And I want to apologize to all of you, for being my recent absence and whatnot. I haven't been able to manage the RP or do anything really...Cause my computer's being more of a b***h than usual lately. Anyway...I'm trying to straighten things out. As for now though, I think I've gotten things fixed up enough for the current moment, so we're just gonna move right on along....

I actually had a post typed up friday night but, stupid me, I forgot that my internet browsers like to randomly crash on me, and so I didn't save it to notepad first. And I clicked SUBMIT, and..guess what? Now it's gone! scream

Yeah..it didn't really matter. We'll run with that. The Dining Hall's only gonna be used this one time, anyway. Or well...maybe a few more times, wwaaayyy later on in the rp, but yeah...it's not that important of a place. XP

Dang, how do you come up with those. It's kinda catchy.
Anyways, question again!
What's the main medium of writing here? Do we have modern pens, or at least similar devices, or do we still use the ol' feather and inkwell thing? Or is there any other way?
I'm thinking of getting or making a device that I could have that's like the modern pen in shape and function except that it has a different way of writing. So far, I've got that it can be refillable by materials we can find anywhere. Maybe plants or animal blood. Or that it's powered by magic and it can exude low heat focused on one point sufficient to burn the paper just enough to darken and discolour it in order to write.
But that's way, way far off even if you agree with it, so what do I use to write?

Haha. What, awesome possum? I dunno, I came up with that forever ago. Stuff like that just rolls off the tip of my tongue on a regular basis. XD
Um....
Regular pens are commonplace in Amoria. And there are several of them owned by the richer people in Gabbiani. Not usually by the commoners though. They usually use quill pens...."the ol' feather and inkwell thing", as you put it. XD
Since Remetheus ("Remmy" lol XD) actually has noble blood, it wouldn't be too odd for him to have obtained a regular pen, like, from his mother, for instance. Just a thought. =]
