And Rock lee and Gai-sensei look alike because Gai is his mentor. Lee's hair wasn't his normal sexy bowl cut until Gai became his sensei. And the eyebrows are just a coincidence. In the beginning Lee and Gai were made to make fun of the 60's era, but as we can see now they are fully developed, and AWESOME characters. 3nodding Especially Lee.
