Hmmm...me. Complicated question really. Is there a me? Do I come after Ray? Ok, probably not.
Anyways, back to me. I'm 24, which I know is shockingly old for Gaia. I live in Vancouver, BC, which, for those of you who don't know your provinces, is in Canada. And no, it doesn't snow all the time here. In fact, we barely got any snow at all last winter. As for my gender, well, we'll just ignore that. Inconsiquential anyways.
I've been on Gaia about 2 years now, I think my two year gaiaversary is sometime within the next week. I'm too lazy to actually go check though. I've watched it go throughly downhill in terms of quality of posts. Sad really.
As for my love of Alice and Wonderland...well, it probably all begins and ends with Cheshire. What more does one need. Ok, there's also Alice's sexy outfit, and massive amounts of insanity. All in all, good times.
I wonder if anybody as actually made an RP system (rather than just an online RP like on Gaia) for Alice in Wonderland...must remember to check that out.

Hm.
Well.
I'm sixteen (turning 17 in about 2-3 weeks) and I'm a book freak. Absolutely obsessive.
I normally devote time to drawing, reading, listening to music, and writing (poetry, and I'm starting to write a book of twisted fairytales, even though it seems like everybody's doing that: Incidently, reading through Alice's story was actually what sparked the idea, when it said somewhere in there that fairytales were quite nightmarish).
I'm a military brat (Air Force, my dad's just retired a couple of months ago), and we go sightseeing a lot. Places I've lived:
-Washington (state)
-The Netherlands
-England (my favorite)
-Oahu
-Viginia
-Germany (where I am now)
Places I've been, though I really only remember snatches of most of these:
-France (Paris, mostly. It was a three day tour thing. We ate mystery meat there, and still don't know what it was.)
-The Alps (I'm not sure which country it was though, since its spread out across a couple. I'm willing to bet it was close to Germany though)
-Ireland (er, well, it was probably Northern Ireland)
-Scotland
-Belgium (went last weekend, actually)
-a couple of other states in America
-Kauaii (I still probably can't spell that right)
-"The Big Island" (Hawaii)
I'm thinking there's one or two more, I can't place my finger on it at the moment. I really, really want to go to Asia, Africa, and Mexico. Anywhere in them. Also I'd like to see the Great Wall of China as well...my parents went traveling all through Asia before I was born though, (my dad met my mom in Korea. He's American. None of my mom's side of the family speaks English, so I've never met them.)
As far as my personality goes, in public (and like, when I'm not with friends) I'm really quiet and I guess difficult to get to know. I used to be really hyper up until the 7th grade, and in the 8th I started to calm down and shut down. It usually takes me several months to open up to people, and people (especially at my current school) don't seem to like that I keep mostly to myself. Apparently I'm "stuck up". I'm not. I'm actually very open minded and tolerant of other people, I'm just content to concentrate on the task at hand, and if I really needed to talk I would talk to the friends I've had since the 4th grade, versus strangers that I don't know.
Oh, oops. Didn't mean to write a novel there. >-<;;
[Edit]: But I did forget to mention: Alice fascinates me, especially since I kind of wish I could travel through mirrors.
I wonder...what kind of life my reflection leads?

Hi Exotica! I remember you from the old guild... Nice to see you again! ^^
Reflections and doubles fascinate me, too. I think it's more doubles for me than the mirror world, because I wrote a screenplay called Tam and the Reflection for a contest where, at some point, the reflection and the girl switch place, but I didn't have the girl explore the mirror world at all. I just had her do what the reflectio normally did: appear in various reflective surfaces and travel through the world that way. True, she also had major worries on her head, so exploring would be kind of out of question in that situation... Also, it had a page-limit on the screenplay (thirty pages), so I couldn't really do much world-building, but if I ever expand the screenplay, I plan to explore the reflection world a lot more. *polishes mirror thoughtfully*
Oh, and I won the contest! ^^ I'm still so proud of that...

Same to you. Looking around I also recognize quite a few people.
Ooh, congrats. It definately sounds interesting. Methinks I too would be pretty freaked out suddenly finding myself in place of my reflection, and would be reluctant to dig around for a while. I'd feel helpless, since I had no control over where I was going. It's too bad there was a limit (I hate 'em), but that would have been cool if you had more free reign with it...
I have to go, but really fast I wanted to mention:
I recently stumbled across a book called "Scary Book", it was manga, but a very long one and half the story was about a vain girl losing herself to her reflection, and when I looked through it, it looked like the reflection was trying to kill her or something. It was expensive so I didn't get to buy it though. But it seemed pretty interesting.

Hello!
I am Delusions Of Grandeur, I'm 14 years and I'm one of those strange creatures that are known as 'The excentric Englishman' (or woman in this case).
I have always loved Alice in Wonderland ever since I was little and hid under my sheets with a torch reading it. But the books plot and characters intrigue me. Especially Messers MH and MH!
Apart from Alice in Wonderland, I like the Brothers Grimm stories, listening to music, writing and reading books. Well I think that's everything, but now people I must go, for I need to return to my teapot!

Hello, fellow mad tea partiers. I am the Queen Of Mallets, aka Crystal Kinomoto. I'm 18 years old, but I still feel to be around 4 or 5. Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated by the story of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. I became instantly addicted to anything that related to Alice. I loved the story and the creativity within the very story. Lewis Carol was a not only a genius, but an inspiration to me. The story captured my heart as did the characters and funny antics that happened within it. My favorite character is Alice, and always will be. Ofcourse I have a love for the Mad Hatter and Chesire Cat, who doesn't? The Queen of Hearts was always the best villian too. heart
More fun little facts, I dress up as Gothic Lolita Alice at anime cons. I'm planning to host a mad tea party panel, specifically for the sake of insanity and tea. I made my bawls drink to be my 'Drink Me' bottle. I'm planning to make some cookies at the con that say 'Eat Me' if I will have enough time or if I'm allowed. xd

If I'm too lazy to do all that, I'll just put pink icing on the vanilla and chocolate cookies. For tea I'll pass out Iced Tea, because I'm pretty sure we can't give everyone hot tea. I wish we can, but you can't do that at cons.
