i don't know why i'm still awake. probably to avoid being harassed when Kurama gets here.
...i will sleep with my sword.
i met a girl cosplaying Kurama at the last con i went to, and she was shorter than me. i was pleased by this.
(my) Kurama is... tall. it's quite annoying.
i should sleep. yes.
eyelids. heavy.
that fire dragon thing, was it a legit fire dragon like Hiei's move, or just fire in the shape of a dragon?

Hiei the Epic Kara Madora When I was cosplaying Suzaku, I was surprised how many people came up to me and told me that they had just started watching YYH mad that I was their fave character so far. It was refreshing to see so many new fans. I keep talking to people and every now and again I'll meet another fan. It is nice to see that it has a fan base where I am. What state is Sakuracon in? Mine is in CA
seattle, washington.I've noticed. XD I have a freind who goes to sakura con. She wants to go as Rinku. @Otome: I think the fanbase getting so out of handwhy Naruto is now taboo. It got crazy for a while there.

lols, Kurama shorter than Hiei. I think I met a couple and they were the same height, gotta check out my photos from this year. and I can understand why Naruto-verse is starting to become taboo, but I don't care because I love cosplaying my punk!Gaara version(though I was down a tattoo because I don't have artistic skills....and my gourd got destroyed by flooded basement.....)

but to answer your question, he just formed it into the shape of a dragon. It is to honor his mother(originally going to be mpreg but I know not everyone is comfy with that) so I could explain why he hatched out of an egg instead of going down a birth canal.

One last post before going back to cruel reality..
I'd make a pretty decent cosplay of any small tsundere character....but I simply can't take cosplay seriously... I have no idea why,but whenever I put on a costume,I go totally on crack for some reason.. neutral
I've cosplayed as an Akatsuki member once,long ago before Naruto went downhill .... I ended up being hated by people for reasons I prefer not to bring up ... I'll just say that I caused a table at the artist alley to fall apart and ran off loling....
Other then that,I was once Taiga Aisaka.... and I must say I was pretty in character,seeing how I ended up fighting with mostly anyone who interacted with me..
So cosplay has a very strange effect on me..
Otherwise I'm a pretty balanced person. This I can not explain.

Ha yeah...I think current fans are teased as 'narutards', but I think that's rude. Sure they get a bit giddy sometimes, but I don't mind as long as they don't piss me off with stupid actions that affect me when i'm dodging them. I personally like Naruto for the art aspect of the manga and the story, (and the anime minus the much-hated filler episodes), but I just ignore that and focus on what interests me. It has good plot and suspense in it's later stages of the story, so I keep my time invested, (even though it will take at least 5-7 more years till they finish everything..manga, anime and all..and they probably won't stop there) A fan base that I'm sure shall grow, even though it's done, is FMA. That stuff is just wicked, hands down. the animated scenes leave me in awwwe in Brotherhood emotion_awesome But all the original animes that were on Toonami were my first loves and always hold a place in my heart. heart

I need to watch FMA, either one of them. Ive been hearing good things about them and I have never gotten around to it. Let me tell you about my ex. He was... wierd when it came to Naruto. Asked me if he could keep my pillow because it had swirls on it that reminded him of the series. rolleyes I mean seriously. It was a freaking COSTCO pillow. Nothing special about it at all. It is all fine when you are so excited about a series, but when you ask your girlfriend if you can have her standard pillow because of swirls on it? No. That's where it gets ridiculous

Hmmm yeeeeaaahh that's a wee bit odd..to say at the least. But I can't judge, since I was such a fan as this for Kurama/Youko in Junior high/early high school a. aAnd I recommend watching the FMA:Brotherhood series. The first series of FMA that aired on Adult swim a couple years ago was the unfinished version of the manga, in my opinion, and brotherhood is better story-wise, since it goes by the 'manga'-book.

i seem to have a big distaste in the mass majority of popular shows. not because they're popular, but because i simply didn't like them.

I like a few of the more popular shows on that list(FMA, Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler, Naruto and DBZ) but I like some of the obscure ones like Air Gear, Kyo Kara Maoh, Loveless, etc.
