The drunken man was about to attack John until he slipped with the pizza knocking himself out cold. Yuki wasn't surprised of what happened to him. "Great now i have to clean this,I really hope you're happy John...just get out." As the police arrived to pick up and arrest the man, Yuki decided to got to the back and try to wait till it's over.

"Alright i'll leave"John walked out of the pizza place of course he payed for the stuff he didn't ate. He found himself alone, angry, heartbroken....But he had no time for feelings right now. After all he had to dissapear from gotham specially contaminate the crime scene. John looked up tot he sky as it was getting dark, the best way to calm himself for him was to beat up local gangs or new young heroes jus to teach them a lesson combat lesson.

Attire: "Normal" people.
"Miss!" the woman hissed, still chasing after the young woman. "Can't you just go to a movie or something rather than-"
"Not when there's police lights down that way." the girl said quickly. A smile wrapped around her face as she moved with a bit of pep in her step.
"You shouldn't be going TOWARDS IT!" the woman hissed.
"Why not? I mean it's not like they could recognize me or anything...no makeup, no hat, no frills, no guns...nothing." she replied, looking back at the woman.
"Your "Dad" would KILL me if you got caught or anything."
"Oh relax." Rosie huffed. "I'm not a little girl anymore. I can take care of myself."
"Fifty percent of the time you see police, you see a Ba-"
"I know, I know. Do I really look like I'm a threat to anyone right now? I'll be fine." she said as she flipped a lock of red hair from her face and continued to head towards the police lights.

John walking away could notice the girl walking towards the police lights, he smirked as he got closer he said to the girl. "I wouldn't go there of if were you. Just a drunk guy at a pizza place."John said to her once she passed him.

Attire: "Normal" people.
Rosie stopped when a man spoke to her and turned around to face him. She pouted her bottom lip slightly as she took a quick glance back at the shop. "Really? That's it?" she asked.
The woman she was with, a tall bruntte in her late thirties wearing a long black trench, gave John a weary glance before catching up to Rosie. "There, you see? Nothing to get excited about little Miss." she said, placing her hand on the girl's shoulder. "Let's run along then."
"Well it would still be SOMETHING to do tonight that's out of the house." Rosie half growled. Still....a drunk wasn't that entertaining at all. Not when he was surrounded by cops and she couldn't do anything to mess with the man.

"No pizza today.. to a fast food joint." A young voice moaned, after seeing his aunt and grandfather at the Pizza Parlor. However they wouldn't see him due to the night crowd concealing him. Moving down the street, the recently turned sixteen year old looked down at his watch. He had nothing to do at all. So why was he rushing? He wasn't in New York or anything. Though looking up, he would bump right into the red head girl who was growling or whatever. The teen stumbled backwards. he swiftly recover. "So sorry about that! Are you okay?" Max quickly asked the girl he bumped into.

Rosie had stumbled forwards after someone bumped into her from behind. Her initial reaction was to whirl around and slug whoever hit her hard enough to knock her off balance... but she wasn't in the proper costuming for that. Instead she calmly turned around to take a mental note of the person's face so she could remember to knock them off their feet if she ran into them again.
She found a boy...not *too* terribly younger or older than her. About as cute as the other man who had stopped her. Must be in the "tall, dark and handsome" part of town...
"Oh, it's alright. No harm done." she replied to the boy, then turned towards the woman. "See? Things are staring to liven up already."

Max didn't expect to see a cute girl girl, but for some reason he found himself quite embarrassed. However, he managed to keep that from showing on his face. Though with her turning to the woman allowed him to pull himself together. She didn't look to be younger then him, but perhaps a tad older them him. His blue would look to the lady in the trench coat. Was she her bodyguard? "I-I'm glad. I'm Max Drake." Max said, trying to form a conversation. He used his other last name on the streets, since it wasn't really that cool saying. 'I'm Max Wayne.'

Rosie turned back to Max and flashed him a smile. "I'm Rosie. Rosie Heart. Cheesey I know, but...parents wanted to be "creative"." she repied, rolling her eyes a bit at her name.
Sure, SHE was the one who actually came up with the name. Just now. Like...a few seconds ago. She couldn't just say she was Rosie Joker or Rosie Kurr or something like that. And she couldn't really use her Mom's last name...should a potential friend come home and say that around Joker...she's not sure what he'd do. Probably kill the person just for saying the name.
The still yet-to-be-introduced woman crossed her arms as she looked intently at the young boy now conversing with her charge. Not forgetting about the man who had stopped them a moment ago, she turned her attention towards the older man. Giving him a mental evaluation as she studied his face and stature. Max was right in thinking she was Rosie's bodyguard. And anyone trained enough would regognize the ways she was looking at the older man as evaluating if and how much of a threat he could be. Max would likely be getting the same look in a few moments.

Max returned the smile, "I can relate. My full first name is. . .Maximum." His full first name sounded weird and he didn't really care for it, so he stuck with Max. Though, an idea struck him the moment the lady turned around to study the guy. Definitely, she was a bodyguard. "Want to get away?" He asked, mouthing the words.

"Maximum? Seriously?" Rosie asked with a small grin. Well, at least she wasn't stuck being the only one with a cheezy name now.
She caught the words Max had mouthed to her, then quickly looked up at her watchdog. Noting that she hadn't seen him mouth the words to Rosie, she whipped her head back around to him. Her eyes were large and twinkling with excitement, and she mouthed back "Please."
Did she want the woman to get in trouble with dear old Dad? No. But she wasn't going to get anywhere with her tagging along all night.

"Ye-up. I don't know what was going through their minds. ." Max said with a small devious smirk forming on his face. His foot would extend slight before a masculine man in a dark suit passed by. Tripping him, the man would stumble like a falling elephant onto the woman.
Still playing the game of mouthing words, he mouthed the last set of words before he turned and ran. "Come on." If she did decide to come, Max would ran sidewalk, around the corner, and then around another corner. So that they could disappear into the crowd easily.

"Harlock..."John said before he caught the attention of some cops, he began walking away. he headed towards an alley as he switched his civilian clothes for his Ghost suit activating the stealth cloak, waiting for.them to leave.

Attire: "Normal" people.
Surprisingly, the trip worked. The woman was still fixed on watching the older man leave that she didn't notice the boy trip a passerby. The man in the suit hit her head on and knocked her into the sidewalk.
The moment she hit the ground, Rosie sprung forward and took off down the street. She heard the woman shout something to her as she slipped around a corner but pretty much ignored her. She was more than a little excited about playing hookie for the night, and the large smile wrapped around her face was a pretty clear indication of that.
