as mayura caught up, she panted a couple times and said "sorry to bug you, but me and my camp mates ran out of food. i was wondering if you guys would know where i could find some. cant exactly live off grass, you know?" she said, chuckling

She'd only arrived not too long ago and hadn't really spent a lot of time mapping out the place. Though that was probably what she was going to do once her first task was accomplished. "No, sorry. But I do have some things that might help." She opened her bag and pulled out a few granola bars, and two bottles of water. It was all she could really afford to spare at the moment. Plus she had to leave some supplies for herself. "I know it's not much, but every little bit helps right?" She smiled kindly and looked the girl over. mayura raised an eyebrow at the boy "something about you seems familiar..." she said "i cant place my finger on it though..." something about him... he seems nice enough, but i just get the feeling he knows something... hmm... maybe its the eyes. they do a bit like... like chase's... thought mayura. she got sad, thinking of her boyfriend who she might not see again. "i know... the eyes... your eyes remind me of my... my boyfriend..." she said, barely speaking in a whisper in the end "thanks for your help." and she flew off back to camp. chase... i wonder how your doing? will i ever see you again? she thought, fighting to keep back tears

◣Skylar Anderson◢ Action is the real measure of intelligence. Skylar watched as the fairy digimon girl flew off and bit her tongue since it was obviously too late to ask her a question. She sighed softly and decided that she would just have to find her way to that camp eventually. Or she could try striking out on her own and seeing if she could find a few more of those cards. That might actually be the wiser decision. Though now there was that city. The one ruled by the Phantoms. That seemed worth investigating. Keeping a low profile though was paramount though: stay out of the way, appear unassuming and quiet, and maybe her luck would hold out. "I hope she'll be okay... That girl seems sad." Maybe her friends would cheer her up and be able to help her with whatever was bothering her. Crest: Knowledge

And when she left he chuckled lightly under his breathe, not loud enough for anyone to hear though. He then turned his head forward in their previous direction and snapped his fingers again which caused Dorugamon to pick up the pace once more. "Don't worry about her Skylar. She is also a Digidestind so she will be fine." He slightly laughed a bit, knowing that if she went to that city he had earlier stated then she would surely be captured. The moment he thought about the city however his stomach started to rumble lightly. This caused him to blush and laugh awkwardly. "Looks like we should stop for some food. ◣Skylar Anderson◢ Action is the real measure of intelligence. Skylar nodded slowly at his words then smiled. "I suppose you're right." If anything right now she should be more concerned on how she was going to be once they parted ways. Hearing his stomach growl, a smile pulled on the corner of his lips. All that talk about food seemed to have made her companion hungry as well. Though when he mentioned that they go over to the town she hesitated and bit her lip, the smile leaving her face. "But..." She looked in the direction that they were headed previously and then sighed. Although she really wanted to meet up with Petitmon again Arron was helping her along. On the other hand, if she went in there as a member of the Digidestined that might mean trouble for her. Even more so since she was defenseless. "Maybe it would be a better idea if I just continue on foot..." She sounded hesitant but that was to be expected since she wasn't sure about either of those choices. She could either stay with Arron and hope nothing happened in the town or continue on foot and hope she managed to find her partner without running into any thing dangerous.Crest: Knowledge

About to respond and say that she was just worried about her partner being alone for so long, Skylar had to pause when Elecmon walked over and sat in front of them. Maybe she should wait before speaking since the the red digimon looked serious. When he finished speaking she smiled and nodded; that about summed up her little predicament. "They don't mess with you, huh?" She was sure about her earlier assumption now, and wished that there was a way to communicate with the girl who just left and warn her to be really careful when she went in that town. "Well I guess it'll be okay then. I can grab something for Petitmon while we're there. I just hope you're right..." After this pit stop she was going straight to the meeting place. Flying was much faster than walking anyway so she shouldn't be loosing that much time. The only thing she would have to do is make sure her belongings were secured and she would be able to check out the town so she would know how to get back in and out if she ever had to return. So with a smile on his face he called out to Dorugamon, who roared and sped in the west direction. The speed was intense but nothing they couldn't handle, and sure enough in a matter of seconds they were now above the city. Dorugamon stopped and landed with a giant thud on the ground. Arron took Skylar's hand and led her off of Dorugamon, and when they looked ahead they were in front of a restaurant. "Dorugamon, Elecmon you guys can go look for your own food. You know where the usual shops are." Waving to both of them Arron with Skylar still in hand stepped into the restaurant, looking for an empty table he quickly found one and the two were now seated across from one another at said table. A digimon dressed as a waiter came to the table, who in turn chuckled slightly when he saw Arron with a girl here. He knew what his angle was and he knew to play along with Virus Phantom plans. "So what would you two Digidestind want today at this fine establishment?" He asked with a smile, as Arron then cleared his throat and readied to answer. "Gomamon, we would both like a bowl of your finest ramen and a couple cups of tea as well." He cleared his throat at the end of his order and looked up at Skylar just as Gomamon had left. "This is the best place in town, and like I said since we have Digivices there is no need to pay." as mayura walked through town. she yawned. it was a warm day and it was making her sleepy. she saw the two teens from earlier and smiled, glad to see a familiar face. she went over "hey there. thanks again for your help!" she said "you do recognize me, right?" she said, giving a wink and a chuckle "5 ramen please! 1 for here, 4 to go!" she called to the gomamon

Skylar gave a brief cry of surprise when Dorugamon sped west but then quickly got used to the change in speed and grinned, enjoying the ride and the feel of the wind whipping past her face. She looked alive at that moment, as if there was nothing that could hold her back; it was exciting and fun and something that she would never have been able to do back home. All too soon though, the ride was over as they slowed and landed in the city. She smiled and nodded in thanks as Arron helped her down and then turned her attention to observing the city. They were in front of a relatively crowded restaurant yet no one seemed to care that two humans had landed in the middle of the city the way they had. She looked up at Arron again, wondering just how much influence he had around here that no one even batted an eye at his appearance. "You're sending them off just like that?" Skylar asked in surprise as his two digimon went off on their own. She thought that they would have all stayed together. Just in case.
She slipped a hand into one of the pockets on her skirt and balled in into a fist nervously. He was remarkably at ease in this Phantom controlled town. She followed him into the restaurant, trying to act comfortable and not draw too many stares though she couldn't tell how well her plan was working and didn't dare look around to find out. She just took her seat at the table and leaned back to get a good look around the place, as she picked up the menu to have a look. Gomamon appeared and she hardly paid attention to what he was saying since she was still trying to figure out what she wanted and what she'd get for... Wait the Gomamon said two Digidestined?! Skylar's eyes widened and she looked up from the menu and at Arron who was across from her. Had she read him wrong? This really made no sense whatsoever. She was sure that he'd singled her out earlier and yet...
This wasn't the time to ask though. And she was sure that she would have the answers she needed later. "And a third bowl to go, please!" she managed to get out before Gomamon left, without even taking her eyes of Arron. "I'll reserve my judgement on that until after we've eaten. Is it like this in all the towns?" If it was that was great! That would be one last thing to worry about.
Distracted by her thoughts she jumped when a voice spoke nearby. Skylar was sure she didn't know anyone here, but the voice sounded familiar. Wait that was it. "The fairy right?" She really hoped there was an encyclopedia on these things somewhere. That would make life easy.Crest: Knowledge

"God you humans really do order a lot! Eating like this will kill our reserves." He growled at the two girls but was immediately smacked on the head by Arron who was now glaring at him. "Gomamon that was extremely rude of you. These two are my friends and you will treat them like you would any other member of my group. Are we understood?" Arron smacked him again and chuckled, this digimon was cranky and had let it out on these poor humans. "I'm sorry for the outburst. You guys can eat whatever you want. A friend of Arron's is a friend of mine." He bowed to them and placed the cups of tea on the table, then with another bow which this time faced Aron he left. "I am so sorry for his rudeness you guys. He isn't around humans that often so he tends to act out against our large appetites." He smiled at the girls and then picked up his bowl of ramen and began to eat it, bit by bit. "So what would you guys like to talk about?" "i'm just getting lunch before heading out to do some grocery shopping for my camp." said mayura as she took her cup and slurped it up with her pair of store-given chopsticks "theres 4 of us there, so were a big group." she gave a wink to skylar "and yeah. the fairy. i'm mayura, call me may." said mayura, holding out a hand to the other girl as she sat down "dont ask me anything about it, i dont understand it myself. i've barely been in this whacked up place for barely a week."
