"Allure, Veronica, Rune. I came here, to thank you for saving my life from those four men. If you hadn't come, I might've not got in problems, but it was still very courage of the tree of you, to battle four heavily armored fire masters, to save the life of an unknown man." Ace said.
"Because simple words, may not really mean much, I also brought some gifts."
"First of all, Veronica. When I first met you, I came to bring back some papers. The papers seemed to be journals about your traveling days."
"Seeing that you like traveling, I brought you a Gilded Compass. That way, you'll never get lost"
"Allure. You saved me with some kind of Ice shards. Since the weather was too high for ice shards to be formed by nature, You just had to be an Ice elementalist. It was suprising to meet another elemental wielder."
"Seeing as you're an ice elementalist, and have that beautifull white dress. I brought you a stylized river-flow bracelet, and a pair of water drop earrings. Perfect assecoires for such a nice dress, no?"
"Rune. I didn't meet you before. But when you saved me, you made contact with the plants somehow."
"So that must mean you like plants. Therefore I brought you a book about ancient plants. "
Ace gave each of them their box (wrapped in coloured paper) with the gift.
"I hope you like them"

As Vash walked into the room, Cobra quietly closed the door and then leaned up against it with his shoulder to watch what they would say casually. He was still new to the house, so s it was none of his business, he would simply observe until he was addressed. After watching Ace give his thanks to the three girls and then give them presents, Cobra was impressed with Ace's kindness and polite speech, and was growing more and more convinced that Nushi was just paranoid...much like members of cat-like species are, assuming that every situation is one that is meant to harm or hurt them...
"Bah, this guy doesn't seem so bad...seems like a class act after all. Impressive that the girls were able to handle the guards, though I shouldn't say things like that without first hand seeing their combat skills. just my silly prejudice getting in the way when I see such polite and kind people. How dangerous could this guy really be if he needed to be saved by them?"

"I hope you like them" "Thank you Ace." Rune said taking wrapped up gift and removing the paper. She was surprised to see how old the book looked and opened it up. "Wow...most of these I've never heard of..." she said as turned each page, pausing briefly to read the contents before moving on.

"Ah! I mean it as a good thing!" Rune quickly corrected not wanting to sound ungrateful or rude to Ace. "I've never been out of this country before so this is a useful book to me!"

Allure blushed slightly then opened the box and was stunned to see the bracelet and earrings inside. "They're beautiful Ace." She said while smiling. She placed the box on the table and quickly put on the earrings and bracelet. She'd felt the kind of excitment she'd felt as a young girl when her parent's bought her new beautful pure white and light blue clothing. She'd considered making a small ice mirror to see if they suited her but she was still unfamiliar with the new guest, Vash, and chose not to take the risk. "Thank you Ace. It's a generous present. I hope it didn't cost you too much." She smiled and decided not to check their appearence for the moment. She'd just hope they looked decent and check later.

Azure Yuzuki hakujou_nushi Azure Yuzuki hakujou_nushi Azure Yuzuki Rune watched as Cobra let the two men at the door in and was surprised when the first guy walked it in it was the one she, Allure and Veronica had run in when they went to the inn and he was surrounded by those weird men in armor. She waved a bit to him before looked at nushi who was still glaring at the two that had walked in with his fur on end. "Nushi, are you sure these two are after your spring?" Rune whispered not wanting it to be overheard by the two that had walked in, "I mean he seemed nice enough when me, Allure and Veronica helped him." (they've been talking about it. their spies told them.) nushi pretended to purr and nuzzle her cheek wanting affection like a normal cat would. Rune sighed as she scratched Nushi's ears to help him play the part of a normal cat. "Well, even so they haven't done anything here yet so I guess we should see what's going to happen." she replied quietly. (I guess, should I show up?) his voice echoed in her mind gently. (just think and I can answer) he purred happily. 'well we don't really know what they want here exactly besides you,' Rune replied thinking back to Nushi, 'so why don't you stay as you are and then later if they don't really do anything you can change back to your other form.' she finished. (ok, rune...ace is now vash's right hand man so stay weary now. ) nushi purred while thinking to her.

nushi hopped off runes shoulder, and walked to the yard jumping into the sapphire sakura tree, as suki came out and cradled the little cat. the petaled arms where soft and the scent of sakura blossoms filled the air as he felt the hand as if a warm breeze carresed his cheek. He sighed and began to think. (maybe I am just paronoid suki..) his eyes became sad, so he closed them. suki looked down at his creater with loving and thoughtful eyes. "maybe if you gave them a chance to explain them selves, it would ease your mind. Not all humans are bad, just misunderstood like they do to you. just think of veronicas mother and what she did for us.) nushi began to feel guilty.

((I believe he had previously spelled it as Tsuki , but it's a living tree in the backyard of the house. It has a spirit of some kind living in it and can talk and interact with people.))
