She just turned 2 on April 3rd. She's growing up so fast.

She's not feeling too well today though. She was running a slight fever last night and still isn't feeling too well today. Poor thing. All she wanted this morning was her sippy cup full of pedalite and wanted to watch "Dack." That's how she says Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas which is her absolute favorite movie. So we cuddled up this morning and watched The Nightmare Before Christmas.

One of my cousins has a two year old.

Sometimes I think having kids would be fun, but other times I see how much work it is and I wonder if I'd survive. Of course, having a supportive partner and extended family would help.

I`ve wanted children for a while now but lately I`ve been thinking of the sobering reality of it all and I know for now I am not ready and don`t think I will be until I reach my 3O`s.
I just want to enjoy my 2O`s, enjoy me myself and I and being with my boyfriend and enjoying each other. 3nodding
Still, the idea of bringing my future husband`s children into the world would give me a great feeling of accomplishment and I couldn`t be more proud then to be the one to do so. heart

I could use some coffee. Does anyone have a favorite kind of coffee that they'd recommend?

    Warm or cold?
My two favorites are from Starbucks.

Chocolate Chip Frappachino (cold) and Chai Latte (warm/hot)
The Chai Latte tastes like a ginger bread man to me and I love that!

If you want coffee to make at home I would suggest a french roast with caramel creamer. 3nodding

The chai latte sounds good about now.

How does french roast taste?

I just had a nice latte and apple crisp type fruit thing at Starbuck's and it is SUNNY here! Finally! Yay!

To me french roast is robust yet smooth coffee that tastes rather plain when nothing is mixed into the coffee itself, however if you were to add some caramel creamer in there it really brings out a sweet and smooth taste making it a nice morning drink. 4laugh
....How do I know that so well? I barely drink coffee!
I concern myself sometimes. whee

That sounds relaxing, did you bring and book and bask in the glory of the sun?
It`s sunny right now where I live too and it is just beautiful, there are some nice white fluffy clouds rolling by while the sun just hits every corner of my side of the Earth, it is just gorgeous out!
I am glad we can both enjoy the sun!

I heart sun. It's time to hit the beach!

Thanks for the suggestion, Trick.

It`s Easter and it`s raining and an ugly gun steel grey.

This sucks.
Hope everyone else`s Easter is going well.

Sorry about that, Trick.

I had nice weather yesterday but it's gray here today.

Would some coffee help you to feel better?

It's too late for coffee. I had the best Japanese food tonight - yakisoba with teriyaki chicken, gyoza and tempura to start. I can't eat asian food too often, it's all so good.

That's nice, Lyx. I had a Mexican dinner with my parents.

I'm becoming addicted to frozen fruit for late night snacks.

I, honestly, never pictures myself having children, but my boyfriend said he always wanted to have kids. I've never been a baby person and I've never really felt comfortable around most children because a lot of children are very badly behaved these days. I was using birth control, but it failed and I found out I was pregnant and even though it wasn't a planned pregnancy, I sort of felt like it was meant to be, seeing as we took all sorts of precautions.
I honestly wouldn't have made it through the pregnancy or even the birth if it weren't for my boyfriend and my family. They are extremely supportive and I've become so much closer to my family because of it. Even though having a child wasn't something I planned, I'm glad I did have my daughter because she's created joy and a new purpose to my life that I never would have considered.

I thought the same thing. I wanted to wait until I was 30 before I would consider having a child, but then I found out that 30 or older is considered "high risk." I always felt like 20 was too young to have a baby.

My mother had me when she was 37, now I don`t plan on waiting that long but I just don`t want to rush it either.

On another subject - I just completed my boyfriend`s essay! rofl
