Silver's eyes widened in horror. A sudden flickering in his aura sense. He could feel it. Vahn was losing. They were taking too long. He whipped back around to face the rubble. Still too much. He could blast it out of his way, but that would be too dangerous for everyone else in the immediate area. He had to think of something else.

Silver spun back around to face Sierra once more, his expression pleading for an answer to what to do. They needed to get inside now. His grip tightened on Takeyarisoushi in frustration, his knuckles whitening.

Then it hit him. That was it. Takeyarisoushi! He looked down his spear, and then ran out of the little alcove of rubble he had made to look up the stadium wall. High, but not high enough.

If Takeyarisoushi's form was dependant on the power of his flame, then didnt that mean, with concentration, he could alter it? All he had to do was extend it long enough with enough force to shoot him over the wall. It was dangerous, but it was the only thing he could think of that wouldn't endanger anyone else. He looked back to Sierra, unwavering conviction in his eyes.

"I'm sorry, Sierra-sama, but I'm about to do something dangerous again. Shishou's dying and I don't have any more time to waste. If you can find your own way in, please, back me up..."

Without so much as even waiting for a response from her, Silver jammed the spearhead into the ground.

"Takeyarisoushi... IKUZE!"

Concentrating his flame directly into the spear's handle, it suddenly and violently extended, the poll of the pole-arm shooting upwards, sending Silver flying high into the air.

Once high enough in the air to clear the wall, moving himself once air-born was another problem. Twisting his body around the pole so it spun and his back now to the arena, he shot his hand forward, calling forth his flame to his palm. Condensing the air and superheating it, he caused it to explode outward with concussive force to propell him over the wall.

"Heat BURST!"

At the same time, Silver jerked the spear up to pull it's head out of the ground, drawing his flame energy out of it rapidly so it shot back to it's normal size.

He hit the floor of the upper-area of the arena pretty hard, but he rolled with it before skidding to a stop on his feet in a crouch, avoiding much damage. He stood up, whipping around to gaze into the center of the arena's battleground, expecting to see his Shishou still fighting.

Silver was met with the sight of the man he admired, already visably in pretty bad shape, being run through by a double bladed sword. He had arrived just in time to see Vahn, the mightiest warrior he had ever known, fall. He was too late.

"NOOOO!"

Without further hesitation, in a fit of rage, Silver bounded down the stands, heading straight for the center of the arena, Takeyarisoushi held horizontally beind him.

"Shishou! SHISHOU!"

He couldn't be dead. He couldn't have lost. He couldn't have. HE COULDN'T.

Silver's eyes moved from Vahn to focusing on the attacker. Killing intent, more than he'd ever felt before, surging within him. No more questions about Grace, or who this person was, or why he'd done what he did. He'd defeat the person that had done this to his master and his home. He would defeat this person or die trying.
