heart and absorbed the power and knowledge of the Vortex that the Captain would resurface. In her haste to stop the Daleks and save the Doctor, she corrected a small anomaly in the Vortex which released the Captain from his prison.

Unaware of the fate of the Time Lords, the Captain travels the stars trying to find any Gallifreyan who may have escaped the Time Lock.  

[Exiled Time Lord]

Name: The Gambler
Age: 900, in his 4th regeneration
Species: Time Lord
Height: 6'
Weight: 158 lbs

Info: Has dark green eyes and black hair. He has broad shoulders, a slender body, and a rather slouched posture, like a vulture's. He wears a white button-down shirt, and usually wears a vest over the shirt. He usually obscures his face with a hat, like a top hat or a cavalier hat. He also usually has some sort of gambling material, like dice, cards, or darts on his person. He commonly is smirking an arrogant smirk.

History: A bit of a psychopath, the Gambler is known for his rash tendencies. Only seven years younger than the Doctor, he, too, was a participant in the Time War. He is a gifted strategist, but can get overly full of himself. He took out several fleets of Dalek battleships.

Like most other psychopaths and Time Lords, he could manipulate people with great ease. During the Last Great Time War, he was one of the people who supported the Final Sanction. He also trusted the Doctor with his life, which made the Doctor's "betrayal of the Time Lords" all the more devastating for him.

When the Master brought the Time Lords and Gallifrey back from the Time War, the Gambler saw his chance to escape, and stole a TARDIS, travelling away to somewhere, just to get away. He continues to seek vengeance against the Doctor for his extermination of the Time Lords.

His TARDIS materialized around Demon's Run, where he came into an agreement with Madame Kovarian and the Silence, telling them how to create a fixed point to kill the Doctor. He never really trusted Madame Kovarian, or anyone, for that matter, always believing that they would betray him. Eventually, his suspiscions were confirmed, and Madame Kovarian betrayed him, shooting him and forcing a regeneration.

The new person who the Gambler became was very seclusive, introspective, and paranoid. He fled from society, travelling from place to place, all by himself. He kept the Two Streams Facility running after the one-day plague had vanished, just in order to find some solitude. After about a year of waiting, he realized what a fool he'd been. He now travels around the universe in order to make amends for his misdeeds.

Her main quest is to find her beloved tele-porting hat which she dropped on the planet of Balhoon while she was running away from the Judoon. She is currently wanted by the shadow proclamation and most of the interstellar government for a crime she has yet to commit.....

Info: Lucy was born and raised in Winchester, England. Her mother is an attorney and her father works with Interpol. Through the organization, he has connections with ones such as UNIT and Torchwood. Info: The Archivist was born into the war after being time locked inside, but during his time in the time lock, he was taken to the academy and was trained to be a warrior and a time lord. The young student’s skill set matched that of the academy chapter house known as Arcalian, but his skills also showed that he was to be a Time Lord Engineer. This pleased the high council of the time lords in the war, because he was assigned on a mission to be sacrificed with half of the Arcalian chapterhouse in the primary Time lord museum. But when it came time for him to die, an ancient Tardis that had lived used it’s shielding to protect the time lord. Running inside, the tardis moved in space but not in time. Landing in the meadows of red grass, the ancient Tardis disguised itself as a tree while caring for the child. Official records of Gallifray said he had died, but the truth was far from. In the long years ahead of him, the young child was adopted and grew up in the ancient tardis. Using his knowledge and his mind, The young Archivist bonded with the Ancient Tardis. His Tardis was a type 17 mark 2 that had taken very brutal and near irreparable damage, but that didn’t stop him from trying to save the life of the Tardis. His efforts to save the tardis were effective and fruitful, but it took his 70 years of his life and several trips to and from the Tardis repair bay. He learned a lot over that time to know that the Tardis was indeed alive, not a simple machine that could tossed aside as newer models were being made. This is how he took the name the Archivist, in honor of the Tardis that saved him and became his home. The tardis is also over-protective and sluggish, but after some work the sluggish part was reduced to a reasonable accord. At the age of 90, he talked to his tardis about a massive raid… in order to survive and evolve. He needed his hands on a dead modern Tardis for parts, it continued for a few days but the old tardis went back to the Repair bay. The Raid was quick and simple and a lot of other items were taken before he was about to be captured by the guards, with the dead tardis and several new parts, the Archivist and the Ancient Tardis escaped. Before the effective repairs began the planet started to move and the time lock was broken. In the last hour of Gallifrey, he watched as the president of gallifrey left the planet for the new one that appeared. It was his time to live, so the Tardis came to life and disappeared into space.

Info: When Ditysmona was taken to the Untempered Schism at the age of 8, she passed out and couldn't be awakened for a full 12 hours. When she did wake up, she began screaming about Zagreus, a Gallifreyan boogeyman. Nobody took her seriously. Since the incident, Ditysmona would have incidents of prolonged and deep sleep. During this time, Zagreus would visit her. When she was 254, Ditysmona attempted to kill several high ranking members of the Gallifreyan government, claiming that they would start a war that would result in the total destruction of Gallifrey. She failed to kill them, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. She was frozen in time (removed of every sensation except for the passing of time). She was imprisoned for a very, very long time. When the Time War began, she was released and fought along her people. When The Doctor was forced to destroy everything Dalek and Gallifreyan, she tried to stop him by ramming her TARDIS into his with the hope of disabling it. It didn't work, and the impact sent her and the TARDIS careening through Time and Space. When she came to, her people were gone.

But I know who my mother is now, the Doctor Donna, and I promised granddad I'd watch. I'd look up for her even after he'd passed, maybe someday the doctor will come for me.
