Besides that there are rules to be followed.

First and formost, follow Gaia's forum rules and Gaia's Guild rules.
ALWAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS EVAR!

Since Those rules pretty much sums everything up, I am going to put a list of preferences.

1. Try and use proper language. I don't care if you misspell a little but if you are like this:
"o hlyer g i zswaw a bjfut tehs thrdah adnwdsaas liwek 'Omg! bgfot!' plz comnt"
Translation " oh, Hi there! Goodness, I saw Bigfoot the other day and was like ' OMG! BIGFOOT! ' please comment."
I don't mind ' OMG ' or ' LOL ' But please, no Nonsense, and not too many
LOLZ.

2. If your playing an RP on our RP topics, please follow the general RP rules.

3. Don't make decisions for me unless I am gone for more than 4 days.

4. Don't make a guild forum topic without my permission, this includes charities, RP's, etc. EVERYTHING NO EXCEPTIONS! Lawl.

I do hope that experiences with this guild are not going to be bad ones (I don't want to lose 20k gold here sweatdrop )
