When Kiara called him a monster he lost his temper. He jumped in the air as soon as she turned her back, pulling out his dagger. As he came down the dagger went right thru the back of Kiara's neck.

Edward was holding Vlad by the neck against the building. He shoved him into the wall so hard and fast that Vlad didnt even see it coming. You dont believe you are a monster? Look at what you just did to Kiara. "You are a complete idiot! Do you think you are going to get away with stabbing her?! Now I really will kill you!" He bared his teeth his fangs were now visible. His eyes flashed crimson. Edward grip tightened.

"Maybe I have become a monster, but it is your fault I hurt Kiara. Vlad kicked Edward in the throat. He ran off down the street, and into the the cities busy center, he continued running. Damn it! You need to learn to keep your cool, Kiara is supposed to be your friend, you'll be lucky if she doesn't kill you next time she see's you, excpecially if HE is with her. Hopefully she is ok.

Edward staggered backward, holding his throat. "What the heck is that suppose to mean?!" He called after him. He was a bout to chase him down but he remembered Kiara on the road. "It's okay pup you will be okay." He took the knife out of the back of her neck.

Kiara made a moaning sound as she rolled over. "What the heck just happened?" She looked up at him. "Oh and for the record, I know you would never betray me." She said with a weak smile. She then passed out.

About an hour later she sat up, somewhat confused an delerious. She rubbed the back of her neck, that was now healed over, but still hurt. She looked around blinking. For a while she didn't do anything. She then looked at Edward smiling, "Thank you for being such a good friend!" She kissed him on the cheek.

Edward smiled,"Uh...yea no problem." He said. He had been kneeling next to her the entire time she was out. Standing up, Edward helped her to her feet. "Well there's another one to put on my hitlist."

"I'm half suprised you didn't just leave me there. How long was I out?" She slowly got to her feet. "I really, REALLY don't understand him. And that really REALLY hurt, even though half of it was a blur. I just turned away thinking he was leaving and wham!" Kiara looked at him funny. "Hit list? Just how many people are on your hitlist, and who is, and why are they there." She said out of curiousity. "I'll tell you one thing though, that was deffinitly not boring. I always wished my life was normal, but I don't think any thing could keep me entertained. I have to admit, my life would be pretty dule if I wasn't a lycan, cause I could never be a hunter, I just don't have it in me to kill, oh wait yeah I do, but I wouldn't if I wasn't lycan."

"I dont really have a hitlist Kiara." He said shaking his head, "It was just an expression... But I do have some many people that I need to kill before they kill me. Hmmmm....well that techiniqually like a hitslist. And if I really did have a list your little friend Vlad would be on the top." Edward looked sincere for a moment, "Sorry I lost it back there at that amusement park. I really hate Vlad. I mean you should have heard his thoughts! They were ludecres."

"Yeah, that is a hitlist, jeez a lot of people want to kill you." Kiara remembered the holy water. She pulled up the sleeves of his jacket, looking at the burns. "Are you alright?" She asked sincerly. "Why would Vlad be at the top, others have done worse to you. Oh, and he is NOt my friend" She scowled a moment. "I'm sure that wasn't your fault........." she paused. "like what kind of thoughts?" She asked quizically

He pulled his arm away, slightly embarrassed," sweatdrop Uh yea its nothing." The burns still hurt but he didnt say anything about. "He would be on the top because he tried to...well...tried to kill you before and he tried it again. Plus he threw holy water on me." Edward made an annoyed expression. "I totally lost my temper, I shouldnt have let him irritate me and then when he grabbed onto you that set me off. He was saying about how he was suppose to be your friend and he hopes you dont kill him. Vlad was acting very apologetic, especially right after he stabbed you. It was weird."

"he was never......all there. I was kinda the only friend he had, so I guess he thought i wasn't aloud to have other friends either, and apparently he still thinks that. I really hope he doesn't come back, I can't deal with it, expecially if he is going to hurt you...........ah like you know what I mean." She looked up at him, but only slightly.

Vlad had returned, but he only watched for now, from a safe distance. he was on a rooftop right above them, watching trying to figure things out. Well it looks as if I found his weaknesses, Kiara and holy water. And if i am on his 'hitlist' I better add him to mine too!
