Juniperus chuckled a bit as the Chief set the rules for the Firebenders, "Ouch" He said fanning his hand as if his hand burned. He took some water from the snow below him, he froze it making it around the size of a pinball and started throwing it in the air and catching it behind his back. Being a performer, he knew all sorts of tricks. He saw the girl wave at him, he raised his eyebrow and waved back, "Shes pretty."

Colonel Luo shrugged and smiled. "That's such a shame. I was hoping to do some tricks for the kids. Well, can't be helped, considering the Water Tribe and the Air Nomads are now known for their hostility." He stuffed some more flaming fire flakes into his mouth, then jumped up to the ship. He jumped down later, dressed in a winter coat and playing the pipa. "Well, you can't say music isn't allowed. Well, see ya chief." He began playing lively tune and walked past the chief. "Hey Kikio, should we meet the locals first or go see the sights first?"

She looked at the girl and waved with a smile, "You think everyone is pretty." She said through her teeth, "Shes way older than you anyway" She put her hands on her hips and put her hair behind her ear, "Mind bringing this home for me? Please, please, pleaaaase?" She said throwing her suitcase of merchandise on him.

He turned as Lou walked passed him.
"You have yet to see hostility, let me catch any one of you firebending and I will bring the walls down upon you, got that?"
As he said firmly.
"I was here as this great city was attacked, young but battle ready. I wasn't allowed to fight as I was 'precious' for them and they couldn't lose me. This time I have no hesitation dousing your flame in water."

Kikio jumped off of the railing of the ship and landed on the snow with ease. She smiled and looked around, "This place really is cool..." She said in awe as she tied her hair back.

He took the case as she threw it on him. His face was serious as ever, "Fine..." He took it and walked all the way to his house. He put it in her room but decided to relax a little and sat on his bed.

Luo sighed and shook his head. "Well I'm sorry to hear that chief. Past memories of the war often breed hatred, racism, and ignorance. Long time ago, people in the Fire Nation who thought the same way as you did started the 100-year-long war." He gave a friendly smile to the chief. "No matter which side, war always takes things from people. Perhaps a game of Pai-Sho to settle this matter?" He wanted to set things straight in places so that people would not hate each other.

"As I was saying, should we meet the locals? I saw you waving to the guy before. Well, we should meet the locals. After all, we're guests and we should see our hosts..." He offered some flaming fire flakes to Kikio. "Want some? It substitutes firebending very well."

Jenna continued walking around. She was heading towards the spot where she usualy does her waterbending. As she turned around one of the corners, she saw a few people talking. She recognized one of them, and she also noticed the other person as a firebender. She came all the way from behind the corner. She was going to go over there, but she changed her mind and walked near the fountain in the center of the city. She sat on the edge and started thinking why the firebenders were here.

She nodded happily and took some flaming fire flakes, putting them in her mouth. She never actually used them much but they really were a good substitute.
